Worst cycle store ever ill not recommend anyone to buy it from this store the staff working here doesnt have any knowledge about gear cycles and they dont matter to your problems anymore after you have bought any cycle from this store . Also the shimano drivetrain(gear set) are cheapest 3rd quality its not original they break easily and above all the VIVID company is a non branded quality less cycle brand that just not made for any terrains ..Useless brand and Useless store ever . Please dont buy from this store, the staff and managers response is worse they dont matter your opinions and will definitely never solve your problem even if they did, they will charge enough money than actually required. Aslo i want to say that the cycles here are cheapest and should cost approx Rs.4-5 thousand for a normal non geared one, but they themselves just put the price tag of above Rs.8000 on a normal non-geared cycle which should be around 4k based on the cheapest 3rd quality parts used ..Worst nightmare you will face if you ever think of buying a bike from this store.. Please choose some other stores like Decathlon or buy your bike from Flipkart but never ever from this store.. The store owners attitude is the worst and also above all they will never ever repair your cycle so 🖕🖕🖕🤬🤬🤬Im saying all this because i have recently bought a Vivid Hunter Cycle (non geared) and from that day i am facing a lot of problems and whenever i try to reach them for repairing, they simply ignore me so im telling you all based on my experience with this store.
