Not much experienced due to never to b on this place

Had Ordered cake 3 kg cake. Delivery time was told at 5 pm but when i called pastry palace in d morning at 11 am, just to remind them, they said it is already available. when i went to take delivery at 5 pm. to my surprise it was not refrigerated. And it had become vey soft. Almost melted...
