Reason👇True💯Before giving my laptop, the issue is When i turn on - it turn offs automatically (so not battery issue or power issue)The actual problem was the mother board, they also said the same and asked me 1 week of time to resolve by importing spare motherboard from chennai but delayed 10 days. okay thats not a thing.Finally they told me that, we cant do it. okay thats was also not a thing.i took my laptop and give it in hyd BEFORE THAT i viewed whether this time its turning or not(no response even power also)They checked and I TOO SEEN THAT THE POWER and WIFI ADAPTER WERE CUT OFF and SHORTED. I lost my laptop completely.May be you are good in SALES PERSON but not a trusted SERVICE PERSON.WILL YOU PAY TO THIS ??SHAME ON JOY COMPUTERS!!!
