By far the best hotel in Osh. Great rooms, great amenities, very friendly staff and a very safe place to stay. They even cut the grass by hand!

We visited the Zhannat Resort spa center. From the pleasant - the pool is located right under the Sulaiman-Too mountain, an amazing view, in the evening it blows with mountain coolness.There are 3 types of baths, I really liked the hammam, one minus is everything in common.I liked the jacuzzi and the water temperature in the large pool is moderately cool.From the unpleasant - impolite staff, right from the entrance it was felt as the girl approached the reception for him without any hello and thrust a sheet with prices for massage 🤦🏻‍♀️ we stopped right after work, so we didnt take anything with us, but the girl didnt offered no towels or slippers, handed the keys and sent it to someone who knows where.Usually, in other spas, everything is given immediately at the reception, and then we had to ask ourselves later.By the way, when they asked for bathrobes, they did not warn that it was paid, they found out about it only during the checkout.In general, a very unpleasant experience for the girls at the reception and in the womens area.But this does not apply to the waiters, they are polite and welcoming.The kitchen is not tasty, pizza, rolls - nothing like it. But, in my opinion, this is the case in all spas.I didn’t like that the water in the pool is changed once a week, it should be changed at least 2 times a week.The water in the indoor childrens pool was suspiciously cloudy 🤭And on the Instagram page, the price for admission for an adult on a weekday was 800 soms, and at the reception they took 1000 soms per person.

BUT, there is a BUT!I was in Jalal-Abad in such chic public baths as Shar-Suu, Keremet, Royal, although each of them has its own drawbacks!Lets talk about what I didnt like here:1 - when you go to a distant steam room (Scandinavian, if my memory serves me), then passing cars with passengers see you, (this is not ethical) people come here to relax and nothing should bother them.2 - the same distant steam room is temperature-controlled, but without our consent, the steam was intensified, and we all had to quickly leave!Regulation should be smooth, slowly rolling!3 - Finnish dry steam, it was too hot there, already above 130 ° C, everyone immediately ran out of here, and for effective sweating, 70-75 ° C is enough, you sit chatting with friends, and sweat keeps pouring and pouring.4 - locker rooms are cramped!5 - you need to eat to go to another building (the banquet is called); here - either, or:Either the food must be carried to the main hall, and not to another, or not to carry the menu to the main hall with the pools, whoever wants to eat will come there himself, view the menu, order there, and eat there!By the way, the banquet hall is not comfortable, it could be improved, for comparison, the restaurant in Jalal-Abad bath Shar-Suu is very cozy and comfortable!6 - During the construction, we did not take into account the room for reading namaz, but allocated a small room with a monitor from the cameras, which is very distracting!7 - no salt mine or any gym equipment!8 - The secluded Lounge is almost not counted, it is small, for 2-3 beds!I really liked the bathhouse (I hope the administration will read my review and take into account their shortcomings to improve them), and I know for sure that I will come here more than once, but one thing surprised me - why there were very few people here on a weekend (maybe Oshan 650 som for an expensive entrance), for comparison, on the same days, at least 200 people visit each of the Jalal-Abad baths a day.I will also write reviews about the Jalal-Abad baths and their shortcomings soon!
