Im giving five stars because the new management team is so much better than the previous! My daughter moved out of an apartment this month and I had to call management (Im out of state) a few times and always got an answer the first time I called. Just talked to Bree and had a final invoice in my email within minutes. So nice to wrap everything up quickly and efficiently.
So even though management replied and asked me to contact them because they could not locate me in their system...is exactly why I was posting a review in the first place! They dont answer the phone, return calls, or emails and they never have accurate information or proper paperwork necessary to properly manage a company let alone an apartment complex this size effectively or efficiently! They are merely trying to mislead and create confusion and misunderstanding to appear concerned or actively involved...well I tried calling 4 times and no answer or response...look at all reviews carefully and you will see a pattern of mismanagement and security concerns.Again you have been warned...
The ladies in the office seem so much different than the previous management. For the first time in months, someone took the time to help my girlfriend with her insurance. Brie was very informative and patient. Looking forward to seeing good changes around here!
Im recently moving into this complex and was amazed at the friendly staff in the leasing office. Big smiles, welcoming attitudes and overall an easy experience. I havent rented in 10 years so was a little anxious about the process and the staff made it so inviting and transparent. I knew right away I wanted to live here.
WARNING, BEFORE YOU MOVE HERE “Management” changes more than they clean the property. Glass laying around, trash cans overflowing. Move somewhere where they have enough parking for residents!!!! You will be driving around for hours looking to park if you have more than 1 car. There’s always someone screaming or fighting around you, slamming doors at any hour. Maintenence people are decent when they do take care for your needs other wise you will have to do it yourself(happened many times) Mold has grown in many windows. No offers to clean your carpet when you renew lease like many other complexes(the minimum the could do for loyal residents) Expect to contact management many times before getting anything done.. Unless the rent is due they will show up with a paper to your door within days of it. Priorities are all in the front office appearance, and having food trucks show up for appeal. Been here for many years and unfortunately never seen improvements just rent raises like clockwork. Have had roaches in the past, leaky sinks, mold, counter tops are not secure with no caulking. Really wish I could leave a positive review like other NEW tenants but it all becomes clear with time how they run this place. —Not “luxurious , NO “high end features”, NO “24 Maintenence.”.. like their website promotes.
The new management staff is fantastic! So much better than any of the previous, I have been here about 3 years and I can honestly say this is the first time the right people are finally managing Indigo Creek. Thank you!So much better!
After reading some past reviews, we were little hesitant to lease with Indigo Creek at the beginning. However, we decided to give a try since the management has changed recently. Bree was (is) extremely helpful, informative and easy to work with. She knows well what she is doing! She treats the customers/residents with dignity! Suzan, Natasha, Kerry-all are very friendly. I am glad that we decided to go with Indigo Creek; we are happy that we found an apartment there!
I moved in with my fiancé a few months ago and had attempted to be added to the lease with little response and assistance from the previous management. Once we heard that apartment complex was under new management we tried again. Bree was extremely helpful in walking me through the entire process and answering all of my questions.
Service call one - water heater - fixed it, same morning!!Service call two- mailbox fixed within hours!Side note- the leasing team is always happy and eager to help!Ps- maintenance team is always very friendly and I often see them working as a team to help the neighbors out quickly
I love the new staff, they help a lot and they have a wonderful smile because the complex has become more clean and the service of the staff is friendly, I recommend it
Bree did an incredible job helping us out. She was very informative, friendly, and helpful!! We are excited to find a place at Indigo Creek!! 😍
I have been applying to live here but after reading reviews about management not returning calls and experiencing it for myself, im not too sure I want to anymore. I have been calling the office nearly every day for the past 2 weeks and sent numerous emails, and no reply....at this point I just want my $200 admin fee back. Anyone know how to reach corporate?
There is a tree in front of building 8 and the branches hang so low (on the side walk) that has very sharp thorns and they get me every time I walk by.Besides that the apartments are ok I guess. We have a hole in our laundry room because they replaced the ac and never patched the gigantic hole. Old management never fixed any of our issues so now we just live with them.
Management does not answer the phone when customers call. For months on in we haven’t been able to get prices with our rent changed. It’s been a run around with our lease for a while.
I never post reviews because there are ways to communicate your grievance that does not have to be public, but in this case, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. We have been emailing and calling this place consistently since January 2021 about a dispute in my son’s rent. We have received no email response, no phone call, no letter right or wrong whether they agree or disagree with my dispute. Instead, you are forced to keep paying the rent (because you cannot adjust the rent posted to your account) even though we disagree with the amount. This is only one of the issues we have had with management. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.4/3/21 Its interesting that hours after I posted the review above, management finally reversed all the bogus charges that were posted to our account. While I felt thankful for their immediate response, hence here we are again, charges are back on our account. Again, we sent 2 emails about removing these charges and no response. Note, we gave our 60 day notice on March 3rd, 2021 and requested that they schedule a walk through a few days before our move out and of course NO RESPONSE!!
Very nice units!! Friendly attentive staff!! very close to shopping and numerous amenities!! I was subjected to a screening process which I appreciated. It showed me they wanted responsible tenants would not not be a problem for them or the tenants. The units are clean and well maintained. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings
I have never been more disgusted with an apartment complex. Expect roaches, rude staff, and an overall lack of care towards their tenants. My partner and I have reached out over 6 times to get a copy of our lease as well as discuss incorrect charges added to our rent. Doesnt matter if you have proof of renters insurance, theyll charge you anyway! I will never recommend this complex to anyone, and it all falls back on how absolutely terrible the front office staff are. Oh and dont bother putting no entry on work orders because theyll just give the maintenance staff and exterminators keys your apartment and let them inside anyway! If I could give this review a negative score I would.
Decent place to live. I would not recommend to just anyone. If you have a complaint then constantly harass them or they will not take the necessary accountability especially the new management. I had a cockroach problem in every apartment I was at. Every time, our neighbor would say they would just put up with it. A/C problem? Expect to pay up the wazooo!
Not somewhere I would suggest moving honestly. Go anywhere else but here! Luxurious is no where in this complex at all. Apartments do not look like the model. You will have to clean up upon arrival even though they guarantee the apartment is ready for move in. Trust me it won’t be. Any concerns, complaints, or reporting you have will not be taken seriously. You should only come here if you enjoy having a constant headache and losing money.
Leaky AC units, fire alarms that go off for several hours with no fires and absent management and maintenance.
Currently occupying a unit and very unsatisfied . Upon move in I had to clean the unit. Then the parking space they gave me is way around the corner from my building . There is no lighting at all around my entire building. The management is very nice upon moving in but very pushy when you have a complaint even if your being very nice. The attitudes are very obvious. The maintenance people move fast for what they see fit but most of my orders took about 2 weeks or they forgot about them. I’m 7 months pregnant and I’ve been constantly telling them I don’t feel safe walking around in the dark at night but I get no reply .
