Terrible after sales support.Writing this after 3 months of constant follow up with these guys for getting an Indulge oven fixed which we purchased from them. Which turned out to be our biggest mistake.The oven started giving us trouble after a year of purchase, it couldnt give the desired temperature. We called the Technician from Suvidha, who couldnt diagnose the what was wrong and did some adjustments and screwed it even more.Spoke to Amita at Suvidha Kitchen and she sent a senior technician who came and again couldnt diagnose and again did some adjustments and left and said he has ordered a few parts which have gone off. He will come again once the parts arrive.2 weeks later parts arrived, he installed the parts and but again the same issue. All our items were getting burnt. He again said that some other part has gone off, he has ordered it from the company and he will come again and fix it. He did some minor adjustments so that we can carry on with the baking somehow. Imagine this happening in the month of December, which is the peak business season in Goa.A week later, parts arrived.Checked online later, they charged us thrice the price for the spare parts ordered and had the audacity to charge a service fee. (on which they gave some discount later).Oven worked fine for a month and now again we are facing the same issue. Technician visited from Suvidha. He said the timer isnt working. They will to order from company. Meanwhile, we called another technician on our own. He told us that the issue is not with the timer and has some wiring issues. Which he fixed and its working just fine.So, in a nutshell. These guys are unethical and terrible people to rely on. Theyll sell you something which they cant fix, (or maybe they dont want to fix) and would charge you a bomb for the spare parts which again will not work and you will continue to loose money and business. Their technicians are untrained and amateurs.Avoid at all costs.

Super quality product. Prices are nothing with respect to the quality that provide.

They have all the commercial kitchen equipments which are required for a kitchen setup!
