The worst and most expensive soft play I’ve ever been. There barely any food to choose from and the things that are here cost a fortune, You have to pay £5 if your a adult even if your not going on the soft plays and my mum who has a disability and can hardly walk still had to pay. there’s hardly anything there for toddlers. Children can just run out of the soft play area as there is no gates to stop them and The sand pit that is there it’s way to high to for children to reach and they cant sit in it because it’s to “dangerous” but can sit in one with hard bones that stick up which my son who has autism fell over and hurt himself then had a meltdown and we left early and now he has a bruise on his leg. definitely not worth £12 I will never be returning to this soft and will not recommend ANYONE to come here

I expected more activies/displays on dinosaures. We had to book tickets online and pay £5 per adult i think this should change to £5 per adult with a kid for the play area. Also I would suggest getting some sort of wrist band to indicate what you have paid for. Another suggestion is staff to be within the play area and on the floor. This would be to help safeguard kids and to alert parents to any unusual behaviour. There should be control on exit of who leaves with a child. The current setup will allow any person to leave with a child and if the child cries it might be seen as usual as kids would be unhappy to leave. I know we sign off any liabilties to you but think you should show effort in safeguarding kids.Apart from the logistics the kids seem to enjoy the play area.Add a note to the online booking that you should bring socks as no shoes allowed and no bear feet. I had to purchase a pair of dinotropolis socks for £2.50😐

Came here with 3 children youngest 3 years old. I was very impressed, the play area was spotlessly clean, the staff here were lovely. The cafe had a good selection of drinks and snacks even for babies. My toddler was screaming when we had to leave. It is more expensive than other soft plays to enter but I think it was worth it. Cant wait to return.

Weve been here a few times and have always enjoyed ourselves. What I will say though is having to pay £17 for myself and my daughter for 1hr is a little much, its not the price I have an issue with its the time restrictions (I get because if covid you have to but then the price should be lowered a bit). Also today when I was there it was packed, I do personally think the amount of pumped up kids running about was way to high! It was to much. And also part of it was sealed off (which I wasnt told about when I booked) and I still didnt know anything about till a child who looked about 8yrs old told me when my daughter went to go up there and she didnt know because the sign had fallen down! Which meant there was less space for kids to go, plus it wasnt sealed off very well which meant kids was going up there anyway which is dangerous!

Firstly the website is IMPOSSIBLE to try and book a session. No point having a unlimited membership because you can never EVER get a slot. Booking page is impossible if you want to book more than 1 person.The staff are so rude and toilets are filthy not cleaned regularly. No one monitors the toddler section if you have a little one they can not play freely as staff do not monitor the ages of the bigger kids entering the toddler section so unsafe for your toddler. For bigger kids it’s fun.However prepare to take around 30minutes to try and book it online. The Website is awful just needs to be a landing page.

Fun place. Has a cafe what does hot meals. There are lockers if needed to put hand bags in.Over priced for soft play. Most places are about £2-£5 just for X1 child. Dinotropolis charges for adults too. X1 child and X2 adults they charge about £22.

Way overpriced, £34 for 2 adults, 2 children and a baby. Nothing sensory for a 6 month old that can’t yet sit unsupported. The only soft play I know that charges for an adult. We could have saved ourselves a ticket as although the baby was free of charge, because there was nothing for him we only needed one adult to supervise the other two kids.You book a 90min session but they kicked us out 11 min early. If they need everyone out on time and therefore the facilities close 10min early then we should all be allowed to enter 10min early too to find a table, set up etc.Poor seating area, when we arrived there was literally one table left, I wouldn’t call upstairs a “dining area”, more like 3 tables put in a corridor. We were told we’re not allowed to take our buggy but then I saw others with a buggy upstairs. We also had trouble booking the tickets, the website kept coming up with error, no one answers the call and voicemail was full. The kids had fun but will not be returning. Giving two stars because the coffee was nice.

