A compact, retired army personal complex. It has all amenities within the complex. Lot of open space.

Definitely one of the best societies in the NCR.People are really decent and the general aura of the place is safe.There are faculties of all sorts over here, everything from markets to sports to leisure, everything.No one is alone here, people of all age groups live here.The living conditions are extremely affordable and worth each rupee.Hygine is extremely well taken care of and cleaning staff is regular.Fairly green area.Markets here are good enough to satiate all your wants except for electronics and clothing.Power backups are well functional and all complains are heeded to fairly quickly.All and all, no reason as to why you shouldnt come here, would definitely recommend.

A large residential society that comprises of wide, neat and clean roads, many parks that are well maintained, large shopping centers where you can find most of the day-to-day stuff. It is very spacious and open relative to other societies.On the downside, things are a bit expensive here, the maintenance charges are quite high, and so are the rates of backup electricity.Overall, it is a great place to live.

Large, self contained township with own markets, schools, club, community hall, sports facilities, gardens. Huge open spaces. Parks around every block. Most admired township in Greno.Only defence persons can own property. Tenancy open to all, but RWA would be screening beforehand.

There is everything inside this township. You dont need to go out for necessary items as you can find everything from the markets here, and there are great parks too, for people of all ages and even dog parks.You can find paid sports areas with basketball court, swimming pool,open gym and tennis court.The way security guards talk to you is very unprofessional. Charge is too much for electricity and other maintenance.Rest, everything is good.Most of the facilities are for the house owners and only people of army can benefit from such privileges.

The best township for family.Mostly self sufficient, has lots of shops , several gardens, amphitheatre, kids play areas, swimming pool, gym, basketball and badminton court, very good security.

It is a nice large society complex, the lifts r fast & clean. The rooms r of good size & qhite comfortable.The car parking is large & can accommodate all sizes of car.

Most greener society in Greater Noida. Flats are spacious, airy, and have enough sunlight. Ample space for car parking. Very big society housing approx 3000 flats. Maintenance is not good, otherwise very good society to live in.

Heavily guarded, restricted air space, merit based entry.You better behave right if youre lucky enough to be allowed inside. sorta like town of Alexandria from Walking Dead.

Awho is the great place and there is a peaceful atmosphere. Garden, shopping store, stationary, ATM all are available inside the society.

Its a township have evry essential things available in its market. ATM. Postoffice. kendriyabhandar. amul and motherdairy. play school. swimming pool. medical store etc

As the saying goes, everything has its pros and cons.Pros: This is a pretty big society with spacious flats. Airy rooms with ample of sunlight either in the morning or in the evening.The roads are clean with pedestrian footpaths.Parking is good with designated places to park ones vehicle.Security seems be good with almost 15 guards and supervisors at both the entry/Exit gate. It is well lit with very less shady areas.There is a lot of greenery and ample parks. there is an amphitheater in the central park.Cons : The build quality could have been better. Try drilling a hole in the wall for wall hangings and the plaster would break off (this happens 3 times in 10).Since the rooms are airy, even with a slight increase in the airs speed, the doors start banging and before you know it there is a crack around the door.Even when there are footpaths none of the pedestrians use it. They just walk on the road with no regard of any vehicles.Since the parking is designated there is a lot of parking related matters/spats between residents.There is ONE security guard between 4 towers. No book entry of people entering the towers.Lifts are nearing their end it seems. Not a single lift with both the lights working.The RWA, instead of keeping the property well maintained, is busy taking interviews of people who want to rent a flat there.All the shops inside the society cannot be leased

This is a small city in its own. They have everything within the compound limits. I like the way the society has been maintained. I feel the only drawback is that normal people cant buy a home here as its for defense guys only.

Very good, clean and quiet housing society with lots of open spaces. Has three markets, four dairy booths, 6-7 vegetable and fruit shops, gym, open gym, playground, cricket practice nets with coaching, footpaths on all roads, amphitheatre, tennis courts, basketball courts, swimming pool, community centre, restaurants and fast food joints, ECHS health care, army canteen inside the premises. Once again, very, very open in terms of spaces with countless parks!

Good township with plenty of open spaces. RWAs rules being drafted by retired army officers are a little too strict and will rankle many civilians. On the other hand, these same rules lead to a well maintained and very safe society.Spacious homes with well designed floor plans, but the construction materials used are third grade.Electricity and water supply are 24 * 7. Electricity backup takes 30 odd seconds to kick in. You can get daily life groceries within the township. Has a CSD canteen too.Club gym swimming pool sports facilities etc. have higher charges for civilians and not worth it as they are very bare bones. RWA also prevents people below a certain income level from renting.

Society is good, pretty clean as compared to the nearby societies. As the RWA is run by ex army people, so they have some stringient rules n regulations, which looks weird sometimes. The market inside the society it pretty costly be is the vegetables vendor, cosmetic shops or the fast food vendors. They have those annual RWA elections but i wonder why only the owner are allowed to vote, where most of them arent even living here. Its really weird as the people who live should be allowed as they only can tell and judge based on the issues that they face. Plus you need to give 8k plus tax to the RWA in case you are renting a flat or changing your flat within the society.

Pros:Huge society with well maintained parks. It is secure and spacious. Peaceful and pollution free environment. Low rental (you get 3 BHK for 12k to 10k and 2bhk for 8k) with woodwork. Has shopping complex inside for yr daily needs. Good place to live with kids.Cons: Alot of nuisance for getting flat allotted and deposit of 8k which is non refundable. Tenants are often misbehaved with. You basically dont have say if you dont own a flat there. Sport facilities are expensive for tenants.

Well maintained and managed by retired army officers. Security is very tight. One of the best socities in India. Sports facilities such as cricket ground, tennis court, swimming pool, gym are available here. For kids, skating and karate sessions are also available. Play school is also inside the society. There are 3 shopping centers. AWHO is near to pari Chowk. Maintenance cost is high , but society is well maintained. So, one could afford to give high maintenance for better living. There are 1BHK, 2BHK, 3 BHK, 4 BHK flats. There is part hall. Central garden has its own charm. Society celebrates every festival. It also conducts live concerts in central gardenMy parents felt secured and would love to live here forever.
