Food was good.Atmosphere was nice.Service was good too.

Tried their egg fried rice and shushi golden chicken. Shushi was basically chicken strips in spicy gravy. Fried rice was very good as well. Typical Chinese flavour as neither too heavy. Their rates are bit expensive. Service is good. Been here earlier as well.

Food was not good. Pasta was really really bad. I could only taste a bad ketchup. Take alot of time to cook. Portions are very small, just 2 people can eat full biryani.

We were on a family lunch. It was my first visit to this placeLoved the overall service, environment. We ordered Chicken Achari handi which was perfectly tender, Chicken parmesan steaks, Chicken cheese sticks, however I loved Mutton Handi and mutton chops most which was on menu specially for me. Ras malai was out of this world.My overall experience was awesome. I will give 5 out of 5 .

Stopped in here, hoping to have a flavorsome food after a hectic long drive especially when u have a toddler with u. We ordered continental including Grilled Moroccan chicken and jalapeno chicken along with vegetable rice and drinks. The food was scrumptious and toothsome. Drinks were refreshing soft. Environment was soothing and the music was tuneful and rich. A female restaurant receptionist even offered us to deal with the toddler as he was getting cranky, so we could eat comfortably which i found very polite and healthy attitude.Already planning to dine again.Good Work. keep it up.

Their service is really good. If you go there must try chicken chowmen & drum sticks, they are really awesome.

It ia really a Palatial place and stood by their name. Food is great, really enjoyed there. Staff is friendly and environment is cozy. I love their stakes very much. There are some areas of improvement but overall its a great package. Recommended restaurant 👍

Delicious food but service was quite slow!

Chicken Manchurian was not cooked proper. Chicken was smelly as well. This happend 2nd time.

Worst food. They had french fries and continental food on their menu card but none of these were available. I ordered Chinese and the kung Pao chicken was too too salty. I asked them to replace it but they didnt. The service was extremely slow. Desi food wasnt good too. I ordered soft drinks but all of them were not even at room temperature. They didnt even provide ice.

Unlike other restaurants in Gujrat this place has a relaxing aura and ambience.We ordered their special soup, chowmian, chicken jalfarezi with fried rice and a mutton Karahi. Out of these we liked their chow mian the most. Soup was pretty good as well.Food is good but the aroma/ambience is better. Overall a good place for a family reunion.

Good food. Good atmosphere. Good location and finally good staff. Also appreciable is its quick service. This location/building was before used by another restaurant which had lovely food, but I am very pleased to announce that Palatial just improved on it further. Sitting is also spacious and very comfortable. Not very expensive. Overall a great experience which is highly recommended.

Amazing food at reasonable prices, great customer service and a lovely ambiance. Whole family was impressed by the dishes. Our order included a pizza, a Chinese style dish and 2 different steaks. Soup was also enjoyable!
