I always prefer Global Computer over others when its anything related to buying or servicing computer or accessories. They have very good and attentive team. Service is excellent here and pricing is reasonable too.

Service is very poor we have made a compline for display issue for almost 42 days before still there is no respond from them to resolved it. whenre we call there service center they replied with there is no technician available right now

It was really a great experience. I had been very frustrated with my dell laptop that I finally decided to change it and buy the another one. But fortunately I visited Global Computer Servies shop and they suggested me that dont sale it as everything is fine in your laptop other than its speed. So we can install the SSD in it which will bost up its performance, and really my laptop is working very fast and smooth. In the past I had to open my laptop before atleast 30 mins to join the meeting but now its as fast as smartphone, just open it and work on it. From the bottom of my heart I would like to say thank you to GLOBAL COMPUTERS for your valuable support which saved my Rs. 45000 for just the minimal issue. I would suggest you people that if you have any problems regarding laptop and computer, dont go anywhere else except GLOBAL COMPUTERS.⭐💯🙌🙌

Good service. Honest people. Shall I elaborate? Okay so I’am new in Goa. And it feels a little vulnerable with your products in some new place. You never know how you may get cheated. So I was looking for some decent place to get my MacBook Air randomn shut down issue fixed.I gave my laptop here for repair, they told me the motherboard seems faulty and IC might as well have issue and it will estimate 6000/-Luckily the laptop didn’t have some serious issue but basic service and opening was required. Now comes the best part about them. they didn’t lie or cheat me but asked for a nominal price of ₹750/-I mean they could have asked me to pay whatever price within 6000/- and I would have to pay it. So I like the fact they intend on being honest which many of providers in market don’t. I have seen many vendors out there believe me who charge just about anything.So If A vendor intends to not cheat you, this itself is enough for a customer. I’d say just come here for your laptop repairs and they charge a nominal amount or a fair amount according to the issue. Recommended!!

Laptop broke down within one month of repair. Really pathetic service. Asus needs better service centers

The worst service I ever received from a service center They took my phone for repair and told me that next day my phone will be ready and when I visited the shop. Told me that its not ready yet we ordered the part and it will take 10 days. They should have informed me. And then when my phone was ready the service guy didnt checked it properly and he forgot to connect the upper speaker again I went there Then he repaired it but while repairing he puted a dot on the screen then told I will replace it and will call u ones the screen arrives. And then no one called After 1 month I went to the shop and he didnt do anything and after fighting with them he told it will take 15 days and u will have to submit ur phone I did that and on day 17 the owner called me and told we will install ur broken screen and refund ur amount we cant help u. Even the owner didnt helped me I HIGHLY recommend NOT TO VISIT THAT 3rd Class Shop its just wast of ur money and time

Avita brand has registered them as their service centre. They are denying thay they are the service representatives. Dunno whos right and whos wrong.

Initially thought they are good at dealing customers but now as am trying to be in contact with the proprietor or office staff they kind of avoiding mine call or keep in hold and then shut the phone which is really annoying ... I got my laptop back as they told me that the mother board has to be replaced... I have feeling that they might have fall played with the mother board and even said that the IC is gone, which is similar case with other customer where I have read on and generally its practiced with gadgets. They took about a 4 weeks to inform me about the same problem. In initial week, they told me that IC has to be replaced and is taking time to procure due to lockdown later after several weeks wait got to know that both IC and motherboard has to be replaced which is shocking news of another expense incurring to 15k plus. Also for fault finding they charge 750/- which I found should not be done... This is sincere suggestion as the customer who dont find any solution or gets a huge blow with thousand rupees expense is unbearable.Well, Friend of mine got the laptop back and happen to see that 5 rubber guard at the screen frame are missing for which I have in touch and messaging through whats app but still no response...Well what I really felt that they have to be more cautious of what they are dealing and handling and care needs to be taken in restoring every single parts.Still hoping to revert me back by returning mine laptop rubber parts....Hope my issue is resolved...

They have taken two days to figure out the problem. After which they have spoiled my motherboard by using flux and also removing a few ICs . They then tell me we have to replace your motherboard for 30000 Rs. Then I was charged 300 Rs for servicing.Point being they dont know what they are doing instead they have worsened the case and totally damaged my motherboard and even flicked a few ICs.I wasnt given a bill for the service charge.Third rate people

These guys are absolute crooks. Please dont ever think about getting your Dell laptop repaired here. They dont have a clue as to what theyre doing. They claim to have repaired my laptop and then gave it back to me with more problems than I had in the first place. They are clueless fools who cheat people and charge them a bomb for doing a useless job.Please stay away from this place.

The service is really pathetic. They take a lot of time and give ambiguous answers if they cant figure out what the actual problem is. They changed my laptop display for some chipset issue which costed me 5k. After few months display again had some issues (meantime their service warranty got expired) got it repaired for the actual problem somewhere else. And to my knowledge the display replaced by them was duplicate and of cheap quality.

Give my PC for repairs to them today and giving my PC back they mixed up the PC mine was a Dell PC and they gave me back a i Ball PC by mistake so always double check what PC they are giving back to you my piece of advice I was unhappy with this experience
