Went here for dinner and certainly didnt regret it! The food was incredible and the people serving it very nice and exceptionally skilled. What was perhaps even better for me was the fact that we were eating under the stars and that the jungle was so very close to us. It really creates a special atmosphere. Best dinner of my whole trip!

Unfortunately a little disappointing.I expected a little more from that restaurant in one of the most expensive resorts in Ubud. The location is somewhat hidden and remote and very nicely designed, also with the outside terrace. A very pleasant atmosphere. It should be said in advance that the service was really good and everyone really cared for everything so kindly. In advance there was spinach bread with a dip that didnt quite fit, the bread was also a bit dry and not particularly tasty. I had a spinach salad with seaweed and apple as a starter, because unfortunately the dressing and the composition of the ingredients didnt match at all plus I didnt find the roasted pecans. In the end I was not charged for the salad, which I found very nice. Thanks for that. For the main course I had balinese roasted duck leg with Indonesian spices and a very tasty sambal. The dish was not unusual now, but it tasted very good. For dessert, I had the Valrhona Chocolate Platter, which was really good, but unfortunately I had to eat everything very quickly, because in the evening the table was covered with little flies that gather on the terrace in the light, which was a bit ugly. I wouldnt recommend the Copper right now, but I still think its a good restaurant if you go for lunch during the day and just enjoy the atmosphere.

Literally the best meal we had in Bali. The food combinations and flavours were amazing and very current / stylish. Everything we ordered was outstanding. The service was on point - they really know how to look after you and are very accommodating. Particularly recommend the buratta, shrimp, chicken dish, and beef curry. The attention to detail was amazing too with complimentary amuse bouches, pallet cleaners and bread. Really impressed guys.

Amazing rooftop restaurant in Bali! Ambiance was incredible and reason enough alone but service was on point and food and excellent. Drink menu was very well executed and the few we had were quite tasty. Each course was very well prepared and the tempeh and fish really stood out. Definitely can’t go wrong here.

The service and quality of food is delightful. We had an excellent meal experience. All the food order was served on point and was delicious. The service staff was courteous and very helpful in suggesting the menu too. We purely decided this place based on this reviews and trust me we were not disappointed. That chocolate platter for dessert is just exception especially the one that is served on the egg shell. I am not a fan of passion fruit but the Panna cotta was also really good

I visited here three times.One for dinner, two for breakfast from Bismaeight hotel.Atmosphere is good, nice staffs, but food was not impressive. Just normal level of taste.But it is best place for people looking for rooftop, awesome service restaurant.And I lost my wallet there after dinner, but next morning staff recognize me and return it.Thank you :)

Amazing breakfast place with deliciously prepared food. It offers a beautiful view of rice paddy field on the roof top. The Eggs Benedict, Omelette and pastries were scrumptious. The cappucino and hot chocolate are perfect! Will come back here again for sure the next time I visit Ubud.

Love this place. It has very nice atmosphere. The music is slow. Great service and cleanliness too. Toilet available and clean too. Price in my opinion cheap for this kind place. Parking a bit difficult because only few space. Will come back again some other time

Nice place and atmosphere. Staff very friendly. We chose Copper because we saw that they serve international and contemporary food, but actually everything has an Asian touch. The burger was great, the pudim rice desert was just ok. They have a small garden, organic food and a nice hotel view.

Very good lunch at the Bisma eight hotel, we went to their pool restaurant area and the jungle view was breathtaking. The food was very good too. Especially the soft crab sliders.

Terrible food. Composition is awful. You can tell chef has some ideas but execution is really bad. He doesnt understand how to cook international cuisines. Way too much sauce in the dishes photographed. Overall design of the place is really nice though.

Got this place recommended by a friend, wasnt disappointed. Went there on there on a sunday when it was Nusa night so I got the 4-course dinner.I cannot describe with words how great my evening was here at Copper. Food beyond delicious, beautiful drinks, perfect service minded straff. The only complain I would have is that they didnt have any mosquito candles lol.The dinner price is like an average dinner in Scandinavia so a bit pricy compared to usual Indonesian prices. However, it is worth it.

