I dont understand why people open company and hire employees when they dont have enough knowledge about project requirements and even funds for paying employees and expect employees to work completion on time.It was very bad experience with Amptech Software LLP. Owner of company has no words of mouth. He can give any commitment to employees and to clients also because of no willing to complete that. He remain busy evertime for time of salary. He only wants to cut salary by name for epf, tds account and there will be no epf or tds account for your deducted salary. See the screenshots for sample it is not all about my experience there.I can say very bad place to work here! You will be begging money everytime for your salary because of no funds in company and you will never get full amount after gone from here.
