This office returned a package to the Panjim office five times because it should have gone to the other Ponda DTDC office in upper bazaar. No one called. No one ever attempted to deliver the package to my address. Now they have sent it back to Delhi. How does this happen? How can this company stay in business if they dont care about their customers?
