Used to order all the time here, delivery was always quick and the pizza was great, recently though the quality has gone down, usually our pizza ends up over cooked or not much toppings, and they made the rewards program cost double to get a free pizza, $300 spent roughly to earn a freebie (Used to be $150), which wasnt even technically free if you ordered a delivery since you needed or order a minimum to get it delivered, with the original level of service this would have been fine, but with the drop in quality, no thanks.Owners of this joint need to rethink their business plan if they want to retain customers.

Weve tried 3 different times to get a good pizza all flops. Just ordered 2 salads and they got them wrong even the salad dressing. New management? I dont know they used to have the best pizza and salads.Im done giving them my money. I did the drive up and went to give the girl a cash tip she didnt even give me a chance.

Poor customer service.I called to have a pizza delivered and they claim that they are not delivering and they dont have a delivery drivers today yet when I pass by on a bus they had delivery drivers out and about and I saw delivery driver leaving their property to deliver some pieces.So their employee that I talk to over the phone lied to me over the phone.Theyre just screwing customers over refusing to let customers get their pizzas by delivery.Pizza guys need to show better customer service and more respect customers!!!They just lost a customer!!!!

Our family favorite! They use the freshest ingredients, we love their crust, typically very fast delivery compared to the time they quote. I wouldve given a 5 star rating but their price is a bit high, even with coupons. Want great pizza? Youve gotta pay the price.

Really good pizza but they get the charges wrong a lot of the times. I’ve had issues with them over charging me three times now. Had to go in or call to correct the issues. I just checked my bank statement and found that they overcharged me AGAIN for the last purchase. WTH??! So annoying!

The pizza was perfectly cooked, the pick up time was spot on, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I had a coupon for my online order that refused to work and when this was mentioned to the cashier she was able to pull it all up and take care of it for me. She did this without asking me more than 1 or 2 questions and never seemed annoyed or put out by it whatsoever. Definitely one of the best experiences I have had with the company, though they are all pleasant enough, and with the food industry as a whole, in quite some time! That experience was one that will make me reccomend them to anyone. I myself will definitely be back.

Pizza was fantastic! Much better then Abbys or Dominos and most definitely Pizza Hut!! I recommend the crisp-n-cup pepperoni pizza! My husband and father got the pizza guys combo, and they both said it was delicious!The specials are awesome as well.Next time we order we will be trying the wings and some other menu items that caught my eye!10/10 recommend!

I used to order almost weekly or biweekly and I ordered the same thing every time. Yet it was somehow always a surprise. Too much sauce? Not enough sauce? Original crust is either like a cracker or a full loaf. Pink sauce instead of the marinara I ordered? I dont know if there was a full sweeping change in the staffing but the quality of pizza here is the most inconsistent Ive ever had. Its disappointing because I used to love it. I laugh out loud when I see the artisan made quote on the box.

Not the best place to sit down, but the pizza is delicious. The pepperoni duo pizza is highly recommended, as are some of their more gourmet selections. They also have some good deals, if you are buying enough food for the whole family. For a takeout option, it is a definite go to.

I freaking love their pizza, we ate a whole bunch for my birthday party back in March and everybody loved it, I will say it has some thinner crust but I really enjoy that in a pizza and my family did as well.

Order from here all the time since our apartment is under construction making cooking impossible. This is the place is awesome and affordable and have never messed up my order. Plus its delicious. Delivery takes a lot longer than pizza hut or Dominos but well worth the wait since it tastes so good.

I recently visited Pizza Guys after noticeably good reviews left on their yelp and I am nothing short of impressed! The pizza is definitely high quality and tastes delicious especially with their ranch. The jalapeño “munchies” are a must have and I’m never disappointed with anything I order here!!! The employees are also VERY friendly and are always hard at work which is refreshing to see in a pizza place! Overall awesome experience at Pizza Guys and am definitely coming back! I love it!

We have used this pizza company a dozen times or son because it is the only one that will deliver to me, so I am stuck using them if convenience is the goal. If you have an option please read my review.I gust reviewed them a while back when they delivered a terrible pizza. I have used them since and found that some pizzas can come and be pretty good (proper amount is toppings, good flavor, on time) but they can also deliver a sub par pizza as well. No Consistency. This last transaction is as another disappointment. I order 2 pizzas at 5:47pm. With the Estrada mated wait time 70min. I called at 7:24pm an hour and 37 mins later to be told it was ready and waiting on another Oder to be delivered. (Acceptable) but then said if I dont see it in the next half hour to call. Who delivers 2 hrs later than ordered, 50 min later than estimated and ask like that is normal or acceptable. To top it off pizza was cold and I received them at.....................:.::.:.............. wait for it.............................:::.:::.... 7:57They have finally proven to me that even with no other option for delivery I can not and will not ever spend money here again.

