We interacted with Kushal printers while we were searching for gold(non-foil) printing to be made on invitation cards. When we called before visiting, they said it is possible and asked us to get our own paper. We bought the paper and they asked us to come around the next day after 10AM and that they will print samples and show.When we went the next day, the girl at counter was quite rude. She first told us that we will have to go and get our paper cut from other shop which is 7kms away.When we requested for a sample print, they cut our paper, but as more valuable clients showed up, these people made us wait 30 mins just to tell us in the end that its not possible.These people have no regards for their customer and that is evident from the way they speak.

DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY WORK. The staff is unprofessional and arrogant. They commit something and do not deliver it. The owner has absolutely no control over the staff. The shop is in a state of complete mess and chances are that no one will even notice that you are around. They behave as if they are doing a favour on you.
