From last 1 week the delivery executive is saying unable to contact and rescheduling the delivery date , but the truth is the executive never tried to contact me neither I am able to contact the courier . Worst service ever received.

The courier services are very bad. Courier partner never come but they mention on the tracking report that coustmer not meet. Ekart logistics is very good courier.

They call with priority numbers.... There is no contact number so u cant make any contact to them... Theyll do whatever they feel like...in my case they returned the order without me even knowing and the reason stated by them was that THE ADDRESS WAS UNLOCATABLE ...what the hell is this do I live in space...There is no sense of responsibility.....worst courier service....

Very bad courier facility they did not call or contact anyone and they said that your number is not reachable thats why I have returned your shipment this is not first time they always do such a things