While the pizza is not the best in Portland or the greater Portland area, that much I will admit, its above average. But the real 5 stars comes from their employees. I have never received better customer service in any other place (barring expensive sit down). While the delivery time is sometimes iffy (10:30am in the morning is a very very hard ask, especially with 10-20 pizzas being ordered) they have tried their best to meet the demands that are asked and they have never been more than 10 minutes late (except for that one time they delivered it to the north building not the south).As someone who has to have someone order for me when were at a sit down because of social anxiety. Their option to get the very specific pizzas I want online was a huge help and being one of their customers for the last 3-4 years has made me comfortable enough to panic call them if I made a mistake on my online order. I always try to tip well because of this. So thank you for your work, guys.

Paid alot of money, for ok pizza. Ordered bacon cheese bread, and it didnt have bacon. When I called the store I was told they were out of bacon.

This is NOT good pizza! Horrible.. Ordered the Taco pizza, cheesy flatbread and chicken bites, all three were lackluster and generally poor quality. The chicken was similar to fast food chicken in texture and quality. The real problem with them is the dough they are using. Its chewy and bland, which greatly decreases the quality of the pizza. The taco sauce they used on the pizza tastes canned, and there was approximately 12 tiny pieces of taco meat on the entire thing.Possibly the worst part of the entire experience is that we ordered our pizza from this store, which is 3 miles from our apartment at 10:30am and by noon when it hadnt arrived, we called to check on it. They offered no explanation but said they had just arrived at our apartment complex. They assured us the food would still be good, which evidently it was not. Wasted $40 on horrible quality and service. SO DISAPPOINTING.

Favorite pizza chain. The California chicken is probably one of the best items on their menu. They usually have deals online on their website so make sure to look out for those to save a bit of extra money. Their cheese bread is perfect.

I used the phone app to place my order and specified my pick up time. I arrived 2 miniutes early. They knew who I was and said your pizza will be ready in 2 minutes. Quality was very good. Mismatch is between generic name, great tech support, but still quality pizza.

Just arrived into town, didnt feel like going out for dinner. Lady at front desk recommended this pizza, Disappointed, a little too greasy and ordered a three cheese pizza. Yes it was three cheese, one cheese on the pizza and then a bunch of cheeses packets in the bag for remaining two.......very sad.

I am not a fan of pizza places, due to the produce that lots of stores use, unbearable customer service and dirty/uncleaned stores. But Pizza Guys stole my heart. Anytime my then husband and I come to Portland, OR, we ALWAYS pay a visit to Pizza Guys in Gresham and I always get my personal large roni and mushroom pizza, while my husband gets his own (Garlic Lovers). First of all, wonderful staff and great customer service. Second of all, pizzas are always AMAZING. And this Pizza Guys always puts their customers first. I would definitely recommend this pizza place to anyone who loves a great pizza, wonderful staff and a great atmosphere. Oh, and they got deserts too!

The food we had was delivered quickly and hot, with plates utensils. N etc... Really great pizza! I have been all around the world as a flight attendant had beyond wonderful foods and pizza. This place is fine. Youre going to get exactly what you expect. I will say you should pick your order up. I had pizza delivered twice and it was literally cold once and just warm the other time. The delivery isnt good here. Pizza is cheap and tastes just like youd expect.

I hadnt been here for a while. No reason in particular. Tonight I decided to try them again. From the second that the very busy delivery guy took a minute for me to hobble to the door because of a recent surgery all the way to the gentleman who Im assuming is the lead or the manager walking myself and my purchase to the car, my experience was wonderful. it is refreshing to go into a place and have them not give you attitude or act like they dont like their job. This particular crew on this particular Friday night tonight made me believe in young people being proud of their job. everyone was busy, the place was clean, they were pleasant on the phone everybody was smiling they were helpful and for this reason alone, I will be back again.I dont know your name, Young gentleman with the little beard and mustache wearing the baseball hat, but you walking me out to my car made me a customer for life. And to the gentleman who was flying out the door being ever so careful with your pizzas, you had a smile from the time you came back in to the time you went back out to your car delivering your wares. Ordered a pizza using a Customer Appreciation Day coupon. After over an hour of waiting, and a half hour past the time the pizza was supposed to arrive, still no pizza. I called the store, and it hadnt even left. Dont waste your time with this place. If thats how they treat customers on Customer Appreciation Day, I worry about how they treat customers on a normal day.

I love the pizza! Prices are a little high, but they always have great deals going. Its not a gourmet type pizza, but it pizza most other fast food pizza joints as well as some of the more elevated pizza joints.

Took almost 2 hours for our pizza to be delivered after ordering and even then it was wrong, when called to tell them this. The first person tried to argue with me Well your order said then he trailed off and put me onto someone else once he realised their fault. We were then offered a new pizza which could take just as long to arrive or a credit to our account.So at 20:10 (exactly 2 hours after placing our order and 5 minutes after receiving it) we opted to go out for dinner.1star is for the food been edible even though our order was wrong.The other star is for the second person I spoke to on the phone attempting to be helpful.

