Greater Noida is a remote & expensive place when it comes to finding a quality product, and that too for expensive items like my laptop which I purchased from UK, I was unable to find compatible laptop battery anywhere in local shops Jagat farm in Greater Noida, all recommend to go to Delhi in order to purchase. I have a laptop HP Pavilion DV7, I am programmer and I am giving this review after 3 years using and testing 12-cell Battery and charger, when I bought my laptop within 2 years the battery drained out and charger was unavailable in my local market and I wanted to have a spare charger as charger for my 17” Laptop was quite heavy and wanted to get rid of unnecessary hassle of carry the charger everyday,I searched everywhere but I could not get my model battery or charger, anyhow after research I found rega-it, called the customer care number as I was very sacred to buy online without any help, was also pretty sacred to use anything that just doesn’t fit my laptop or does any harm to it, Anyways, i told about my problem, first I talked to an executive which was not of much help but phone was transferred to pretty intelligent guy, seemed to to be very confident, he asked me some basic questions about how you use to charge your laptop as he said battery’s life is longer than 2 years (I did not believe him then but eventually he proved me wrong as I know today that he was very experienced)He asked me how long battery backup you need I said min. 3-4 hours, he then recommended me to go for 12-cell battery and not 6-cell but clearly told me that 12 cell battery will elevate your laptop when kept on a desktop, I felt strange first as how will my laptop look elevated from the battery case, then he explained me that standard is 6 cell but in order to accommodate 6 another cells into battery it makes it elevated and also he convinced me that it will also save your laptop from heating as this elevation will create as space for air and laptop life will increase, anyways he was convincing so I did purchase from there website, he emailed the link to buy from, I was not hoping anything he was saying that is going to happen as I use almost 12-18 hours laptop per day and I just hoped that this replacement battery works even an hour it good for me, so when I purchased the battery, I also purchased adapter from them (first purchase and 2 items-was very scary!!), just as an advise at the end of call he told me how to charge the battery in proper way – I just ignored initially but somehow listened. This company peoples have no sense talking. They just try to make you wrong. I have ordered one laptop keyboard with order id: 55779514. Mistakenly I have place the order for wrong model. Now when I received the product I realized the mistake. I asked them to replace, they said replacement with courier charge extra Rs. 100/-, but the main issue is they asking for courier this product to them then will send. If i have the same time to do all these stuffs then why should I purchase online. I asked them pickup the product and I will pay the charge as I dont have time, but they say that we do not have pickup service......I dont prefer this company to buy product strongly.... becoz suppose you have a defected/damaged piece then you have to send to them on your own......Ranjeet

Please guys stay away from thia company......i want to share one terrible experience of mine with this company.i ordered an acer laptop keyboard from this company i received a wrong one ,so i mailed these guys regarding that,they say that there two types of keyboard for same model of laptop....how the hell would i know which model it is they should mention during the purchase itself..so then they asked me to mail it to them.I have asked for pickup facility to which they denied.So i mailed it to them paying courier expenses. As soon as they received they removed some keys and posted the pics to me saying that i forcefully tried to fix the keyboard hence the keys broke. What a lame excuse!!! I asked them to provide me the unboxing of the parcel i courier so that ill admit i have sent in a damaged product to that they replied saying , Give us a video showing you have sent the undamaged product. They are now denying to return or replace.i will not leave this issue i will file a compaling regarding the mental torture these guys have given me meanwhile please dont buy products from this company you will regret it.

I shifted to Greater Noida recently and lost charger for my laptop which I bought from London, I went to the local market called jagat farm, tried all computer shops but nobody had the charger compatible to my laptop model (as it was launched in uk only), I was told that that in India you will not get this charger, but i searched and found rega it, just thought of going and asking if they had charger, went there with my laptop, I showed to the owner and was impressed by his excellence as he just saw the laptop where charger pin goes and asked his staff to get it from the stock, I told him that i purchased this from UK, he said donot worry, the charger he will give you is exactly compatible to your laptop, I kind of agreed. To my surprise the charger was perfect for my laptop…My problem was solved within 10min…for which I was struggling from the past 20 days….!!!I would highly highly recommend buying from rega it as experience counts and that has really helped me!!!

Worst experience ever with an electronics company. My firm purchased a few products from this place a couple of chargers. The order was accepted 1 week after the placement and received 3 weeks later.In addition one of the chargers proved to be defectivewhile the other burned out within a week. Customer execs are highly unprofessional and have forced us to send the products back even after doing so a replacement still isnt forthcoming.The loss of time is not worth the money spent on the products.In my sincere opinion please reconsider their services.
