It is a very nice place. I bought a Bridal lehenga for my wedding. I got a very good collection of Bridal lehenga. They have good verity of lehengas, suits & gowns as well. I really got a very good shopping experience.

We could see some great collections for bridal and party wear. They have lot of variety, owners gave personal attention and meaningful advice. Staff is enthusiastic and proactive. Price quite competitive.

Due to Covid, I had to purchase my reception lehnga online. I made a huge mistake shopping through Poshak and trusting them. I selected my lehnga via a video call but the lehnga in stock was around 6+ inches longer than my measurements. Nandini and her dad (store manager) confirmed they will get a new lehnga made to my size but sent me the same lehnga that was in stock. I had to spend over $500 USD just a few days before my wedding to get the lehnga cut to my size which ruined the design (pics attached). They refused to accept the fact that they deceived me and also refused to compensate me for their mistake. Even the lehnga top had measurement issues. They only cared about selling the lehnga, not how it will impact their customer. I highly recommend avoiding online shopping from this store! Save yourself the stress. I’m really not the type to post negative reviews, but just trying to save you the stress. Weddings can be stressful as is, extra stress is not needed.

Soo I booked a lehenga by paying 50% of the price, Poshak asked me to visit their store after 20 days to collect it ( just a few days before my brothers wedding). Once I got to the store after 20 days I got a completely different lehenga ( only colour was same) , when I complained, the store owner told me since you are coming after 20 days you must have forgotten how your lehenga looked (LOL). Apart from this, the store owner didnt spare a second to argue with my old dad. Only after I shared pictures of what I had chosen, and after much debate, did he agree that his store made a mistake. He refunded full amount post that. BUT is that sufficient? I had to find a new lehenga in four days apart from the pressure to fulfill other responsibilities of shaadi AND deal with the store owners attitude. I wonder how the stores survives in sector 17 with such a pathetic customer service and bad products. The goodwill of this store that must have been built in years in now going to drains with whosoever is managing it now. Visit this store at your own risk. ALSO, trust me you can get same stuff in Delhi from Lajpat nagar and chandni chowk for 25 percent less amount. Even if you book a cab from Chandigarh to Delhi round trip, you will be saving money.My advice to the stor owner- if you plan to sell products this expensive ( which are not even worth it) ATLEAST have a good customer service and provide what you promise.

So i was browsing through bridal lehngas and as it is a big decision, u cant take it an instant. Initially, the staff was really good n helpful...but the moment i said that we will come n finalize tomorrow, a tall curly haired pot bellied supervisor who was so sweet moments ago, refused to talk about details such as tailoring and also refused to show more lehngas..now i had actually liked a lehnga, but because of that mans sudden rude tone, i dont feel like going into that shop ever again

Bought dress for my engagement from here, which they offered to alter. Not only the alterations were too pathetic, the dress was returned in a very bad shape. It was so dirty that even the color looked different. Had to get the dress dry cleaned which I received at the last moment, right before the ceremony. Imagine my stress levels at that time!

I went just out of the blue to check the collection and spent a fortune just like that, its that good. Go for it if ethnic is in your mind. Very good.

This is one of the popular shops in sector 17 for bridal lehengas, sarees and suits. The shop has enormous variety. No matter what, you cant curb but end up buying something or the other. As long as prices are concerned it soars little high but still this shop is a thumbs up from me.

I will hate to see the business of these iconic stores in sector 17 being effected by the newer malls. One way to bring the charm back to sector 17 shopping plaza is to eliminate at least half the street vendors spread all across the place to bring back the clientele of yesterdays that now prefer going to the malls.

Worst place to buy ready made dresses if they are not of your size.They destroyed my lehnga after alteration and told me this is how we do it.Moreover, they ask you to pay half amount first and later after alteration. You are left with no option to pay the remaining amount for destroying your dress after alteration.

Extremely hot, probably because the main part of this shop is in a basement. Very bright lights contribute to this. The roof was also leaking in certain parts and they had buckets set up on the floor to catch drops of water

Purchased a dress from there.Some alteration was to be done .Till I have not paid the staff was very sugar coated and helpful but after that I made four trips for my work as there is no one person who handles it.Everyones baby is no ones baby.They just want you to take it and even it was not properly packed.Very unprofessional attitude.

Worst customer service. They lied about altering a reception gown a day before the event and delivered the gown as it is to us. It was a disaster on the reception but we had no other choice. Its very disappointing when respected shops like this lie straight on your face knowing its once in a lifetime event.