Beautiful Luxury Apartments!!!!!All new appliances and flooring!Although theyre alittle pricey and theres limited parking.
I had applied back in May and was denied. I have been waiting for my Admin fee since then and the representatives always advise that I will get a call back. Since May I have been the only one trying to reach them regarding My money that has yet to be given. When I ask for corporates phone number they cant provide that information. Get it together Indigo . Return my money back and return my call back. This is unprofessional, as a business this should have been taken care of A long time ago. No one should wait 6 months or longer to get there admin fee back
As a travel nurse, I see the best and worst of temporary housing. We were immediately greeted with a warm welcome by Cindy and my new neighbors. The apartment is absolutely beautiful. However, the evening sunsets might be a bit warm. My neighbors suggest block-out curtains and a porch screen. Other than that, Im looking forward to enjoying the pool & gym when the COVID-19 lock-down is over.
INFESTED WITH ROACHES!!!! I was set to move in on the 22nd. We had called multiply times to confirm our move in date and received multiple documents stating the 22nd as our move in day. On the 22nd when I called to ask when we could come in to receive our keys I was told our move in date was the 28th which no one had even mentioned to us in our multiple phone called the weeks before. We were then informed they could move us in on the 23rd after it had been cleaned. We came in around 4 to receive our keys and see the apartment. When we entered it was obvious the apartment had not been cleaned and the kitchen was filled with ROACHES in the drawers and cabinets, crawling under the stove and on the fridge. We immediately called the front office 7 times where we received no answer and had to drive back upfront to the office that was completely empty. After 10 minutes a manager emerges from the back to inform us she had not inspected the apartment and had no idea what condition it was in. After emailing back and forth with management (Melisa who was extremely unprofessional and rude both over email and over the phone) I was informed they’re not required to inspect apartment before we move in and we would have to wait longer for our apartment to be ready. She also informed me we would be receiving no compensation for the 6 days we have not been able to move in or the aps and renters insurance we already started paying due to being told our move in date was the 22nd of December. According to management no one was aware that the apartment was infected with LIVE ROACHES. They were crawling out of the vents and sink. There is no way no one was aware in the entire building. Now we have to wait longer for them to bomb our apartment and they won’t inspect the rest of the building till they come back which obviously they will if they’re coming through the vents and sinks. Extremely disappointed with Indigo Creek.
Moved in just recently, but have been impressed by quality of living in this apartment complex. Great floor plan for a 2 bedroom, very nice appliances and fixtures for the kitchen and bathrooms. The main office is run by competent people and theyre always eager to assist. Jose was nice enough to walk us to our parking spot since we werent able to find it on a simple map on our 1st day moving in. :P
The whole staff is amazing. Pretty quiet all the way around pools and spas are nice and some of the nicest leasing professionals around. Cindy Martinez always went out of her way to help no matter what. I would have stayed but buying a house. If you ever come by ask for Cindy she is awesome
I just moved into the apartments on Saturday. The office ladies were nice however when we got the keys to the apartment, it looked like nobody came through to clean. There were floor boards coming up, black mold under the kitchen sink, Tobacco stains in the bathroom, the cabinets were disgusting with old food in them, bugs were all over the place. The cabinet vinyl is coming off as well. They came to my apartment and apologized and cleaned but they did not fix the bug problem. The sink is leaking and I honestly just don’t recommend moving into the apartments here. My fiancé and I drove around for 20 minutes last night trying to find parking. There’s not enough lighting throughout the apartments either.
I have lived at Indigo Creeks Apartments since 2011 and it is by far the best apartment I have ever lived at, West or East coast. I call it worry free living because everything has already been taken care of and when there are those few times there is any problem it is taken care of immediately. From what I see they really care about their tenants. The front office is just excellent. There has not been one time where I didn’t get immediate attention and have always resolved the issue. My favorite office person is Cindy Martinez. She is just amazing. I just walk into the office and Cindy is already getting my package or paperwork without me saying a word! You can’t get any better attention better than that! The maintenance crew here is also amazing. They are very fast and efficient and are very knowledgeable about fixing things right away. The part that amazes me is how they get parts the same day.The grounds are also landscaped very nicely and are keep very clean as they come enough times a week to keep up the good looks. The apartments are are also awesome. They actually redid the whole kitchen with all New stainless steel fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, faucet and granite counter tops with under cabinets lighting and very nice faux wood flooring. I never asked for that, they just did it!The truth is I hope I can stay here as long as possible because I do not want to move from here.
I had a great experience talking to Cindy Martinez. She kindly showed us an available apartment and gave me her office phone number and email in case I had any questions. Overall the apartment was very nice that we toured and Cindy was very knowledgeable about each unit and what comes with each one.
I’m extremely disappointed we got approved picked out an apartment loved the model loved the layout loved it all until we wanted to see the actual apartment we were gonna move into. We kept calling and we got strung along to see it once we finally got to go see it was trash it was dirty not really upgraded like they said not to mention dead baby roaches in the cupboards it’s fine if you see like one or 2 dead but a bunch in the kitchen marks on the walls nasty just nasty we had to pull our application and request our admin fee thank god we get that back.
Indego creek is not a place to live. its a garbage community, the management never ever respect or listened to the residences. And its super dirty community. please be advised if you are planning to move to this community.
I have lived at Indigo Creek since June 2011 and have had only minimal problems. Ownership has changed several times but transitions were relatively smooth. Annual rent increases about $20/month - until this year. New owners and my lease expires on June 2. I was given a $69/mo rent increase! $69 (sixty-nine dollars) per month!! I was notified on or about April 18 to come to the office to renew my lease, and I was expecting $20-30 increase. I was informed of the new amount at that time, too close to the end if the end of semester in mid-May for me to make arrangements to move (Im a teacher) so I felt trapped to renew. I asked why so much and was told to bring me up to market. My last renewal here; I have been here almost 9 years, & NEVER late on my rent & no problems. This sucks and I cant wait to get away from here. I am telling everyone about this because of the exorbitant increase. Wish we had tougher rental laws here in Arizona!
The last week there was a stabbing in front of my apartment (blood stains are still on the sidewalk) and today a cop is going door to door informing everyone of a missing a child. Not sure if there’s even on site security? Been here for about 3 months now and hadn’t really had a problem (besides parking) until now.
I lived at Indigo Creek back in 2003.The complex was nice overall. Parking was always an issue due to lack of spaces. Our unit was not cleaned upon our initial inspection. Maintenance had to repair a hole in the kitchen wall and texture some holes that had been patched.Every time our lease was up for renewal the would raise our rent until I was paying over $1k a month for a oversized 1 bedroom unit.Overall I recommend other complexes where management actually cares about the tenants.
