I am so glad I chose them to do my roof! They did a great job and the guys were very nice and respectful of my yard. They cleaned everything up and even blew off the driveway for me. Lester was great to work with. He came out several times to make sure I had an accurate estimate and even changed it several times based on requests for different additions. My new house will need a roof in a few years and I will be calling them to do it!

They wont call you back unless you need your whole roof replaced. Otherwise forget repairs, or anything else.

Gresham Roofing was a pleasure to work with to replace our leaking roof and two skylights. We have a weird roof on our house that requires both traditional asphalt shingles for most of it but a flat roofed porch that requires a totally different type of roof. I got bids from several companies. A couple of companies clearly didnt want to do it and bid twice as much as Gresham Roofing. We finally narrowed it down to two companies. Jason (our contact person - who turned out to be the general manager) explained our options and gave good suggestions about how to proceed with our weird roof. Everything he said checked out with a contractor friend of mine. He was so quick with his email replies. He even replied to my question on the weekend! The roof was installed last week and the price was right. The only problem that occurred in this whole process was the rainy weather. The roofing team was ready, we were ready, the materials were delivered......then it rained for 6 solid weeks. But it got done. No more leaks!

Nick came out to inspect our roof. He was thorough and timely. We received honest information and luckily needed no work done at this time. Highly recommend, especially if you dont want an unneeded sales pitch.

Nick was quick & efficient in the estimation processes. (I had 2 different jobs I asked him to look at.) The first job took 2 visits from the crew because they were waiting for a dry time when they could expand their search for the leak. Nick kept me informed about the progress. The 2 guys I met on the second visit were very cordial, informative and professional. Other than the new roofing material, there was no sign that they had ever been there. Im keeping my fingers crossed as I know it can be very difficult to find the actual source of a leaking roof.The girls in the office were also very professional and helpful. I have never written a review, but I have to say Gresham Roofing deserve a shout out. From the time I called the company requesting a bid, the time Lester came by to give me a bid, and the time the crew showed up to complete the roof repair, it was a great experience. Lester was awesome and took time to explain everything that he found wrong with my roof, and why it was leaking. He clearly explained what I should do, and why I should do it. Since I had a roof repair (not a ton of money from a roofers point of view) he gave me options on what had to be done, one bid, and recommendations for things he would do to correct other issues in a second bid. I was so impressed by the way he presented himself and the company, I chose to accept both bids. The crew that showed up a few days later was very friendly, and clearly explained what they intended to do, and to make sure it was my understanding as well. I let them know it was, and they took off quickly to get started. Throughout the process whenever I poked my head out to check on their status they were quick to answer my questions and make sure I understood where they were at, and was ok with the direction they were headed. Lester stopped back by later in the day to make sure his crew was on track and there were no additional issues. After he spoke to his crew, he informed me of the progress and made sure I was satisfied with what I knew. I was. This was simply one of the best over-the-top customer service experiences that I have had in a long while. I would highly recommend Gresham Roofing and Construction to anyone needing attention to their roof. They made me feel as though I was part of the process. Priceless.

Les is a great project manager and made sure we were 100% satisfied and that the cleanup was impeccable. We noticed a couple minor things within the first week (e.g. flashing defect), and he had the crew foreman over the next day to fix it. Now that we’re in the rainy season everything looks and sounds tight!At the office, they’re polite and well-informed. It’s a great team, administratively and technically speaking.

We had what we thought was a roof leak, Gresham Roofing sent out a team to fix it and discovered dry rot around a bedroom window was the problem, they called me and said they would have Nick come out and look and give me an estimate. I told them I trusted them and to just fix it, the next day they had a crew at my house and replaced the bad wood and fixed the problem. My wife commented to me how polite and professional they were, when I got home I could not even tell they had been there, no mess at all, they emailed me a bill that I thought was very reasonable, they could have charged me twice what they did, great service, thank you. Gresham Roofing put on our roof 25 years ago and it has survived all these years in windy Troutdale w/o any issues. The roof is old now and it needs replacing. Once the wind calms down for the winter we will have them back out for another 25 year roof.

Cant really judge the quality of work since they just will not deliver a quote for the job. I would have given 1 star but they actually came out and walked the job. Said I would have a quote that evening. After repeated calls to the office and 3 weeks later, they cant be bothered to even get back to us.
