Very humble staff ....very reasonable rates ...various options are available...great place for kitchen hob ,chimney etc...

I have very bad experience...Dua enterprises (Ghaziabad)gives a third and cheap services to their coustmers. I suggest my all friends,plz don’t go at this 3rd quality shop.I have purchased hindware chimney and at that time they promised me to give free no. Of installation. then one day somebody is came and after seeing the measurements,,,said for the 6 inch pipes and said that I will come later . After that I purchased 6inch pipes ,,,after 3-4 days another person came and said 6 inch is not in according to your measurements. And at that time he said I will come tomorrow with 5 inch pipe and have an adjustment in replacement of 6 inch pipe by 5 inch pipe....next day I call him many times but didn’t pick my call . One day after next day I call him again and he picked my call and said I confirmed you in five minutes.I wait for 2 hours ,he didn’t respond me then I call him again many times but didn’t pick my call .Next day I call to Duaenterprises again he said today our boy is not available for your concern area and said for tomorrow. I said it’s ok.Next day one person is came.then I told him about the replacement situation,,,he said ,,,for ur concern reason talk to dua enterprises. I talked to him ,,he said me that arrange a call to service boy.then he checked my pipe which one is very ok . He pressed it from its given normal height after doing this he told me I m coming in 10 minutes but he didn’t come in 2 hours and also didn’t pick my calls..Then again I call to Dua enterprises owner ,,,he completely refused me to resolve my concern problem and behave very rudely and said that arrange a new 5 inch pipe otherwise not possible......Now I am going to complain regarding my concern problem to the higher level of operational development of Hindware company. So that company will take an action .How he dare him to give such type of services.This is my first time very bad experience that any service provider gives me a 3rd class service........
