Very bad experience and I will never recommend to anyone to buy a gift in their store, its the first time where an item that was a gift which can obviously end to be not right size gets refused for exchange. I understand that was an item in sale but we asked many times to exchange it with another item in sale and the answer was just No its impossible. You would imagine to have more support and help from a store like that but actually no... Very disappointed