This is without a doubt the best food in Bali. Myself and my partner where wowed at the exceptional service and the top quality cuisine. We had a 5 course meal with 4 wines for a total of 1.2 million local currency. Overall I would recommend anyone visiting Bali THIS IS A MUST DO!

While staying at Bisma Eight, I ate breakfast everyday at the Copper Kitchen as well as dinner, and loved the food, the experience, and the service.This is NOT your typical hotel breakfast. Copper Kitchen goes above and beyond for my favorite meal of the day! There was a variety of options for breakfast (which was included in my stay at Bisma Eight). I tried the Banana Pancakes and the Avocado Toast. Both breakfast entrees were perfect and a great way to start off my day. Also available were fresh juices (a variety of flavors - orange, watermelon, etc) as well as coffee and tea with the breakfast.My favorite dinner appetizer was the Indonesian Lumpiah, essentially fresh Indonesian spring rolls with a tasty peanut sauce. My favorite dinner entree was the Rendang Sapi, a Western caramelized beef curry that was both filling and delicious. I was also given the nice surprise of a welcome drink, a sweet and spicy lemonade!The rooftop space was beautiful and accommodated those who wanted to sit inside and those who wanted to sit outside. The service was incredible and food was brought out promptly. I enjoyed everything about my experiences at Copper Kitchen and would definitely come back to this culinary delight.

What a place!Meeting some friends so happy staying at Bisma, we arrived at tea time and... from Tea to delicious wine we finally decided to enjoy the food.More than spoiled by the team we definitely stay there for our next trip in Ubud.Bisma is close and hidden, quiet and lively ... just the perfect balance!!Thanks to all the crew.

Food is good, good selection of craft beer compared to Bali standards.

The standard of food and service is very good, as is the Bali coffee. The food options are a bit limited but what they do, they do well.There are some stunning views of the rain forest and on a clearer day you can see Mount Agung in one direction and Mount Batur in the other.Theyve also got their own vegetable garden on the deck.

Very stylish and cozy place. The menu is small but diverse, mixing western cuisine with various Balinese dishes. The quality and look of the food is good, however the service is rather slow and could be more attentive. If you are around it’s worth it, but I would not specifically drive here.

Great ambience. Vegetarian options are a few but nevertheless the gnocci was amazing.

Amazing dinner and service. We treated ourselves at Copper for a fancy honeymoon dinner and everything was amazing. Food, service, rooftop view and atmosphere. Big menu with a lot of variety. Very nice staff. We got a free chefs sample of crackers and peanut vegetable topping, which was a great gesture. Would highly recommend.

Romantic dining was great, thanks for the hospitality of all staffs there especially Pak Wayan. Got many compliments during dining, all of them taste so delicious.

Amazing restaurant with rooftop views, very attentive staff, great food, and overall phenomenal atmosphere. We went here on our last night in Bali and loved it.If you want a great drink with extra attention to detail ask for Nengah as your bartender. He came out from the bar to our table to ensure our cocktails were made exactly how we wanted them. Did not have service like this anywhere else in Bali!

Would highly reccomend. Food is some of the best in ubud though a tad expensive. Hard to find but definitely worth going. Nice to sit outside in the sun. Breakfast set meal is idr 200000 per head but you will be stuffedDinner is also amazing. I had the steak and prawn which was cooked to perfection and an excellent cut of meat. High price, below average quality. Small dishes with little to no flavour. Theyre wanting to be a high class venue but are completely missing the mark! Lovely looking restaurant though and the staff were lovely.

The atmosphere on the rooftop was very nice. The cocktails were good and the food was very tasty. This meal was one my wife and I decided to splurge and go to a more upscale place and this did not disappoint. Would definitely recommend for someone looking for an intimate night out.

Really lovely place. We didnt eat there but had a few drinks. The place looks beautiful, the staff are great, and the service is fast. The reason Im giving them three stars is that they played one (1) song on repeat for about an hour. Then they changed the song and I thought maybe someone realised their error in music. But no. They just played the next song on repeat until we left

Excellent place for food, drinks and views! Came here based on the good reviews it had and it was worth it. The presentation of the food was very good and it tasted even better. Staff were all very kind and polite and delivered great service. My friend and I loved this place and would definitely recommend it if you’re staying in Ubud!