Wow these reviews are horrible, I was actually looking forward to calling and touring the community because the photos they post on the website make the apartments look really nice clean and updated. I am so glad I read these reviews before I wasted a trip down there to tour the property and pay any fees. going to continue looking at other properties in the area! I appreciate all of the honest feedback from all the tenants who lived there in from the responses it looks like management doesnt really care and Im so glad my eyes are opened to how they run that place.
I have been here for 1 year next month and I must say I never had a problem. I love that everything is near by. I never had problems with any neighbors, everyone is friendly and my kids love playing outside. The front desk has always been friendly and helpful so Im not sure what people are talking about on here. I never had any roaches in my house or bed bugs however, I am a very clean person. I would recommend this place.BY AVA
It’s so difficult to be civil with this apartment complex. We’ve had nothing but issues with this place since we moved in, and even now that we’ve moved out. A year ago, we were moved into a COCKROACH INFESTED AND DIRTY apartment and weren’t relocated until THREE DAYS LATER. We had issues with maintenance requests, cheap apartment that isn’t worth the $1,400 we were paying, kitchen cabinets that were sticky on the inside from paint, dryers not working, leaking fridges, all among many others. We moved out two weeks or so before our actual move out date, paid rent, and returned keys. We are now being told we never returned keys and they are going to seek legal action. Keys were returned and we were given the thumbs up to leave. If they have cameras, use them. Indigo Creek is full of disorganized and negligent employees. DO NOT lease with them. They are nothing but incompetent.
I have lived in this complex for six months. I have had so many different maintenance problems since living here. My air conditioner quit working in the middle of the summer. My refrigerator quit working and did not get replaced for an entire week. Its hard to feed my children when you cannot buy groceries because their is no where to put them. And most recently my hot water heater stopped working. They fixed it and then not even a week later it stopped working again. As of now I am without hot water for over 2 days and cannot get a response from the office on when this is going to be fixed. The only response I get is we dont know their schedule. Thats super helpful. How am I supposed to bathe my four year old and two month old baby and myself so I can go to work? The maintenance staff is a joke. I pay almost $1000 for a one bedroom apartment and it isnt even properly maintained. I cant wait to move out of these apartments.
People are in the pool all hours of the night, management wont do anything. I asked to be moved and they said they would but I would have to pay $500. Microwave venting system never worked and they refuse to replace it so cooling is horrible in a corner galley kitchen. BBQ grills dont work or totally gross. Lights on the property are 80% broken. Threw out my trash and a homeless guy jumped out at me. The office never answers the phone so you have to go to the office just to be told it will be handled, but never is. Cindy and Norma can only pass along the info as their hands are tied. The maintenance super told my my dishwasher wasnt meant to wash dishes anyway. Down to 1 maintenance person. Many owners, little results, a tree has been broken for over a year, just waiting for that to fall on one of the kids in the area. Gates never work, someone stole all the free weights in the gym. Run dont walk away. The response from management will be they are sorry and call the office, the office that no one answers the phone at you mean? July 6th I had to renew my lease to be within 60 days; did I get a notice of how much it was going to be? Nope....it was only $9 last year, I am hoping it is basically the same
I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. not even to a stranger. We have not had a very pleasant experience here. At 1st it was ok but slowly over time it just has not been a place that I want my family living at. We have lived here for over 2.5 years and its just getting worse and worse. Our apartment caught on fire and how things have been handled truly has shown us how they handle things... No compassion and very rushed with everything. When we finally were able to get in to try to move some of our stuff that was able to be salvaged we found that they had already removed all the counter tops and cabinets in our kitchen while all our stuff was still in there without telling us. This fire was very traumatic to my family and to see our stuff just gone without a word really opened our eyes to the type of place this is. We understand that they are wanting to get it cleaned up to renovate it and get it back on the market but it is very unprofessional to just allow people into our apartment when we had not been able to get in there to get what we needed first. Our next door neighbors were in the process of moving out and was not even notified that their apartment had damage so when they came to get the rest of their stuff everything was gone. They threw it out without a second thought to them. And when I went to the office to confront them about this they claim that they gave us a time frame and that we gave them a time frame of when we would have our stuff moved out. Which is a Lie. Nothing was ever said. Every time I would try to go in we had to wait because the Inspector was there and the investigation was not over yet. We could only go to areas that was not affected by the fire which was the girls room. And when i finally asked hey i need to get the rest of our stuff the manager replies back you have not got your stuff yet. Really everytime i come by you say we are not done with investigations and off sudden after all the counters have been removed she tells me i was supposed to pick up.....Stay far away from this place. They do not care about the people at all. If they did they would treat us, the tenants, so much better. Run away and do not even give this place a second thought! By the way during those 2.5 years the owners have changed the managing company 3 or 4 times.
ZERO STAAAAARworst place to live in Arizona !!!bad management.they Act nice to you when you apply to rent apartment month later they change 180-degreesuper weak maintenanceevery month management add or steal extra money from younot recommended at allcant wait till upcoming August to leave this sucks complexbad experience
New resident to the community and the downside to it is the parking. Almost every night we have to park on the opposite side of where we live or at least spend an hour driving around with 10 other cars trying to find parking as well.At one point I had someone following me home from walking from one side of the complex to the other, which I thought I live in a gated community. It seems like the parking is a big issue and nothing has been planned out to open more spaces.
I loved living here by far the best apartments I have lived in. Theyre appliances are amazing Clean and quiet apartments. Maintenance were fast and quick and always friendly. The only thing is parking is a pain and rent is pretty expensive but you do get what you pay for an amazing beautiful quiet well maintenance safe place to live. Overall great apartments !
Li inv here has been great! The apartments are high quality with full sized washer and dryer in unit, the frdege, stove, and dishwasher are all modernized, and the layout makes.it feel large and spacious on the inside. I highly recommend the apartments herd.
So far so good! This place would be a five star aside from the terrible parking! Car was towed twice for bad registration. Yes my fault but I am a resident and working my hardest to get tags taken care of. Single parent and money doesn’t fall from the sky. I shouldn’t have paid $160 dollars twice ! In a week to get my vehicle from the junk yard ! I believe the car was singled out due to poor appearance! Aside from that the office management personal “Cindy” is AMAZING! Always there to set clear expectations and open warm arms! I love my home and the wellness of the surroundings never any dog poop leaves and twigs always blown and raked ! Pool spotless ! Green grass ! No bugs ! But again not enough room for parking. Only one spot per tenant even in 3 bedrooms and the parking garages are $175 I believe or $145 beats a car tow 🤷🏻♀️ ... only reason for low rating
I just moved in & I can’t wait to move out. Parking is a nightmare, the staff never calls you back, maintenance requests take forever to complete, the “new” appliances are used, and rent is pricey. Had I know this place was such bs- I NEVER would have moved in. I’m so unhappy here!