My kids 7 and 2 years old loves dinotropalis. It nice in the morning, when it not busy. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. Thanks

Rubbish place never coming here again. Have to pay £5 just to sit down in the place and the seats are so uncomfortable. The sand pit is tiny and they can only put their hands in it, the table is also way too high for toddlers but they arent allowed inside it. The toddler part of the soft play is embarrassingly small and they let too many kids in at once. Also no wrist bands to indicate who has paid and no staff within the softplay for safe gaurding, anyone can walk in. Theres also no food just a fridge with a few overpriced bits.

Extremely overpriced. £30 for 90 minutes utes of play for 2 4 year old children is absolutely ridiculous. Why on earth do you have to pay£5 for an adult to sit on a chair when most of them will be spending their money on teas and coffees in the overpriced cafe anyway. Yes it is nice in there but not for this price. If you got longer to play then maybe but not for an hour of half. I can get a whole day parent and toddler ticket at Chessington for £25 to put it into perspective. Also went to a.kids party here. Its £22 a head and online it advertises that you get 2 hours but it isnt it is an hour and half and half a hour of this is eating food so the children only have an hour play. So with paying for adults 10 kids for an hours play and so cheap food is £250! YOU DO NOT GET 2 HOURS ONLY AN HOUR AND HALF FOR PARTIES.

Not coming here again. So over priced you have to pay £5 to sit in the place, I’m disabled and unable to go into the soft play with them so I was stuck sitting on uncomfortable chairs. The toddler soft play is so small and the sand pit is dangerous! My grandson is autistic and loves sand but was told off by one of the staff members for sitting inside the pit and was told to go in the other pit that has sharp plastic bones sticking out of it! He fell and hurt himself on it. There’s no staff walking around for safeguarding and nothing to indicate who has paid, anyone can walk in and out of the place it’s so dangerous! The website is super misleading there’s no race track or lasers the carts are cheap rubbish bikes like in a playgroup. Can’t believe I paid £90 for 5 kids to play in the smallest soft play and 5 adults to sit in the building. The staff also let customers talk into the microphone which is super loud and they were saying inappropriate things.

Great place for the kids, has a few dinosaurs but its just a fancy soft play area at the end of the day and the price for a time slot which is limited to 90mins doesnt deliver value hence 4 star.

Took the kids a few weeks ago. Was happy with the numbers. We had the full 90 minutes and the kids loved it. ( 8 and 6).

Very poor. Forget the hype, this is just a mediocre soft play area. Its not really suitable for under 4s as the under 4 section is very small, and is no better than many of the free of charge mini-soft play areas. The over 4 section is very crowded (we went on a Saturday), with the kids crammed in like sardines - a perfect covid super-spreader recipe. Pricing is ridiculous for what you get. Basically, its just a marketing con, apart from a few electro puppet dinosaurs, its just an average soft play area that charges £17 a go (£12 for a kid, and £5 per adult). Simply avoid.

We went here but found it to be aimed more at children 4 -12 years of age. The couple of small toddler section became boring very quickly.Other than that and if your child is in the age range it was good

Went for the first time today for a party, the venue and facilities are fantastic.It was very busy, I had forgot socks and they didnt have any for sale so worth noting before you come.Also I wouldnt say the party host was much of a host or very involved with kids, we were given a room and had to prompt a lot for drinks etc.Main thing though Kids loved it and didnt want to leave.

