High end, ultimate luxury. Absolutely the best if everything: spa, cuisine and general comfort.

This is a really good hotel in the middle of the city centre. Despite the noise outside it is really quiet and relaxing inside. Hotel looks immaculate inside , they do make an effort to maintain the building in a great state. Rooms are nice , cozy and clean. Spa section is absolutely the best I have been to. Definitely worth visiting - with about 5 different steam rooms , few jacuzzis , milky bath - I think spa is the best thing about this place. Breakfast is included in the room cost and has so many options that I felt spoiled. And coffee was very good - not every hotel has this. Treatments (I tried a few different facials) are consistently good (but expensive as expected from such a hotel). There is a good parking area for clients . Last but not least , staff is great. Everyone I have come across was super professional .Now to the negatives. 1. The room was very hot (24 degrees) . I turned the Aircon on to 20 degrees but it didnt help at all. 2. When we arrived there was someones luggage in our room which has been left there by mistake and the room was prepared for one person,despite the fact there was two of us. They did apologise but didnt offer any compliments for the inconvenience which I would expect a hotel of this level should do. 3. No complimentary tea or coffee in the room. 4. In spa shower there is only shampoo/shower gel dispenser on the wall. Normally you would find a conditioner dispenser next to it and a body lotion dispenser in the changing room (there were none). 5. There is a TV next to jacuzzi. No idea why. People are supposed to unwind in a spa and not watch TV. But there are TVs everywhere in Russia so I guess this is normal.

Good place but bad customer care

Did relaxation massage at the spa master Dmitry. Sooo liked. He is a master of his craft, and the more so he has a great experience. He spoke but I do not remember exactly. But more than 10 years.I recommend to get to him.

Very polite, helpful, friendly staff. Cozy rooms.
