Very good project. Add on is near to the market. In coming times it seems this area will develop and with Best builder you have atleast a peace of mind. With monthly communication on what has been done in the past month related to the target completion of each tower is really helpful. Only 2 house per floor is an another advantage unlike other societies having 4,6,8 houses per floor.

Its a upcoming semi-lugxury apartment building is being developed by ATS construction company. Its quite expensive from market price but the construction and design quality is the best in the market. The project delivery date is March-2024.I bought a flat also in this project.

Builder is overcharging for facilities.Providing just 1paid carparking with each flat, location of the society is not very impressive

It is sad to see them (the best builder of NCR) to select such a bad location at Noida Extension and selling the flat at the rate of Noida real estate market price. Innocent buyer will loose money as with interest cost of five years (construction period), it seems difficult even to recover the costing. In my personal opinion, this project should be avoided by investor.

Avoid noida extension altogether. Moreover quality from ats is no more as earlier. Lot of hidden clauses. A burden after buy. No appreciation visible next 5-8 years.

This is not the location for ATS Nobility. I traveled with this google map location, drove all the way for 1 hr and ended up in Hozari Complex in frount of a factory 😢 google should pleeease verify, what people are tagging.. 😢😢