We visited yesterday and the same areas that were taped up and broken pre lockdown remain taped up and broken. Its a bit grubby and worn in a lot of places now. Staff memeber on the entrance was telling people adults were free which is incorrect at £5 per adult and £12 per child it is way overpriced for what it is. Not enough seating for the amount of people they squeeze in. Book 90 minute session to be told 15 minutes before the end to start making your way to the exit! No staff on the floor and the ones behind the counter poorly informed and uninterested. Children who were playing in the sand area were asked to leave 20 minutes before the end of the session so they could tidy up for the next session. Overpriced and overrated, lots of other local soft plays that are far cheaper and just as good

I feel that the website misold us this attraction. Having seen the photos of the lazer beams and cool race track, my son was super excited. Lazers do not even form part of it and the Raptor Racing was a small circular area with pre school style old trikes on and a couple of other trikes which appeared to be falling apart. One had a pedal missing and one had bits hanging off of it. Other than the dinos around the edge there is nothing rrally dino about it. The soft play isnt interactive, its more like youre just waliking past or through obstacles. Our local leisure centre has more interactive and fun things to do for a third of the price. The cove had pretty nuch and empty sand pit and there box where you collect parts to buikd a dino was empty. You also have to pay for adults which is ridiculous. I do feel angered at the waste of money and wont be returning. I feel like the customers are fitting the bill for expensive dinosaurs at the edge for onlookers to see, and less for the actual attraction.

It is fun for the little ones, there wasnt enough tricycles/go karts on the mini track I counted 3. I was very very busy and felt a bit over crowded.

Great fun, lots to run around and explore. The canteen was a bit empty shelf wise but the slushies were nice

Walked out after about 10 minutes. NOT GOOD FOR YOUNG CHILDREN!! My daughter is 1, and I wouldnt say its suitable at all- despite the fact I phoned beforehand and was told differently by staff. Not practical as so many stairs, and trying to carry your child, whilst avoiding people running at you, is extremely difficult. Just avoid!!!!

The dinosaurs move! You get a token to get free water or a hot drink with an adult ticket.My 4 year old boy absolutely loved it. The areas are very clean. The softplay is maintained very well. Its noce when the kids can learn a bit about dinosaurs while enjoying softplay.Paying £5 for adult is not fair when you are going inside to watch only. This may be a deterrent to stop too many adults per child entering. Ive seen a whole big family with uncles and aunts coming to watch only one child playing in other softplay areas.

Great place and staff are very nice and helpful to adults and children and the place has so much to do! A spectacular climbing apparatus in jungle dinosaur theme and a sand pit type of area were you dig for dinosaur fossils and a interactive sand pit which is fascinating and you can colour in Ur own dinosaur and scan it and it shows up on two big screens in the place and brings them to life! And also its brilliant that they have put lockers in for belongings , most places dont do this so that was good. The dinosaurs were amazing even for myself , and only thing I would say is not enough seating and very pricey and would only come here every so often due to the expense. But I would say not worth the money for under 3s as the area is tiny.

I liked it but theres very little for babies/one year olds that dont feel confident enough around bigger kids or are unable to climb yet.

Badly thought out. The area for under 4s is hardly worth having. We paid £12 for my grandson whos two. When we went there were lots of school children who seemed to arrive in shifts. They had little respect for the younger ones. Had they not been there it would have been a lot better. And there was no paper in the ladies toilets. Value for money? Most definitely not.Went again recently. Much improved. Better when not busy. Ive now rated higher.

Great play area. Better than almost all weve been too. Even kept my 10 year old entertained who tries to insist shes too big for these things now. Had no problem with seating but I could see it being a problem during busier times, but youre probably going there for your kids and not for you, right? Itd be a shame to miss out on the opportunity but as you have to book to guarantee entry at a certain time you could always go specifically and double up with cinema tickets.

Average at best. Soft play was cramped and chaotic. Its VERY overpriced and despite arriving at opening times we were turned away initially as we hadnt booked.Wish we hadnt bothered going back. The under 3s area was a joke. Its tiny and full of kids clearly too old to allow the little ones to enjoy themselves. Didnt see a member of staff check it once!Its generally small and so over priced that you could easily find another that is better.Safety of the kids is also questionable. There was no signing out process, no way of them checking if the children were leaving with the correct adults.Must say the dinosaurs went down well with the kids its just not enough. Wont be going back!

