Amazing society with highly maintained flats and having all the facilities available including a very big market which is very near, playing area for the children’s, gym and swimming pool etc.

Totally fraud builder I am living in Spring Meadows from July 2021 I have paid my stamp duty also but still waiting for my flat registry.I met builder so many times but everytime he give us sweet candy and make us fool. Suggestion for new buyers never invest your hard income in this property..

You cant trust the builder commitment. This builder is totally fraud and never fulfilled the promises. Here positive review seems to be fake or paid comments. Try to get the correct reviews from residents living there in society(2nd phase possession). His possession was too much late, management is unresponsive. They will treat you as a guest till the time you paid off all dues to builder and then he will do a pack up for next project and you have to fight at every step here in society.Builder is not paying his dues to authority and because of that we people(2nd phase possession) are here without registry even we have paid all dues including the stamp duty at the time of possession.Before investing your hard earned money think about this builder.Again I would say think thrice before investing in his project.

Fraud Builder. Fake promise . People have invested hard earned money for dream home and after getting keys, they are still waiting for registry , parking and other basics facilites . All the time , they are saying registry would be going on next month ....dont know when this exact next month would be.

Builder is very unresponsive. They promisedto registry my flat in January 2021 but still registry of my flat is pending they always saying will start in next month and next month is never ending.. this is very sad for homebuyer.

The project quality is good. Earlier there were some maintenance issues but now we residents had appointed JLL and everything is fine. Value for money project.

I visited this society recently with my family and although one can see some minor issues, overall the society is being well maintained and taken care of.The green area is quite open. Location is well connected and not crowded like Gaur cirle. Price wise its value for money. Overall 4/5

My search for a decent home ended at Spring Meadows. It is a very beautiful society with ample green area. The people living in society are quiet peaceful. I would like to again thank whole Hedgehomes team especially Hitesh who helped us find our dream home without any hassle.

Good society, environment is good and my parents also like the aura of this. Bought my flat from Lakshay through Hedgehomes.I liked the working of this startup. From the very first day they know about my requirements and showed me the relevant options only. Its around 2 months now and I am happy with my decision.

Been living here since a year. Can see a lot of improvement happening since JLL has taken over the maintainence. Overall a good experience living here as it close to everything.

Spring meadow society is average society in noida extension.All.side fill up with society i.e. mayfair, la residentia, nirala estate.You can try 2 and 3 BHP flat for your rent and purchase.After discuss with residents we as local guide has given 3 star.

I dont know about the infrastructure of this society but yes with whatever has happened over the last 4-5 days, it shows the type of people who are residing there. Complete hooligans and inhumane. They have tried to prove themselves big by torturing and starving the community dogs...that shows how small one can be... extremely filthy

Looks like the society is inhabited by maniacs who have caged some street bound dogs inside the premises and starving them by not allowing Feeders to feed them. Such people bring a bad name to the whole society by endorsing forced starvation of 2 year old dogs to death!

Society is ok , but builder is a defaulter person not meeting his commitment to its buyer and not paying charges to authority, even builder has already collected from buyers and due to this registry is held.

Excellent housing facilites. Safe and guarded apartment. Multiple levels of checking to ensure safety. Gym,public area,swimming pool and 2 parks for children and 1 park for relaxing. The only weak point is that i was in D2 building and it had zero reception of mobile network had to do with wifi of relative but i am not sure other building have the same issue.

Will not recommend to anyone. Rs.2.36 per square feet is charged for maintaiance. Swimming pool and gym still not functional. Khud jakar dono ki halat dekh lijiye ga. Rs 4000 deposited for interior works, out of which only Rs.2000 refundable. Semi quality flats and seelan problem recuring. I suggest noo one to invest in Pigeon Buildhome project. Cheaters and liers. Just visit few flats to find the bad quality.

The builder here does not care about the registry. People are demanding registry but they are not even listening to them. I am also impacted by it.

Mobile network problem...you will have to walk 200-300 meters for any public transport like auto, rickshaw or anything...due to network issue one cant book a cab from his home as the mobile data will not work inside the house, he will have to first come to the main gate where their would be proper network..shops are around 20 meters away so thats a good thing... And construction is still on.

Society is good and well built. The infrastructure of the flat is good. There are enought lifts. Parking is also spacious. Newly open market in the society has restaurants, grocery stores, optical shops, dtdc courier service, parlors, etc. Shuttl app bus stops at the society, school bus stop is also there. Next to this society is mayfare residency market which has all the street food item stalls and restaurants, medical stores, etc

Worst build quality..i am living here from past one month and master bedroom floor damaged, tap damaged , no greenry in society, not good mainteneace..i have not seen more wost build than this ..sorry to say ..paise barbad ho gaye..when u talk to concerned people they say -- main thodi banata hu building..

Construction quality is not so good. Planning, architecture of home structure is also not satisfactory. As the builder was committed it was not so likely. Basic facilities , amenities for children and others are not available. Freshers and non experienced people built this project. Neither for investment nor for stay it is advisable. Inside it is more conjestion to live. Being the residentof this flop project, middle class people feels why he has to invest in this project. So overall it is not advisable to invest especially in this project of non Spring project.

Not enough space inside the society. As name suggests builder has made pigeon holes. From ones balcony, one can have good view of atleast 10-15 bedrooms. They are so close.

I am living here from more than 1 yr, now i am sharing the actual scenario.This is actually one of the worst society bcoz of NO ventilation with very very bad maintaince.And the most horrible thing is builder and JATIN DHINGRA. You came here to buy they will treat you like god but once you buy no one here will listen you. A great politician Mr.Dhingra is. He will call the police to keep your mouth shut, if you raise your voice for any thing.Now the choice and decision is yours...

Very nice staff , plan is nice for project but, its little congested , buildings are too close to each other but , the area where it is located is beautiful, green, clean and wide road

Best place for families.

The area is a good place to live. Will have to wait for public conveyance. Network issue is there. Boosters are getting deployed. Area is Spring meadows, so Google should remove the prefix Amprapali. It confuses the customers.