We just signed a second lease... the first year was great, and after having a baby we requested to move to a larger apartment. The very first day we transferred places, my SO and I were threatened when asking a neighbor to move her car out of our spot. Shortly followed by a new tenant -the owner of Kitchen AZ Cabinets and More, parks diagonally in her parking spot making it almost impossible for me to get my son in his car seat. The same woman who threatened us now parks in am empty covered spot that someone just moved out of, and she cant park either, Im squished in our spot. Ive said something to management. Ive tried talking to the woman, two months later no change. Never had a problem until we transferred places. So disappointing that parking isnt better and they dont do anything about it. Im still waiting for someone to come fix my dishwasher and theres a truck thats hasnt moved from his spot for 2 consecutive months. So irritating.
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. We came in and did our walk through and the place seemed wonderful! However upon moving into our apartment, we realized just how much were paying for such a low quality apartment. The cabinets are so cheaply done, that the cover they glued over it was lifting. The painters painted the inside of the cabinets with paint that was so sticky, it would cause my dishes to stick and leave residue on them. The flooring was lifting upon moving into the apartment as well. All of this I was willing to overlook, until the flooding and mold problems started. Our AC unit would literally flood every single time the heater was turned on. Then, the AC stopped working all together. In order to get cold air to blow, wed have to turn on the heater to get the ICE to melt off the piping. We called someone in to fix it, and all the guy said was that this is a common problem ALL of the building have. The pipes freeze and then prevent the cold AC from working resulting in having to melt the ice off by turning on the heater. It is literally 120 degrees outside during the summer. Why would I want to turn the heater on just to use my AC? We were never told about these problems upon moving in, and when I learned that this is a problem they have known about, I was livid. To top that off, the person above us must have had a toilet that leaked. Well there was water damage and BLACK MOLD growing on our ceiling. When we told the worker about that after he checked our AC, he said there was nothing they could do and theyd have to take care of it after we moved out. To top it off, they charged us after we moved out!! DO NOT MOVE HERE. I wish I had listened to these reviews prior to signing that lease instead of giving them the benefit of the doubt. The management sucks. The prices increase every year and the quality never improves.
Can’t even answer phone calls or keep an updated number on their site. Multiple attempts to contact the office over the phone for a simple question about dog policy.
I have been living here for the past 3 months. I love it. No problems at all. When something needs fixing the maintenance staff is here ASAP and the front office staff is great. Ladies do a great job they seem to real care.
If I could give zero stars I would... handed in our keys September 28th.. they e mailed me over a month later wondering if we were going to re sign a lease and if not we needed to hand in our keys.. our apartment was vacant for over a month before they even remembered we already handed in our keys. About a month after that we get a letter in the mail saying we owe them $650 for having to deep clean because the apartment smelled like animal urine.. #1 WE DONT HAVE AN ANIMAL! #2 1 week before we moved they did an inspection and one of the office ladies Cindy told me to my face that we had the cleanest unit in the complex.. we move out a week later and now all of a sudden it smells like animal urine?! My husband and I continued calling the complex.. no one ever returned any of our calls.. we went to the complex once.. they told us the manager would call us on Monday.. NO CALL!! I have personally e mailed them 4 times about this money we owe trying to figure it out.. NO RESPONSE!! Now... 7 months later... we get a call from a debt collector. Indigo creek sent what we owe to a debt collector 7 MONTHS LATER when they didn’t have the “time” to call us back personally to figure it out.. they wait 7 months and send it to a debt collector. My husband and I are beyond irritated. Whatever you do... do not live here!!!Edit: we have heard back from the apartment and the lady Virginia that I have been talking too figured it all out for us!! Thank you Virginia
Absolute worst experience all around. My rent was wrong for months. AC broke twice within a month of living here and took them weeks to fix. No compensation for me! Dealing with the office at that time was beyond unprofessional they have new management who is way more professional I can at least say that. The worst part is the cats!!! They are EVERYWHERE. The office refuses to help do anything and I have a big dog I do not want around cats!!! They live on my staircase I can’t even get up and down with my dog!! They allow people to leave food and water dishes out for them! That’s why there are so many in my area!! Counting down until lease is up or will be breaking it this has been the worst 6 months dealing with everything. My advice DO NOT MOVE IN HERE especially if you have a dog. There is also dog poop EVERYWHERE it’s disgusting!
3 friends1 review1.0 star rating 5/6/2016I have had 3 occasions if flooding in my apartment. Ive had to pay for sanitizing and cleaning of my carpet, when I was told it would be done automatically. Ive had to move my furniture by myself and sleep on my couch for days while the huge blowers were drying the carpet. Very hard to sleep by the way, they are industrial dryers. The management company is not going to reimburse me anything for my inconveniences, but are willing to terminate my lease early, at no cost to me.Be aware future apartment renters, there could be mold in the apartment your thinking about renting.
This place sucks so bad! I’ve lived here for a few years, and for it being in the hood (getting robbed or getting your car stolen is a favorite past time here), paying $1300+ is ridiculous for limited amenities. The gym is small and a joke, the pools are nice but over crowded due to the large size of the complex, and the management changes so often! The staff is pretty nice, but that’s really all. Keep looking for another complex if you’re considering moving here.
Its not worth the money I pay. Just forget about maintenance they have not taken care of any of my issues or got back in touch with me. But they love charging extra on anything
Horrible apartments. Do not recommend living here.
This was the worst customer service i have ever Experienced .Today(12-18-18) at 3:55pm They literally kicked me out of their office saying something came up and they have to close early even though their working hours are till 6:00 p.m. All I needed was a few more minutes to finish filling out my application but insted they kicked me out. The young female that works there was rude and and unprofessional. Thank God this happened because it opened up my eyes and I was able to see what was I getting myself into. And now that I have read all the reviews there is no way I would ever live there. Save your money and find a better place.
Love the new staff always happy and willing to help.
Nice place. EXPENSIVE. Property management did some upgrades which is nice. Its too bad they offset the cost with the rent increase. Another hundred bucks and one could buy a house
Worst place to live at. Read leasing contract carefully. I moved out of these apartments because of the management. They charge you for things such as pest control; yet the grass is full of fleas. I didnt even have a dog. And I found fleas on my patio. Now that I have moved out my final bill came out with stupid charges such as cleaning carpet. Even though it was cleaned and I have pictures to prove it. Basically to sum it up, I wouldnt recommend living here. I currently have a friend who still lives there, and he too hates it. He had his monthly bill raised without notice. He didnt settle with it and took it back to management; and what do you know. They made a mistake well that mistake cost money. Hopefully others noticed that in their bill.Another big issue They have is that even though theyre a gated apartment community. The gates seem to be left open every night. Management also gives the gate code to anyone without even asking for id. I proved this by having a friend who didnt believe me, ask management for the code. And Shazam they gave him the code with out identifying him. They should have signs RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK somewhere.
