Used to be excellent. Both service quality and coffee quality have become terrible of late. The ambience is still good however and bakery items, though not as amazing as they used to be, are decent.

I dont know what makes a latte take 25 minutes but it did. And then it wasnt a latte. It was coffee with steamed milk. One star bc the ambiance was nice, one for the cheese on the pizza (the rest of it was pretty meh).
