The place is a perfect place to stay .The moment you enter the premises you get to see the manager who is really awesome guy, and the staff was very chill and friendly . Talking about the room, the place was super clean and spacious, never had a single complaint about a thing. On top of it you get the swimming pool and good ambiance of little bar attached to the side which plays really good music and the complementary breakfast was yummy and unlimited. I never expected such good taste from a free breakfast.A slight improvement they can do is improve the portion size of starters, but although the taste was fairly good.I was really pleased with all the factors and amenities they provide, I would recommend and would visit the place again in future.

We had lunch at this place and I would say they provided delicious food and on demand adjustment to the spices in the food.The place is nice and near the beach, didnt expected to be served with such a nice food.Eating on food would be 9 and ambience would be 8.

I booked this property on booking.com and there was no mention of any prepayment needed. Suddenly 3 days before my stay, they msg me on booking.com saying you need to pay 50% advance since there is high demand on the dates you selected. I replied (within an hour) asking till when do I have to pay, to which they replied sorry your booking has been cancelled. When I called them, all they said is we dont care our hotel is booked. The staff was rude and not at all helpful. Please avoid this hotel, they violate rules of booking websites and are very unprofessional towards their customers.

Our experience was excellent. Rooms were awsssm, staffs were very helpful and gave quick services. We really enjoyed our stay there. Located in very happening place of Goa. Everything was near.

There is no room service after 6 PM, the hotel restaurant is open only till 10 PM. Their internet is slower than 2G. Some of the rooms are extremely small and dont even have windows/natural light (you wont realize if it is 2 AM or 2 PM inside some rooms). The staff has mood swings. All of this is manageable (or not even noticeable) if you are staying for a couple of days.However, I stayed there for 5 days and such issues meant my stay was close to terrible.North Indian food is excellent and the location is a great plus.

This hotel is too good. The staff was very kind and helpful. Even though the checkout was at 10am, they allowed us to sit till 3pm and gave us a one room without any extra charges. Hotel was very clean and neat. It was a bit overpriced but they provide a very good service.

We booked superior King room one month before & when we reached the hotel they provide a classic room which was very tiny.the receptionist was very rude and he was not bothered at all with the situation. All he told was if you want to take the room then take it or I will give it to someone else.what this hotel is doing is posting pics of one room and providing another room stating that they dont have room available, being aware that guests are coming.so please guys dont fall for this otherwise you will end up paying more for a room which you didnt even choose in the first place.

Pathetic service in tough time, my friend shifted to hotel during cyclone has their home got damaged due to winds. We booked hotel for 2 days on first they turned on generator just for 30 min to charge phone whole night there were in pitch dark and on second when they insisted to turn on generator for atleast half night as there is suffocation in room they denied saying they cant afford diesel. Please guys atleast have some humanity during tought times dont be money minded. I hope I receive some feedback from managements or else your loosing good regular customer base

This place is really disgusting we came hear fr 2 days in pendemic due to the cyclone in Goa so hotel took full money bt dosent provide the proper facilities we dont have electricity frm 2 days so he has big genaretor bt doesnt have mony to buy disel so we have to bring the disel and on the genaretor so plz dont visit this place

The location is probably the best thing about the property. The staff and General Manager are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is also decent. The rooms are not that spacious, as shown on Booking.com and various other websites so keep that in mind while booking the property. They give two free bottles for the first day, and then they charge from the third bottle onwards, which is not a good thing if you claim to be a 3-star hotel. They used to have a tie-up with OYO previously, as when we stayed, we saw OYO stickers on the back of the room doors, but now they are independent and have increased their prices. I will suggest finding a better property at the same rate around Anjuna.

Booked it at last minute.Parking is not available inside the hotel. We had to park outside. Rooms are small but well maintained and clean. Staff were good. For the money we are paying for the room we will get better ones in goa.

Nice place to stay with a genuine price.Courteous and helpful staff.Just a suggestion. Do not prefer for booking with breakfast included as this is not good. Only poha, puri bhaji every day with tea, coffee, mint juice, cornflakes, bread. None of them you can have to have a good breakfast time.We ordered veg cheese sandwich which cost for 150/- but what they gave in that was slice of bread and cheese and 2 slice of cucumber and tomato. And this was served to us after 45-50 mins.So would suggest not to eat anything here.

Pros:Location is good,the security guard is really sweet and very helpful,rooms are new,premises is decent,breakfast was good.Con: No parking inside the premises,earlier while booking the hotel I had read that ac is not working and shower handle is not working in one of the rooms since a long time and unfortunately we got the same room and I dont think they are ever gonna repair it,washrooms are small,you have to literally ask for everything then only they will provide you with the stuff like bucket,mug,kettle,tissue roll,water bottles,which are supposed to be complimentary stuff,rooms are very small,they give you a standard room in the name of delux room,there is no ventilation in the room.Overall it was not a good experience,I have paid much less than this in my previous goa trips and stayed at much better places.

Very tiny rooms, restaurant, pool. Breakfast was awful. Facade was nothing like its shown in the photos. Reception is very slow and do not care if u have concerns. There are many properties which are better at the same rates. Avoid if you are looking for tranquil.