DO NOT live here!! The front office staff is useless and does not provide any help at all. The parking is horrible and if you try to find an open spot past 8 pm you might as well just take your chances on getting it towed because there is literally no where to go. The area is unsafe, my boyfriends car was stolen and the property did nothing about it. There are no security cameras so they basically told me sucks for you. And that was after I called 6 times and finally got a hold of someone after leaving multiple message. Dont be fooled by the pictures, definitely not as nice as it looks. They do a horrible job of telling residents about whats going on as they decided to redo the pool and the gym at the same time without informing anyone or compensating for not being able to use the amenities. The front gate does nothing and is broken half the time anyways. Very trashy people live here, everywhere you go someone is smoking weed or cigarettes. Cant wait for my lease to be up!
The worst apartment experience of my life. Thank now live in a Camden and I wouldn’t recommend indigo creek to my worst enemy. Lots of shady activity and I never really felt safe.
No customer support, ways of rental payment is ridiculous.
I applied over a month ago and was denied which isnt the issue. I still have not had my hold deposit returned to me. I made several attempts to contact them directly and left several voicemails I also contacted the property owners Greystar and left several voicemails. None of those calls were returned. I finally called and got a hold of someone 3 weeks after applying and they told me there was an issue with their computer and that checks would be sent out by the end of the week. It has been almost 2 weeks and still no check. They are basically stealing 200 dollars from me at this point. I will continue to call them and Greystar and leave reviews on every forum possible as well as contacting the better business bureau until this is rectified.
I currently reside here and signed my lease in the middle of January. On my move in check list I noted things that were broken or needed repairs that STILL haven’t been fixed!! I turned it in on 01-20 and reported the issues to the office where they put the first work order in. The people who lived here before me apparently sat on the stove and broke the hinges? I was given the run around and was told I would need to pay for it because it was assumed I had done it? I informed them that it was on my move-in checklist. They told me they would need to order the parts and it would take a couple weeks to come in. This was on 2-15. After I wasn’t contacted... again... I put in approximately 4 to 5 work orders to get my oven fixed. My oven doesn’t close all the way, so when I use it my apartment heats up immensely. You could see how troubling this would be living in Arizona going into 100° weather. I am 9 months pregnant and can’t have an oven that doesn’t close. I put in a work order in (after waiting a month for the parts to get in) on 3-22 for a smoke detector in an oven. The maintenance man came, very nice and said that they have the parts for the oven and he doesn’t know why he hadn’t been assigned to fix it yet. He said he would ask his manager. I have yet to hear anything. I feel like there has to be some type of tenant law to where you have to fix someone’s oven in Arizona so their apartment isn’t hotter than the outside? For what I pay to live here, This treatment and care is absolutely ridiculous. Also parking here definitely sucks. I know there’s limited uncovered spaces, and that’s fine but I cannot tell you how many cars in spaces have significantly expired tags or vehicles that haven’t moved in months, which is supposed to be against the rules. I’ve reported both 3 times and nothing has been done, so even though there’s a tow truck driving around it doesn’t do anything. Are you even called Glendale PD to see if they could do something about the cars because the apartments work, and informed me that the apartments are the ones with the power to do so, but would in any other situation. So, If the apartments weren’t OK with their property being used as a storage facility for cars people don’t want to drive, there would be more parking for visitors and other people.I live on the first floor and have had numerous things stolen from my patio at all hours of the day. Which is a concern because my bedroom is right there and idk what type of person keeps returning unless they live here. The only way to talk to someone to get any answers is to physically go in the office. They almost never answer the phone. I absolutely regret moving here, it’s been one headache after another. Read the reviews and believe them, I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy.
During your tour, you will be tricked into thinking this place is nice and the upgrades are great. Sure, I do love the sink but lets talk about the ants, burst pipe, broken air conditioning (x4), management, and front desk attitude. You will not find open parking. Entrance gates are great for safety... if they are closed. Its very very expensive to live here for the apartment you receive. I recommend sun creek apartments on 59th!
Clean community. Rents a little expensive but I think its just kinda getting expensive to live in AZ. Friendly staff. Havent had any issues with neighbors. APS is always ridiculously expensive in the summer though. I mean, we pay more than a house would. But its a nice community
Oh man, I just applied and I just read all the review. I’m nervous now hearing all these stories. I’ll know tomorrow if I am approved or denied and now I’m nervous for both. Whether I get approved and it’s not up to par or if I get denied how long they’ll take to give me my admin fees. It looked so nice I want to give the benefit of the doubt.
We live here now and thank goodness next month is our last... we cant get anyone to do anything about the marijuana that comes into our apartments and is so bad that my mother in law, that is on a oxygen machine, cant even sleep in her room because of it... management says call the police and they say its apartments problem, but they do nothing to... noisy neighbors... maintenance never gets anything done unless you fuss about it a lot... management tells your new neighbors your business of something that was not true and they cause problems. I am just ready to get out...parking sucks to
Front office people are super nice. Property is super clean. I couldnt be happier with this place.
Great place to visit as well as live
Do not waste your time and money! MEB is just a company of thieves who will charge you for anything and everything. After paying my rent in full and on time, I get a charge because they didn’t bother processing it!On top of that, there is NO parking! If you get home any later than 7pm, plan on parking across the complex or in one of the neighborhoods. We are charged a fee for bug extermination yet our apartment has constant bug problems (spider bites on my baby and husband, ants everywhere, etc.).Do you have a young child who goes to bed at a decent hour? Not anymore! Loud neighbors and unsupervised children running around screaming as late as 10 or 11 at night is a daily problem. They do not tow vehicles that need to be towed (I’m looking at you- guy who hasn’t moved his truck from one of the only open parking spaces in two months). They do not care if someone patio is so dirty that it causes a high concentration of bees at a public walkway. It’s a good thing that there’s a laundromat across the street because they will NOT show up to fix the ones you pay for in your apartment.Oh and when your druggie neighbor runs at you with a knife and gets the police called on him for the 6th time, they won’t care. When your apartment gets broken into twice make sure you don’t bother asking them to change the locks (they won’t).Do not let your toddlers play outside, no one picks up after their dogs and the spray they use on the grass will cause horrible hives all over your precious children. This is by far the worst complex I have ever lived in, and that’s saying something!
FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT LIVE HERE. I have been here a full year and my lease is about to end. Ive never been so excited to move before. Rent is cheap, sure, but living here has been an absolute nightmare and not worth it at all. My stay here has been genuinely terrifying. Kiera Bergman went missing from this apartment complex and was later found dead near SR-85 (look it up). Crime in this area is crazy. A police chase ended in the apartment complex as well and the suspect rammed through the gate and ripped the whole thing out of the cinder block wall. It took weeks to fix. Also a major storm broke a lot of the awnings over the cars and damaged vehicles and that took weeks to fix as well. Ive been approached by homeless almost right outside my apartment. Water pressure is terrible and there is no parking whatsoever unless youre in the assigned spot. Every night I have to say my prayers and drive for 30 mins before a spot opens up. There is a million kids living in the complex who are not disciplined at all and will yell and play right outside your windows alllllll hours of the day. If you have children, the school system in this area is as bad as it gets. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else.