We went here for the first time today today with our two children 4&6, at opening time (10am).Was not very busy, but Im sure it would be at peak times. Lockers are provided to keep belonging safe, they may need more though.Prices are very reasonable for the experience and also the effort the company have put into this place.It is not just a soft play area, the interactive sand pit is amazing. The lighting changes the colour of the sand once you start moving it around to deep it makes water, build a mountain and the lighting changes the hill to a volcano, keep it flat and the grass and trees appear with dinosaurs roaming.The interactive colouring area is also great. You colour in the dinosaur pictures provided and scan them by the tv and you picture appears on the screen roaming around the grassland. It also can be seen in the larger screen in the play area.They have 3 interactive dinosaurs which move when the sensors are triggered.The play area itself is well laid out with enough room for the adults to join in.The price for the adults to enter is quite fair IF they are going to play with their children and not just sit on their bottoms interacting with their phones more than their children, which you see a lot of.

A fantastic experience for our little 2 year old. After spending most of the day with mum and dad in busy shops, she enjoyed having some fun and exercise. Having just recently opened mostly everything was in a decent condition. The lockers, however, were probably bought second hand and were of poor quality. The staff were generally friendly towards us.

Definitely not worth the fee. Paid £20 for me and my child for 1.5 hours! Would pay £8 max!!The soft play is okay although have been to better but the raptor racing is such a small area within soft play. I thought would be separate area and larger.Dino escape is in a small room and is very dark most kids would be terrified. The room was so small. Website lead us to believe it would be this great experience and again we thought it would be a separate thing! God knows why you have to pay extra for it!!!PLEASE DON’T! Plus anyone could go in there our ticket was not even checked and no wrist bands were given!!Forgot to give us our ordered drinks and was treated like we were lying when we asked for them again.The large dinos were good but the repetitive Dino noises drive me insane!!

Great place, if overpriced. Small soft play for under 3s, massive area for over 4s. Also fun car track, sand pit area, dinosaur colouring where you can scan your dinosaur into the digital dinosaur land on the screens and watch him walk or fly about! All in all great fun and lost to entertain.

What a joke this place. They never pick up the phone. So how can they expect anyone to let them know the final number of people 48 hours before a party. Have been trying to call them for 4 days....

Have this a three stars for a few reasons. Overall this is a good place to bring your kids to, to run around and enjoy themselves. There are three main areas1: a soft play which includes an air ball game which runs on compressed air (wasnt working today).2: An activity area to colour in paper dinosaurs and place this on an interactive screen which brings them to life and is great fun for the kids, a sand pit area and another soft sand area to dig and investigate bones (although no soft sand so was an area of just exposed bones - so pointless)3: a mini pedal kart track which is supposed to have up to eight karts but only had three as the rest were broken.All in all the above knocked down my review to a four star, but it lost another when I realised that the time used to be a two hour window which has been reduced to 90minutes.I would suggest the gravity trampoline instead (which is ok only downstairs) as a good alternative for having more fun for roughly the same price

Well themed play area with friendly staff. Clean and good activities aside from the play area as well. We had ranger passes and they enjoyed the additional activities however the food was not worth the money we paid.

Nice place however very pricey for a soft play at £12 per child and £5 per adult but I like the fact that the adult is given a free drink hot or cold with entry.

Safety was a main concern here, bigger children were in the baby section, parents just let them get on with it which meant you had to be on guard with the little ones and make sure the older ones didnt accidentally or intentionally hurt the little ones - no member of staff during the whole visit checked the area and kicked the older ones out. Upon leaving they appeared to just let us out didnt check names or that we were leaving with only our own brood. It did not appear to be supervised very well and is over priced for what it is - much better soft plays around. The dinosaurs were great and all the staff were friendly but it did not make me feel comfortable enough to let my older one to run around on his own. May go back but purely just for the dinosaurs.

Three times the price of other soft play areas, £17 for a 2 year old child and one adult, it just doesnt warrant the extra money.

