Located in Tharekkad village in Palakkad town, inside Tamil Brahmin Agrahara, the deities are Siva, Parvathi and Vinayaka. Daily Poojas is done by Tamil Brahmin Wadhyar. This is a temple primarily for Hindu deity worship. On important festival occasions, the model of the deity is taken out to the village in religious procession. A Kalyana Mantap is located in the temple premises and adjacent to this temple.

Nice place for pray. Also have an auditorium behind the temple.the road is so narrow . Avoid suv and large car parking should be good

The main dieties of the temple is visalakshmi sametha viswanathar. Its more than a 100 year ls old temple.

Very serene and peaceful temple. Its very religious and traditional. Its atleast 500+ years old and the same tradition is still maintained. Good to visit.