Nice place. We had the best offer from OYO and enjoyed the stay. The breakfast was complementary and was good. We had a swimming pool in the back. Bar and restaurant was also serving good food and beverage. Rooms vere not big but was neat and clean.

One of the best oyos Ive come across. It is in Anjuna and near to the beach even the party places are nearby.they got an attached wine shop and a cool cafe with completely breakfast also really tasty. Staff was helpful with clean and cozy rooms. Would love to stay again.

I booked a king size room in one month advance and when I reached the hotel they gave me a classic room which was no where near to King room.they show one picture on the website and give different room,which is totally disappointing.and the staff is very rude.instead of providing us with the booked room they told of we are not taking the room they will give it to someone else.so please dont fall for the images on the websites.

Every stay depends on what comfort you are looking.Here Rooms are clean & well maintained.No issue with water or power supply. You also have pool(Not so clean,but who comes to pool for Goa) Bar and Restaurant.Washroom is very much clean and everything is in working condition.WiFi is available but not at the speed to watch YouTube or work with office laptop.Service is good and reception guy responds well for your queries. Parking is outside the premises for all vehicles which is not a good sign. So as you know everything comes with a cost, however since most charge you the +- same amount, atleast here you are guaranteed some peace. AC works as expected and room freshers are actually used.Overall good experience with the stay.This is in the month of October 2019.Things may change depending on how well they handle many customers and maintain the good service

It was an average stay for me. Bedsheets were not clean I guess. Food was not good. Its better to order from swiggy. The manager was shouting at the staff which will disturb your sleep if your room is by the lawn. The only thing I liked about the room was cleanliness..rooms are small but it is goos for 2 people.

Me and my friends booked stay at this hotel for 3 night.We had a very pleasant and comfortable experience here.Even if hotel situated near beach but still surrounding is so calm n quite.Rooms are clean and neat.Staff are very friendly and helpful.We absolutely enjoy our stay here.Suggestion : With bread butter, they only served one complementary dish.Add some more variety and options in breakfast.

Everything was perfect except their price on food and drinks. I am giving 3 star just because of their overpriced food and drinks items.Otherwise I would have giving 4.5 star. Location is fantastic so does their staff service. Really appreciating for their staff behavior specially chandan. Really great place to stay with really good room size. Rooms are very neat and clean. Washrooms are are also very tidy. Within approach to all the great locations. Open restaurant is the best part of the place which is icing on the cake. Food served was really good and fresh. There is a swimmining just next to the bar which can make the evening even more wonderful.

This is a OYO flagship hotel . we stayed at this hotel in Deluxe rooms that are 1+1 which have a very spacious and grand look. The hotel has a pool , minibar , pool side bar, turf flooring. The food here was not up to the mark hence the 4 star rating. The staff is very helpfull and provides complete assistance whenever requested.

This place is in north goa. Its near to Baga beach (the most sought after beach in Goa).#50 kms from Madgaon Railway Station.(₹1500 for non-ac prepaid taxi from railway station)#42 kms from Dabolim Airport.The receptionist can arrange self driven cars/scooters on request.Cars4👍Excellent rooms (towels,bath soap, conditioner provided ).👍Complementary breakfast is average/good. Not too great. (Tea.Coffee.Boiled egg .Bread[the toaster wasnt working,but the receptionist was kind enough to get us a couple of toasted bread from the kitchen ]. Poha/paratha. Vegetable curry)👍Bar( didnt visit this one but looked good enough )👎They dont have parking space. You will have to park your vehicle on roadside. But its safe i guess (considering the fact nothing happened to our rental car).👉Make sure you dont get rooms near to the restaurant because they put loud music in the morning. (Thats the way they let others know the breakfast is ready ).

We stayed for 4 nights and were awestruck by the hotel. it is located in a peaceful and calm location of Anjuna which is away from the hustle bustle of Calangute and Baga and yet near to these places which is a quick ride on bike. The owner was helpful in guiding us to reach the hotel. Rooms- were neat and clean, spacious too. Restaurant - food served was good, breakfast has decent variety. seating is open air which gives it a leisurely feeling. Next to the hotel is a bike renting service which is an added advantage, so we did not roam around to search for rented bikes. Opposite to the hotel is a watersport company where you can book the watersports and other events. (Though we couldnt book)

Very congested double bed rooms. Hardly get services. No place for parking. If you stay for 2-3 days you have to use same blanket, same bed sheet, same pillow cover. No change in anything unless you checkout. Felt worst stay. Mere waste of staying. Swimming pool can accommodate barely 5 people.

The best hotel I have been to. The staffs are extremely friendly. The place is located between Anjuna and Baga beach with lots of near by restaurants including the in house one. The rooms are very nice and washrooms will win your heart. A small pool is there. This place serves a variety of food in breakfast, satisfying all types of taste buds. Loved my stay!

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. It is located near Anjuna Beach (approx. 3 km from the beach). Staffs are friendly and the hotel is good in the price range. They provide delicious breakfast and also takes order for lunch and dinner. I loved the food and the ambience of the hotel. One thing that I would like to point out is that they did not provide room cleaning service on their own and you need to ask at the reception for that.

Newly constructed (2018) property. Rooms looks good. Away from crowdy area. Will not have any restaurant choice at walking distance.Foods are so so. Not a kind that you will love.They dont clean your rooms if you carry your room key.