All of these reviews are true!!! I am a current tenant here and I just read all of these horrible reviews and I completely agree with them. When I first moved in, this place was incredible. All of my neighbors were very nice people and most had been here a long time which I saw as a good sign. When the current management company took over about 5 years ago the place went downhill quick. It is now a revolving door of tenants, nobody stays longer than a year and everybody leaves disgruntled which is why this place has such bad reviews. The office is extremely understaffed to deal with tenant issues. You can never get through to them by telephone so you have to physically go in there if you need to speak with someone. Recently I had an issue with being overcharged on my rent and I emailed Norma twice this month about it and she still hasnt responded. Too busy with other pissed off tenants I guess. The upgraded apartments have carpet that feels like sandpaper and is so thin that the nails stick up through it. I would rather have my original unit with nice carpet and old appliances rather than bleeding feet everyday lol (Although I do prefer the APS bill in my new unit, I used to pay $300+ in the summer for electric for a 1 bedroom apartment!!!) Also when I moved to the upgraded unit, the place hadnt been cleaned! There was dog food, dirt, dust and crumbs from the prior tenant under the dishwasher and oven (if you have pet allergies you should allow yourself time to sanitize before you move in). The light along the walkway outside broke about a year ago and they just stuck a safety cone on top of the wires where it was and never fixed it. I get home late at night and its pitch black out there which is scary since theres always weirdos walking around. But I guess thats better than the stadium lighting they put in other areas of the complex. If you have more than 1 car or have occasional visitors, forget living here. There is nowhere to park in this place past 6pm and the towtruck drives around here damn near hourly to scoop up cars parked illegally. Recently I had about 10 Phoenix PD officers outside my bedroom window aiming a rifle at the apartment across from me. When I went into the office to ask about it, two of the women lied to my face and said they didnt know anything about it and then the property manager finally admitted she was the one who initiated the call but it was for a non-violent issue and that is how Phoenix PD responds to all calls. Wow. Either they think Im an idiot or that must be a new thing the PD has started doing since Ive never experienced that before. Anyway, to make a long story short, this place is probably nicer than others around here but it is overpriced for what this neighborhood has become and the management is a nightmare to deal with. I gave it 2 stars for the big bathtub and nice kitchen sink.
I give this place ZERO STARS! Renters, beware. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!! The management here is pitiful! I have lived in these apartments for 4 years. The management group prior to MEB, was way better. You get charged for everything here! My move out day and last day was yesterday, November 13th 2016. I turned in my keys at 5:40pm Sure the office was closed, but I left the keys by the back door tied to a plastic lining attached to the door. I called just now to see if they received the keys, the girl said yes, but that they would have to charge me for another day all because the manager closed out the books. Its so easy for them to bill me, but not accept the fact that I did turn in my keys on my move out day!********DO NOT LIVE IN THESE APARTMENTS********SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!
I moved in 2 weeks ago and I was also concerned about the bad reviews. I did call Cindy in the front office and she was very helpful, letting me know that it was my right to have concerns based on reviews but assuring me she feels it is a great community. So I moved in and do not regret it.First, the neighborhood is nice. No crazy traffic, lots of good mom and pop restaurants nearby, and a Frys, Albertsons, and Safeway close by. I did look at the crime reports for the neighborhood and they are A LOT less than the part of Phoenix I came from, so no complaints there.2nd, the neighbors are cool. We dont know our immediate neighbors but have talked to the families that are at the pool and they are very friendly. Someone commented in the reviews that the pool is closed a lot, ours never has been and is very clean. There are 2 other pools on the property so maybe it was another one.3rd, the complex is nice and quiet in the back where we live. On Memorial Day weekend, I heard one person laugh loud once. That was it! No loud music or cars, no neighbors arguing or banging around. Our upstairs neighbors walk around a lot at night but I accept that just comes with living downstairs. Nothing major. Our next door neighbor had a party last weekend and kept it pretty quiet too. And in the morning, very quiet. Some reviews comment about security. Since I have been here I have never seen homeless people walking around the apartments. I hardly see homeless people in the neighborhood, period. The front gate does lock and has a code to enter. It seems to close at sunset, so dont know why someone commented it is always open. Its not.My apartment itself is great. I have a 3 bedroom. Its roomy, wood floors, big master bath. The living room layout is kind of funky with the fireplace. No roaches, bedbugs or other bugs so far. Now, I do have some complaints, but they are minor. My washer was broken when I moved in and took over a week to replace. That was inconvenient. I did get a new, hi-tech one though. There are some people who do not pick up after their dogs, even though the complex provides convenient blue bags posted around the walkways. And I notice some people send their kids under age 14 to the pool by themselves. Rules say they have to be 14 years or up. Seriously, there was a 2 year old in there with his 11 year old sister barely watching him. THIS IS HOW KIDS DROWN!! I hope the complex can figure out how to enforce that rule.Overall, I really love the complex, the staff is friendly and helpful. I recommend it.
Great place to live at but read the contract carefully. The front desk is rude and gives false information about lease contracts so just read everything so that your not tricked. Oh and parking sucks. Like a lot.
The place looks very nice, but I have roaches. They only spray if you ask even though you are charged a monthly fee for the services. They have sprayed several time and I still have them sense week one of move in. Its in humane and embarrassing. The option they gave was to pack up everything in my home and let them bomb it. They will not clean carpets after, pay storage fees, or hotel fees for having to be out of the apartment. All of the fire extinguishers are out dated 2017 hopefully there isnt a fire. Im counting the days until this lease it OVER. Dont waist your hard earned money moving here. Moved in May 2018
Ive been living here for a year. Its now time to renew my lease, and I wont be doing that. They want to increase my rent $100 for the same unit Ive been in for a year. It isnt renovated and nothing has changed in the unit, so why would I all the sudden pay more for it? No. Its not happening and its not worth it. And they had the nerve to offer me a 1b1b small for the same price Ive been paying for a 2b2b large. I am moving. Parking sucks, my neighbors are loud, the grounds keepers are loud at early hours, the windows are too close to the people walking in the rocks, and their is no natural light coming in my apartment.