If you walk in you are put in the back of the line when someone calls in an order. And I noticed they are pretty relaxed so no one working is really feelin your million thing to do list as you stop in for a quicky lunch bit for tge munchkin strapped in the back. I waited almost 30 minutes for a personal 1 topping pizza. Speaking of the pizza, it does not taste artisan at all. Its actually quite bland. I would not even go here if it werent my kids. I dont understand why they like it. But then again, aside from this pizza they prefer chicken nuggets and mac n cheese. They should totally make a mac n cheese puzza here. It would be a step up.

Today this afternoon (4/23/17) I decided that me and my girlfriend should eat pizza for dinner. I had coupons for pizza guys two large pizzas with two toppings for $24. Of course the promotion code doesnt work online like it should. So I called the store and place my order over phone. At the time of the call (6:08pm) the pizza guys said its gonna take an hour to deliver your pizza, is that okay?. I said thats no problem now it 7:26pm no pizza yet! So I call the pizza guys shop to see where theyre at on my order, the pizza guy says looks like were making them right now.I grow upset with this news, an voice how this miscommunication is unacceptable. If they would have told me in the beginning it was gonna take an hour to cook my pizza, I would have gone somewhere else! Anyways the pizza guy then cuts me off and say are you done ranting, so I can take orders poor customer service will never do business with Pizza guys in Gresham Oregon again! Now Im waiting 1hour 45mins for pizza

If I could give NO stars I would.I ordered from this business last Sunday night (a little after 7 pm). It was my first time ordering from them, and I did so online. Their website showed peak days/times that they were the most busy. Sunday said not usually busy. None the less the delivery time was given to be 45-60 minutes. A bit longer than I expected but I accepted that.After an HOUR AND A HALF I finally called them to ask where my pizza was and the girl on the phone said they were incredibly busy and it was with the driver on its way. WTH? My house is LITERALLY 3 miles/7 minute drive from them. I dont care HOW busy they were, the only way my ONE large pizza would have taken an hour and a half is if EVERY in-the-restaurant order was put in front of mine!!!!Unfortunately I had already tipped them at the time of the order, so there was no way to show my displeasure. Suffice to say i will NEVER order another thing from them.PS Food wasnt even that great to boot! Definitely NOT worth the wait.

When we ordered pizza we were told the delivery time is 45 minutes. When we called them after 45 minutes of no show we were told that the delivery will take another 30 more minutes. Do not recommend this business. Irresponsible and unreliable.

Have ordered pizza here many times, and several mistakes have been made consistently. I went into the store last Saturday to order in person and make sure everything was correct. My visit that day made me realize what the problem is with this store. The employees were loudly talking in the back about anything but what they were doing. Facebook, latest gossip, joking around and casual horseplay were observed. These kids (and yes most of them looked to be 18 or younger) seemed more interested in what was going on outside work, than focusing on doing their jobs. At one point I even observed an employee eating ingredients on the line. I also witnessed an employee clock on without washing their hands and begin working with raw dough. This type of behavior is unacceptable for a business, and I will not be returning until this is corrected. Please get some proper management and some staff that want to work and show initiative.

We frequently get $20+ off our orders with coupons, and the pizza is always amazing. Not a fan of the flatbreads, but the specialtys are the best! If you pick up in store, you can easily get a free 2-liter. I dont think this place gets enough credit for how great it is.

Somehow my online order got so screwed up it said I ordered 2 chicken Tuscany pizzas and I wanted a meat and a Hawaiian. They had no clue how this happened either but fixed my order for me and were amazing people.

I have been ordering from this location for a long time and the service has gotten bad. I try and use the site to order with select coupon codes and from time to time theirs issues with the site but i call and they take care of it. Last 2 times ive called I get the hardline no pay 44 dollars or too bad. Simply put I dont have 45minutes to TRY and order pizza and fight the system with inconsiderate employees that simply dont care. Call dominos or pizza hut they got your back with no hassles and cheaper delivery fees.

Pizza guys has good pizza. However, putting a store in Red Robins is a HUGE MISTAKE. The first time we ordered they screwed up our order three times and never got it correct. We decided to give them a 2nd chance. This time ordered delivery. It took 20 minutes on the phone to place the order. They said it would be 30 minutes to arrive. After an hour and a half we called them asking where pur pizza was. We live exactly 2 miles from there. The girl on the phone said the delivery girl was at our door. We went to the door, no one was there. We went to a couple neighbors doors, not there. The girl on the phone actually argued with us that she was at our door. We will never order from here again.

Ive tried a TON of pizza joints and Im let down everytime.... except with this pizza. The Tuscany thin crust is the ticket. The regular crust pretty much blows. Id give it 5 stars but its run by kids that are generally too distracted to notice they have pizza crash derby happening as the pizza exits the oven and they hadnt removes the previous ones. Theres an I dont care vibe given off by some of the employees. The food still rocks and they will continue to get my business.

We got one of the new flatbreads it was fabulous! We ordered a salad it had blue cheese on it didnt mention on menu. My wife hates blue cheese. When we walked in there was vulgar music on radio.
