Worst experience with pre paid order of USHA misty fan. There was no packing of bubble wrap or thermocol and the item was delivered broken. Despite repeated calls with Mr. Sohan of customer care there is no offer of replacement or refund. The breakable item was just wrapped in a piece of cardboard and sent, and got broken in transport, which is totally sellers responsibility.

I have been using Morphes food processor for over a month now and I am extremely happy with this purchase. This processer does exactly what it says. The only slight problem I have is from the grinding part, this doesnt grind dry food items as finely as I would like but otherwise all is great in it.If you are looking for a single gadegt for kitchen with multiple functions, this is definitely a a great Buy in this price range.Kitchen Buff is good timely delivery.