The reviews are crazy I’ve lived here for two years with two kids. It’s awesome they can walk to school. The apartments are a nice size. They keep up with outdoor maintenance. I’ve never had any roaches like other stated they have. Pest control comes every Thursday of course you pay $1 for it every month. We do have an ant problem usually around the beginning of the summer but once pest control comes it’s usually taken care of.My only issues have been with residents who are obviously on drugs I always seem to get a weird family that moves in to the bldg but hey where doesn’t that happen. There are cats around but not too many it’s hot outside so I see nothing wrong with people leaving water around. The complex is well kept and the office always responds quickly to issues. Gym key for afterhours is extra. But gym is always open during business hours. It would be nice if they had a playground. But hey we have 3 pools all with grills. Don’t let other reviews get you people only review when there upset usually. Parking is crazy but we all get one covered parking mine is a good walking distance away but I can still see my car. There open spots which I think most residents take advantage of since it’s closer to their apartment. I have upgrades made to my apartment while living here which is nice I got a new pretty backsplash with led lighting. For the price and the size I think it’s worth it. If you want to pay less you’ll probably get less. The walls are thin you can always hear when someone argues which is probably why people call the police so much. But hey it’s apartment living what do you expect.
There is no parking spots, the maintenance is horrible.
If I could give it no stars I would. Office personnel is shady and will change details of your lease. Not a good experience with this complex. I could not believe what they did to my friend.
This is one of my ALL TIME FAVORITE APARTMENTS!!!!The staff is wonderful, and it’s a very clean place
So I will be as honest as I can. I have lived here for a year now and my lease ends next month. While this place does look pretty nice and the apartment itself is nice and updated there are things that a person who is considering living here will not see/notice until its too late. When you see people say parking is a nightmare that is truly an understatement. If you are trying to park passed 8p.m I hope you are okay with parking in front of the office and hope your car isnt broken into. The things that have happened in the passed year . My wifes car and mine have been broken into in our spot. The apartment under us was broken into as my wife and I were upstairs hearing everything .We called the police that night and notified the office in the morning (they couldnt care less). The apartments have open access to an alley and at night these apartments are littered with homeless people. Sorry but for 1,100 a month I feel like that should not be an issue. I live with my wife and our 4 year old daughter and I get nervous leaving for work with homeless people roaming the complex. We told the office about the homeless people and they literally told us just to report it to the police. IT HAPPENS EVERY NIGHT AND THERE ARE TONS OF THEM. The gates are either broken or just flat out open, dont let that security tower up front fool you there is zero security here. The utility bills are INSANE. The cherry on top now is that we told them we are not going to sign another lease they are trying to charge us for another month. I gave them 45 days notice. I definitely encourage you to look elsewhere because the amount you pay here and what you get is insane.UPDATE: So they sent that generic response and to see how much they care call the number they gave me. IT DOESNT EVEN WORK. Im getting in touch with the BBB and I will be taking this to court and I do have family that works at yelp that I will be contacting and they will be glad to make it a priority let everyone know how this place/company operates.Everybody keep in mind Im not getting evicted or anything like that. I completed my lease and they are trying to steal an extra months rent from me.
I wish I could give this place less than one star and even then that would be too generous. This place is a roach infested nightmare and thats on the good days. The parking sucks and your assigned space is usually an ocean away and petty tow truck drivers circle the lot looking to take your car for the tiniest of infractions. Thats if your car isnt broken into btw which happens fairly frequently in this gangsters paradise. The sink often stinks and the dishwasher never works but then again so much is always broken or breaking at these apartments you can take your pick. Maintainence responds eventually and haphazardly. The front office couldnt possibly care less about any of your concerns. They are the poster children of incompetence. The roqches are by far the biggest problem you will encounter here. In our 8 months here weve luckily (lol) had only one mouse but thousands upon thousands of roaches. We complain constantly but managements only response is to have us wait till the exterminator comes every thursday (yes they have to have someone come every single week to spray because its that infested) yet he must be sprayingsugar water because the damn things seem to only multiply not go away. I dont recommend being a dorwnstairs neighbor as the walls are paper thin and lowlifes aplenty will keep you awake nightly till 4 am as they party off coors lite and bathtub meth. Dont be fooled on your walk in of a pristine model apartmemt with the hardwood floors and fire place. Yeah its pretty but nothing like the hellhole theyll actually throw you in. Youre literally better off moving to Somalia.
I am a current resident and I will not be as SOON as the lease ends. Water bill is close to $100 a month FOR AN APARTMENT!!! I have had multiple problems and equipment failures to include, Flood(water heater failed), Patio door didnt open/close properly(slide wheels missing), Loudest A/C unit I have ever had(management says it blows cool air so it works), And above all ROACHES!!! We noticed ROACHES in june/july 2017 and the problem is severely out of control. Being that my rent is $1435.00 a month for a 3 br apartment I expect to NOT have to live with ROACHES!! The entire building is infested and not only myself but every one of my neighbors is moving out at the end of their lease as well. Management has sprayed my apartment twice and bug bombed once, after I pulled every appliance out myself and took pictures. Management has NEVER sprayed my neighbors apartments. My dishwasher has leaked water since day 1 and it has become a breeding ground for the ROACHES and I have asked to have it removed and management wants to force me to keep it. Even though it smells like raw death. My kitchen sink drain was clogged so I checked the drain trap and it was clear so I reported it to the office. 3 1/2 weeks later after washing our dishes in the bath tub and numerous attempts to get maintenance to fix it they made an emergency call to a plumber and the plumber had the sink fixed in 15 minutes. And to top it all off the parking situation is extremely difficult. Sure you can get a garage for an extra $125 a month, but you better have a small - mid sized car. I have been here less than a year and my upstairs neighbors place was ROBBED. The gates hardly work, and security is more interested in their cell phone than actually patrolling. Hence my vehicle has been broken into twice just this month in Dec 2017. This place is seriously over priced and it has a nice paint job. But MAKE NO MISTAKE, YOU DONT WANT TO LIVE HERE!!
They changed management and all of sudden they cant find my lease I talk to office and said they would get back to me yet to hear a word from themRaised my rent$ 400.00 !!!!!
These apartments are not bad at all.1. There are no pest issues. They spray every week. I have never seen anything other than the occasional spider and a few ants.2. I have found maintenance to be prompt. If there is an issue, I contact the office and it is usually handled.3. The cleanliness of the grounds is as much a responsibility of the tenants as management. People dont bother cleaning up after their pets and sometimes (actually, often) there is dog feces in the rocks. The same applies to cigarettes. Whats so hard about putting your own cigarette butt in the trash? The maintenance crews and groundskeepers are not maids. The people who live here should be more responsible when it comes to cleaning up after themselves and their pets. The office should offer a $50 rent credit to anyone who reports the filthy people who dont clean up after themselves and a $50 fine to the people messing up the grounds by littering and not cleaning up after their pets. If they did so, I think the problem would quickly resolve itself.4. Parking situation is not that great. Every apartment is assigned one covered space. However, it seems that logic was not used when assigning these spaces. My space is very (VERY) far from my apartment. It doesnt make any sense.5. Sometimes the gate is not closed at night which, for me, is an issue. Why have a gate if you dont bother closing it?6. Price is a little on the high side but I dont think its too outrageous for what you get.7. 8/24/13 Per a member of office staff, maintenance is not available on weekends which makes no sense to me. We just had a storm last night (Friday) and there is a hole in my dining room ceiling where water came through. When I asked a member of the office staff what could be done, she told me that they could bring buckets but that I would have to wait until Monday. The management company (Alliance) should know better than that. That is very poor service and the office staff cant do anything about it.8. With the exception of my issue on 8/24/13, I have always found the staff to be very courteous and helpful. They always try their best to help you with whatever issue may arise.Overall, I think these apartments are okay. I dont really understand some of the complaints about it here. Ive seen better and worse. Theyre in a good location, there are not a lot of loud people or crazy disturbances. Of course there is room for improvement, but there always is. I keep updating my review because I want to be as accurate as possible.