Awful soft play area. Absolutely no staff keeping an eye and controlling play.We took our 11 month old to play in the baby section. Unfortunately as there was no control this area was full of older (4+) kids throwing things around (with parents joining in) meaning he was unable to play at alliance . We left after 10minutes making our experience exactly £1 per minute.Maybe ok for older kids but truly a lawless play area. If you have naughty children and don’t care what they do definitely take them here!(Not possible to give 0 *’s)

I went today with my Autistic son, they didnt have any SEN discounts then said it was £22 for one child to play as its £12 for a child and then £5 each for me and the Mrs, which includes a drink of the most disgusting coffee Ive ever tasted. My son was only in for 20mins as it was too noisy for him. The actual soft play is decent but its not £22 decent.

Great place to take kids and younger siblings. Especially the ones that have way too much energy 😂

To much expensive 10£ for 2 adults and 1 year old child for 1 h 30 mn session. It was better when it costed half price. I won’t go back again.

Way overpriced just for a soft play, not enough seating and no access for buggys so we had to carry our baby around which wasnt ideal. The Dino theme was great but it wasnt an EXPERIENCE its just soft play and a few interactive areas which we thought there could be more of. We didnt even try to get a drink from the cafe as the staff looked like they were struggling with the orders they were already working on. Adults should be free entry and like other soft play £5 max for kids. Dino escape is not worth paying for at all. Overall its too expensive to just pop in after your shopping at Bluewater and I wouldnt travel all the way to Bluewater just for this soft play.

Dinotropolis is quite expensive compared to other soft plays. Im not sure what the difference is as it seems very similar to others. £17 for 1 child and 1 adult. You get a token for a free drink. Lockers are £1 which you get back, so thats good. Food was non existent even though others were eating. We were told lunch orders will begin at 2pm. I asked the staff if we could leave to get food and come back, but they informed us we need to pay again for entry. Im not entirely happy with this but the staff offered no other solutions so we only stayed for a short while, which was disappointing.An average experience for an overpriced soft play.

My boys did have lots of fun here. The dinosaurs themselves were pretty cool although we were hoping there to have been more. From the website I was expecting the place to be a lot bigger. The area for the under 3s and the racing raptors was much smaller then expected. My 2 year old got bored quickly and so we ventured to the larger area which was much more fun although very crowded.We thought we had a good deal with a free drink with the adult entry. The hot drinks are awful!! We found from seeing the faces of other customers too that it wasnt just us who thought this. For the time allowance your given and what there is to do it is very over priced.

So the actual play area was really good except for my 64 year old mother had to pay a £5 to sit in the cafe for 1hr and half on horrible wooden seats that crippled her back and struggled to walk around bluewater for the rest of the after noon.. So it really ruined her trip out with her own grandson cause she was In terrible pain..

The kids loved it and it is a good way to get them occupied.I would have lovednif there was a possibility of dropping the kids off for an inhouse attendant while going off to do a bitnof unobstructed shopping.

Visited for the first time today. Facilities are OK but no better than any other soft play really. I can understand the cost as their overheads are probably huge being at Bluewater. My 2 stars relate to the fact that my daughter is less than 2 and do stayed in the toddler area. Again not much better than you find in other soft play but reasonable. The problem was the toddler area is constantly under siege from older kids that are going bazerk. Its understandable, they are kids and enjoying themselves. Theyre not stopping to read a sign that says for 18 month to 3 year only. BUT either a responsible adult with the kids or definately a member of staff should be monitoring the situation. Im not comfortable telling other peoples kids what to do but I had to on several occasions. We are in the ball pit with our baby and a lady with her baby and there were 3 boys, aged 4, 5 and 5 being really hyper. I asked them so politely how old they were and that its for babies only really. As I was talking to them one of their mothers come over all huffy to see what was going on. Oh, were they being too rough? she whined and told them they needed to go to the other area. The second time there were 2 kids probably 8-10 recreating there favourite WWE moves in the ball pit. By the time we left it was complete chaos in there (toddler area) with parents happily watching there little loves going mental in there. To be clear my 2 star rating relates to the smaller age group of under 3s. Seems really good for older kids.

