Joaquim of Joma builders is nothing but a cheat. He showed me a plan while the construction was being developed. I paid him before and after possession. The final product was the flat which was nowhere near the plan he showed me. My bedroom and toilet on the plan was rectangle in shape. Come to find out both were triangular in shape. Dont trust this thief.