The women that work in the office do nothing to help out with anything . They love charging their residents extra cash whenever they can , even if its their fault for not be avaliable. They dont fix anything
I lived there from 2013-2016, Alliance owned it and sold it to MEB. They redid all the upgrades,, the rent was (large 1bdrm upstairs) originally 720 after taxes the 40 water as they divide per bldg, and APS was crazy. I was on top floor. By they time in 2016 renewal came they were charging 860 base for a non upgraded unit and m2m was over $1000. So, I moved. I never had major bugs inside- an occasional spider from fireplace, mosquito, fly inside.- they only spray if you ask. The complex has 3 pools over 300 apts on occasion its loud. And occasionally PHX PD were there for many reasons. My experience was amazing. I wish I could afford to move back as peace of mind and safety is so important. I refuse to pay that much though as rates are still high and new owner
Work orders non existence, been to the office 4 times to have maintenance request, my sinks smell so bad that my daughter moved out, finally just fixed it myself with my own money and labor, total BS!
Place will take you for every penny you got even after u move out. Read the contract carefully. They will do anything to screw you over. Place is a joke. You will regret it.
The apartments are really nice, however if you want to be treated like a fool by the manager Adam feel free to give this place your money. They recently moved everyones parking spots for some unknown reason. When I went to the office to find out where my new spot will be the woman Monica couldnt even find it on the map. Monica told me that it would be under the same Ramada and to just go and look for it. I did go and look for it and it was on the other side of the complex. I was frustrated and went to talk to management and I was told that there was nothing they can do to give me my spot back because it would be against the fair housing act. This is a total and abhorrent lie and a smoke screen that the Manager Adam hides behind. If you have a general knowledge of the fair housing act you would know that giving me my spot back that I have had for 2 years back would not be breaking any fair housing laws. A month later all the residents get a letter saying that are spots are once again being re-assigned. Under this new remodel I have seen nothing but, unsafe practices. There are welders with out proper safety equipment exposing not only themselves but residents to hazards, there are painters walking on the balconies with out any fall guards, painters using extension ladders to paint from. All of these actions violate safety regulation and OSHA.My car was also stolen from the north parking lot, there is always sketchy people pulling into the front and waiting for someone to come a quick exchange is done and then they leave (obviously a drug deal), and recently there was a homeless man wondering the complex in the middle of the night! We pay to live in a gated community and the fact that cars are being stolen and there are vagrants meandering around makes me feel unsafe! There is supposed to be a nightly security guard and I have never seen them. We pay money to live in a safe comfortable home and I certainly dont feel that way! I can not wait until my lease is up to get out of this place! I will say that the maintenance crew is always nice and courteous and I have never had an issue with them!
Really is great sized apts and they are very quiet inside and out. Love em
After reading all the reviews I wont be coming here with my family. Maybe managment should look really hard at the reviews and actually respond to their customers instead of sending out automated responses.
Do not move in here unless you are desperate! If i could give 0 stars i would. The apartments look upscale from the street but once you sign your lease you begin to notice what a horrible place it is to live. It began with the unstable chemicals in the pools/hot tub, the management insisted that the burns on mine and my childrens were not important as noone else complained! My bathing suit was bleached and hair turned bright green, it wasnt until the county came and shut down 2 of the 3 pools that they cared. As far as safety, this place has no security and thier gates are broken most of the time, recently my tailgate as well as about 4 other tenants were stolen. They do not maintain the premises, as the grills never have propane, they are all broken, there use to be nice benches and chairs in the pool area but they have been destroyed and needs to be replaced. The front managment hired a new girl who is self entitled and rude! You should feel safe and act as a community. Not fight with the front office, not feel safe, and not have the adminities you pay entirely too much for! This place is not worth your hard earned money or energy! Find somewhere else to live.
Do NOT judge a book by its cover this place is filled with low-life trashy residents. i am truly miserable here and management does not seem to care about who they bring in. i just wish i would have read the reviews before locking myself up.
Google says describe my experience? HORRIBLE. To start we were charged an extra 40 for a pool view, which wasnt to bad but just a stupid money grab that ive never had to deal with from other complexes. There gate is there but not secure, anyone can select a code so you can literally type in anything and chances are that code is in the system, even codes as crazy as 0000, 6969, and 0420 work. The parking is horrible so if you live with roommates and multiple cars good luck. I had to park on the opposite side of the complex multiple times and so did my roommate due to how poor the parking is, they have spots covered right now by huge trash trailers which could be used to help with the terrible parking, one night there was no parking so I parked under a covered spot that was not mine, I called and asked the office the next day what I should do if there is no uncovered parking when my roommate is in the other spot or what he should do when im in it, there response was that we just have to park somewhere outside the complex and walk in SO RUDE. They promised us a key for the gym, never sent us one, when we asked for one we were told there would be a charge, even though when we moved in we were told the gym was free and that we would be sent keys for free. And the icing on the cake, upon moving out they require you to get your carpet cleaned, even though we know they are replacing the carpets due to remodel, when we asked about it they said there would still be a 55 dollar charge for RIPPING THE CARPET OUT, just a little ridiculous. And to top it all of, we sent in our 60 day notice 63 days in advance, they decided to try to tell us we hadnt submitted it til the 3rd day into our 60 days and they are attempting to charge us for 3 days worth of rent and utilities when we had already moved out and submitted the proper paperwork. Also during most processes the head staff were rude and immature, they are all young woman and just do not do there job professionally. Overall this complex blows, the apartments are cute but they charge way to much. Also never live on a first floor, there ceilings are so thin you will be able to hear your neighbors ceiling creaking while they have sex above you in the middle of the night. And dont file a noise complaint cause the complex will never do anything about it, had to deal with loud stomping people above me for a whole year and I filed 3 complaints. And tweakers everywhere, I cant tell you the number of times I saw people just sitting outside twacked out in the heat sitting on the sidewalk of the complex, or coming home and seeing people passed out in there car or smoking off a tray as I pull up. DONT LIVE AT INDIGO CREEK.
