That was a dinosaur all right. No raptors to bite me.10/10 experience
The Haddonfield Dinosaur It is an awesome statue. It is open all year round and very family friendly. It is wheelchair accessible for those who are handicapped, and almost never too crowded. Weather allowing it is a great place for picnics and is quite easy to navigate. Its also a small trek with the whole thing less than half a mile across.
Very nice, has a fountain at the bottom. Nice addition to town
One of my favorite quirky things about Haddonfield is Haddy the dinosaur statue. Haddy is a hadrosaurus and about a mile or so away in another location was a dig site where they found hadrosaurus remains.
Fun stop along downtown Haddonfield
Haddonfield is among few towns that can claim its own dinosaur.
When I first visited the hadrosaurus foulkii, the idea of getting to see a living breathing dinosaur in person sounded awesome. That was until the hadrosaurus foulkii tried to eat the trees and various other forms of vegetation, all the small children started to run away, believing that the hadrosaurus foulkii would eat them, despite the hadrosaurus foulkii being a herbivore. Anyways, since then, lots of tax dollars have thankfully been spent to encase the hadrosaurus foulkii in metal, so that those types of incidents dont happen ever again. Overall, a very cool experience, and one of the many things that makes Haddonfield a town worth going to.
So cool. Just a random dinosaur statue as you walking downtown Haddonfield NJ. It is nestled between really cool shops. Downtown Haddonfield is beautiful at Christmas. This town reminds me of a Norman Rockwell painting!
Fun statue in the heart of Haddonfield with tons of fun stuff to do in the area. Not a bad spot to grab a few pokemon either.
This statue is where my family goes after every dinner in Haddonfield. Its a thing we do and I love it!
Maybe the best stand alone iron cast dinosaur stature on the east coast - if you are visiting the statue - complement your visit with a trip to the excavation site on Maple Avenue
Fun for the kids to toss coins into the water
This dinosaur is called Haddie. There was a dinosaur dig on Maple Ave. Off Grove street in Haddonfield. The site where they found Haddie is marked.
Nice summer show and a good stop for the kids in Philadelphia