My son had his birthday party last night and I can’t get over how good the whole experience was. From the minute we arrived all the staff were so incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The actual ‘play’ part has been so well thought out, from the go carts, to interactive sand to ‘come alive’ dinosaurs and then the actual play park itself. Just a great & amazing experience for all the children and will be back soon. A big Thankyou to Adam and Becky - I wish you so much luck with this.

Went with friends and had a ill child and even though she slept the whole time they still charged the full amount for her to go in when they clearly could see she was not going to play. The service at the front desk was awful and we were all very disappointed with the customer service and the state of the place

This is a standard softplay for children 3-6y old.I wont go there again because:1) Its overpriced. £17 to enter with one child is way too much for a softplay.2) its overcrowded. I thought the tickets are limited per session, however the queue is endless and people keep coming there non stop. The stuff let them go in.Bluewater is a popular shopping centre in this area and there is no way to let all children come into the small room :) The owners should not be so greedy.3) No available lockers, few of them were broken, and the locker costs 20p per opened door :)4) No area to seat for adults. Few tables in the cafe is not enough for all the crowd they allow to go inside.5) Disgusting hot drinks.6) Its a bad idea to have a sandboxes there. All the sand is obviously spread around and you feel it everywhere you go.The only reason I rate it with 2 stars - my child, of course, liked it.But as for me - I dont know how did I survive there for 1,5h :)

Way too expensive for soft play with simply an added dinosaur statue. Was not impressed at paying £5 per adult. Only reason we payed was because we didn’t want to disappoint our children. Won’t be returning unless this company amend pricing.The actual soft play area is ok.Was put off drinking my tea with the server playing with my tea bag with his hands whilst waiting for the kettle to boil.

Really friendly staff, my lad loved the large ball pit that is there. And a variety of things to do.

Sunday got here at 10am the place was not busy. We were greeted and welcomed.From the website I got the impression this place was going to be big but it’s not however It is a good indoor soft play with karting, drawing, sand dusting etc (of course dinosaur theme) enough to keep kids and adults busy.By 11:30am the place was becoming a little busy and by 12pm it was very busy. All in all my son had a great time and loved it. I would only advise a family to come here early to avoid busy time which seems to be 11:30am-2pm. When you make a booking a day or two before you plan to visit check the time slot and see which time have more tickets available which means that slot be less busy.Other reviews have said that there isn’t enough seating or lockers and while we didn’t have a problem with this as we arrived early, we overheard a few people complaining that they had nowhere to sit or store their items.Even though you’re only meant to be there for 90 minutes, there is no system to ensure that you have to leave once your time is up. This can lead to the place getting overcrowded quite easily.My son had a ball hence the good rating, but it is expensive for what’s on offer. Caveat emptor.

The kids enjoyed it, but at £12 per child plus £5 per adult (the cheapest package), it is way overpriced. Adults get a drink included but the service is so bad and slow that its almost not worth the wait. Its much more suited for children 4+ than for younger children. Not sure well be returning soon.

The kids enjoyed it but 1 hour 30 mins was not long enough had trouble getting kids out and its very pricy. And £5 for an adult!!!! Paid for the full works including a meal for kids but when we came to order food was told no hot meals as kitchen was closed. I argued that we were not told that when we booked or on entry when we got our tokens for the food. We would just have paid for basic entry if we had known. We were offered a sandwich but i said my toddler grandaughter wont eat a sandwich, was then offered 2 extra snacks. Erm i think not! After a while i was offered nugget & chips for all 4 kids. Better than nothing so i accepted.