Service is spotty for attentiveness, but staff is kind. Food is also a mixed bag, their yellow fin appetizer was quite good, but their steak was a bit chewy with more gristle and fat, and ended up being a bit small for a ribeye, in my opinion. The location is great however with a beautiful setting out on the patio during a sunset. Pricing is higher than other spots of course but still reasonable considering if you get the right dishes and quality cuts of meat.

We visited the rooftop bar only. High end styling and service but unfortunately with prices to match. (glass of red wine 130k compared to 55k most places). Bar was deserted, perhaps due to the prices or discrete location set back from the road. Would not return simply because of prices and lack of atmosphere. Could be a great venue with a price slash.

Slightly overpriced for the service and ambience

This is definitely more classy than most of ubud’s restaurants but great for a treat! The terrace is absolutely beautiful! We had the 5 course meal and they were very accommodating when I asked them for a vegetarian alternative. Food presentation is great, flavor is a bit lacking in some dishes but overall a lovely place for a dinner.

Just dropped through so didnt have a full meal, mocktails were on point.

Hands down my favourite restaurant in Ubud. The smoked quail ravioli with hazelnut cream and aged parmesan was absolutely to die for!

Looks nice but the food didn’t live up to the atmosphere. Nice ambiance and staff was very attentive. The food looked great in appearance, but 3 of the 4 dishes we tried were all missing something. We ordered the black pepper shrimp (this was good, tasty), tuna loin (bland), smoked eggplant with beef Wagyu (underwhelmed by the beef), crispy salmon (average, the chutney the provide with didn’t provide enough flavor). The ambiance alone isn’t gold enough to bring me back here. Prefer delicious food.

We had the duck leg and the beef curry. The duck was flavorless and the beef was delicious. Overall above average food but not at all worth the excessive price tag. Very good wait staff though.

Food was really good, albeit portions quite small. Nice touch of little appetizers coming to the table. Expensive for Bali.

Had fish tacos, probably not the best choice. Fish was dry and over seasoned by Cajun. Also had sticky pork ribs. Which was good! Smoothies were average, tasted too sweet. Average service at lunch time.

The atmosphere is great, service was good and very friendly staff. Food is amazing especially the truffle fries. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Good environment. Good coffee, good dessert. The meat was not grilled up to expectations as we suspect they were trying to serve our groups meal in one go. Medium tasted and feels like almost well done instead. Polite and friendly staff.

I’m so pleased I stumbled upon the Copper Kitchen and Bisma 8. The setting is stunning, set high in the treetops. The decor refined yet relaxed. The service was impeccable. The food and flavour combinations were the best I’ve found in Ubud. Extremely fresh, organic and I loved the vegetarian options. Looking fwd to my next stay.

Good setting, very interesting menu, quality ingredients, nicely cooked and well served. Pity some choices were unavailable. Very good value for money except for the wine prices which made no sense; crazy mark-ups for unscrewing a metal top!

Fantastic place but I ordered the wrong dish in the restaurant, the noodles were too raw and too spiced. The nasi goreng see food was spectacular.

Fantastic meal! The food and service was outstanding. The cocktails were some of my favorites. This is the place to go for a nice meal out or a great date night.

So, I really want to give this place a higher rating. The place is really well-run, with pretty interior, nice rooftop, excellent service, and the food is beautifully cooked. But, but, it didnt actually taste much. We had a three course meal, both of us different dishes so we sampled around, and we both had the same (surprised) reaction. More than 50% of the meal felt under seasoned, at times almost bland. Desserts were the best of the evening, really good. In the end, tasty food is the most important and given the price level and ambition, one should be able to expect more. Cannot give them higher than a 3 due to that.

