He completed his Bachelors with honors degree in electronics & communication engineering in 1983 from the College of Engineering, Guindy.He is married to Kalpana Muralidharan and they have two children, Varshini and Saravan Krishna.CareerEditMuralidharan started his career with two of India’s biggest IT giants – Wipro, where he worked for 7 years between 1983 and 1990 and HCL, 10 years, between 1990 and 2000. In his role as General Manager at HCL in 2000, he was heading the operations at Bangalore, the IT capital of India.He moved to Precision Group in 2001 to build and lead the technology services company Precision Techserve, his entrepreneurship venture. In 2006, Precision Techserve set up a Global Competency Centre in Chennai to provide Remote Infrastructure Management services for the global market.