Its a great place for all ages - up to about 9 years. Lots to do, including go kartish experience. Its however unreasonable to charge £12 for each child and £5 for each accompanying adult. (At least 1 adult should go in free with each full paying child)

Yes its expensive but my son loves this place and dinosaurs. The soft play is average but he loves it especially the colouring in where the dinos come to life and he enjoys the sand play. The cafe is always busy but you turn into a fossil just waiting to be served a coffee...

Expensive!! Annoying that it was £5 for the adult to come in and yet there was no where to sit and it was so dirty in the cafe (had to pay for my 4month old and he couldnt do anything there too). Shocked that there was no healthy food in the cafe and so expensive again for all the food and drinks! Probably wouldnt go again.

Very over priced for the average experience. Hot chocolate from the cafè was just hot water with a slight hint of chocolate

The actual soft play area is great , however the price is much more than most and adults have to pay to sit and watch . Also the free coffee is basically hot water with some foam on top (not good) .

Excellent place to take kids, I think adults should get free entry though.

Son loves this soft play, there is a lot for the children and you get loads for your money, also suitable for younger children.

Good but was a little worried as little ones can climb up to top inside the play area and come out at the cafeteria area and no barrier for stairs. So toddlers could fall.

Coffee or tea you get for paying £5 per adult is disgusting thats if you can even get one,It should be £1 per spectator and dont worry about the horrible drink,Dont pay the extra £3 for the discovery pass and get the dino escape challenge because it is rubbish, you just crawl under some lasers in a small square, i thought it was going to be lots of dinosaurs and you had to creep past them without them seeing you,The only decent things are the t-rex dinosaur that moves and you can colour in a dinosaur and bring it to life on a computer screen and also the jungle themed 3 storey soft play centre but still not worth £12 per childrens and £5 per adult.

I would never return here😡 I brought 2 ranger tickets online for my grandsons 5th birthday, which I thought entitled them to a hot meal. We arrived for 5.00pm at 5.45pm we went to use our tickets for food and was told that there was no hot food available and they only had sandwiches left, bearing in mind that it is open until 9.00pm. I complained to the manger who said that it states on the web site that hot food is not always available. I would of thought at this time of day there should of still been hot food available. The place is over priced and and does not have much to offer, I would never recommend.

The soft play is ok but is really just for very young children, the fossil cafe is far too small as there is not many places to sit as a parent so the small cafe fills up first. The laser ranger thing isn’t worth the extra fiver. Nor is the “lunch” at a fiver which consists of a pre-made sandwich (cheese/tuna/ham) on white, a cold drink and crisps or a chocolate bar.Not bad on the whole but I don’t think it was worth the £75 for 3 kids and 3 adults (includes a hot drink in paper cup for adults). On the plus side the staff are helpful and friendly although they could do with a few more of them. It is very clean too, although it only opened 8 days ago..

Avoid the coffee! Whilst its 1x free for each paying adult (well it was pre covid) its close to dishwater. The place itself is clean, tidy and staff are friendly.The last time we went we took out own reusable cups (to save the planet), the staff filled their own non-recyclable ones, tipped into my cups and then threw away their non-recyclable ones! Seriously! Hope they read these!So today (26/09/2020) their covid measures were really good. There were a few families ignoring rules, no masks etc running around the play areas. I informed staff (sorry, this is for the greater good, we dont want another full lockdown thanks), and they RAPIDLY went out in force to let people know they had to wear them in the play park, they then followed up with announcements. Well done dinotropolis! :)

Interesting variation on soft play. Plenty to do, struggled to get my 3 year old to leave!

Smaller than it first appears and animatronics are mostly visable from the window. Clean and well designed.

£5 per adult to watch your children play having paid £12 per child per hour... I think not!! Absolutely outrageous and totally uncalled for! Needless to say I told the cashier what I thought and walked out... I know Bluewater is expensive, but charging parents to watch their kids having a run around is just extortion!

Exceptional and kids had a great time. Staff were top notch.

Great fun, and big enough to not get boring.