If you are looking for some overpriced plain food in a beautiful place, this place will make you very happy.The staff is very friendly and accomodating, but what is in the plate is definitely not worth the trial, especially given the price.The burrata is poorly balanced and too rich, the cured tuna is a ridicuslously small portion (the best was the anchovies actually, not the tuna), the snapper and its potatoes poorly (over and under) cooked, the pork belly unappealing, and list could go on.We were fairly disappointed by the food, but enjoyed the rooftop.

Not a great place if you want to savor local Balinese flavours. We went there with high expectations after seeing its rating on Zomato , but flavours of the every item was toned down to cater to tourists. Please dont have the pork ribs, its absolutely dry and tasteless.

Living in Singapore meant that there was a wide array of fusion cuisine available and having tried quite a few of them, I must say that Copper exceeded my expectations. Tasty food that is worth every cent. I liked that they served free kale chips too! Overall I had a pleasant experience at the restaurant, it isnt pretentious and I felt really comfortable in the restaurant.

The service is too slow. When one of our ladies started coughing heavily, the waiter didnt react. When we asked for some water urgently, he first slowly collected all the menus and then went away. The glass of water came 5 mins later.In general, the place is vibrant, but the service is terrible.As I am writing this, we have been waiting for the main course for 40 minutes...

Awful value for money. Portions are very small, food is mediocre and service is bad. Also, as a detail of poor behaviour and service: when we arrived, they asked if we wanted to start with still water (we said we did). When they brought us the water bottles (two half a litter glass bottles), they were already opened and clearly refilled (one of them even had the wrong lid). It is a very cheap thing to do, to charge +3 EUR for a bottle of water that has clearly been refilled many times. When we mentioned it to the waiter, he brought me the right lid (which I hope it was just a case of miscommunication and not a joke). In any case, cheap behaviour and bad service.

Atmosphere is great, the staff lovely but the food only looks good. The taste is rather underwhelming, average at best - especially considering the premium price.

Great service & quality beverages, chique interior but a bit clinical & pricy to my taste. What is nice is free infused water & fruit. Upstairs the Balis are more cosy but as they have a plastic roof it becomes really hot. At night or when it rains, it would be very nice.

Very nice atmosphere and service. There is a complimentary welcome drink, amose amuse bouche, and bite at the end. The price was reasonable as well. We ordered the kale pasta and short ribs. The pasta was great, but the short run was pretty tough and dry.

Would give this place a 4.5 if I could.Excellent food, atmosphere, and service. We had the vegetarian fettuccine and the salmon with eggplant spaghetti for our mains accompanied by some nice wine. For dessert we shared the passion fruit pavlova.Sat outside which was a little dark even in candle light but we could hear nature which was a nice experience. The staff also made sure we wore natural insect repellent and gave us a bottle to use.To end off the night, the hotel provided a cab ride back to our place in their comfortable suv for much cheaper than a regular cab from the street.Overall, fantastic experience and would definitely come back perhaps even to stay at their brand new hotel!

I had a balinese 4 course menu and it was so disappointing. I expected to have a fine balinese cuisine but the only thing I got was just normal grilled Ayam. Worse than average Warung style food. Service was good and staff was friendly but not value for money for Balinese food.

What an outstanding restaurant in Ubud. They offer a great deal on pizza. If you purchase 1 large pizza you get 1 small pizza free. I tried their neapolitan pizza with anchovies and it was some of the best pizza I have had in a while. Their gnocchi tasted incredible as well. They also offer a multitude of drink options ranging from milkshakes to cocktails and teas. I would recommend this place for any vegans as it offers a good vegetarian meals and pizza can be ordered gluten-free. It has a very contemporary interior design and clean bathrooms. The staff is very friendly, speaks English and takes your order with a beautiful smile. They also have a live band that plays upbeat english music too. If I ever find myself in Ubud again, I will stop by at this restaurant. Suk Sama! Keep up the excellent job.

Quite decent breakfast, but its not cheap (considering how tiny their food are). Decent tasting, a small cafe and crowds are mostly people who stay at their resort/hotel (not sure whats the name of the resort).

Book in advance to get the outdoor seating. The food was really nice but it’s a bit pricy for what it is compared to other places in Bali. Service was excellent!
