I was involved in a car accident and having severe back pain. I was watching TV and saw a Emergency Chiropractic commercial and I was impressed so I decided to go to the one on West Bell Rd. Let me tell you that was the best thing I have ever done. When I walked in it was clean and smelled good!The staff was amazing and made me feel very welcome! After getting X-Rays and speaking to the chiropractors and doctors they came up with a treatment plan best for my back pain. After my treatment was complete I was released with no more pain at all!! The chiropractors and doctors were very nice and professional and knew exactly how to treat my pain. You get to know them ! I am so great full for their amazing treatment talent and knowledge thank you so much Emergency Chiropractic ! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EMERGENCY CHIROPRACTIC ON WEST BELL ROAD!!!

Dude (Ellis) was psycho. for rejecting his ice pack and topical ointment. I simply stated I have my own ice packs and ointment. Then he put aside his name plate stating are we going to have a problem followed by waving his hand gesture back and forth. He goes on ranting we have a patient and doctor relationship you need these products Seriously, its not that serious to decline an ice pack and topical. Its hilarious he got overworked. Again, great staff aside from the Quack Doctor.

I recommend this clinic for for anyone with neck and back injuries from auto accident. Dr Ellis and staff were exceptional in professionalism, listening, and caring about their patients. They make you feel like you are speaking with a friend. Kudos to everyone there.

My experience at this Emergency Chiropractic has been one of my best experiences at any doctors office. All the assistants, even the receptionist and billing manager, and of course Dr. Ellis and all his associate doctors made for an extremely pleasant, effective and Straight-forward treatment for me, after the accident, during a time when things were anything but straight forward. The way the entirety of the staff treats you at this location makes you want to do something for THEM each time you visit - they are all so incredibly personable and knowledgeable. I got into an accident and was completely flustered by how much falls on your shoulders in order to move on from it. Emergency Chiropractic explained the entirety of the insurance procedure, recommended me an incredible attorney, and just frankly swept me off my feet and made the whole experience feel not so terrible after all. In the unfortunate case of another accident I know exactly where to go and where to recommend to all my friends and family. I was given take-home pamphlets instructing me on how to continue care for myself at home and from start to finish as soon as I walked in for my first visit I knew i was in good hands and Dr. Ellis and his team at this location proved me right every single visit. Above and beyond care.

LOVE this chiropractic office! From day one they treated me with sympathy, respect and lots of info on what was going on with my neck and back from my accident. Listened to me and sent me to 2 specialist because my case became complicated with 4 herniated discs and 2 torn disk. Cant thank everyone in this office enough with their efforts that has made my healing process smooth instead of painful like I have had in the past with previous pain management doctors. After a car accident, all the things you have to do are so overwhelming - especially when youre juggling a family and business. The entire staff was so helpful in helping me navigate the entire process with the insurance companies. As a matter of fact, I almost didnt seek treatment because I questioned the cost... given that I discovered that my insurance coverage was less than it should have been (long story & a learning experience there)... I was under their care for a few months and only had positive experiences with the doctors and staff - plus, I feel SO much better! Highly recommended!!
