Discounts and schemes are not transparent. Before billing they dont even check with regular customers if we have membership, to avoid giving discounts. Not happy with the Lady Manager. Rest all other staff members are very helpful and professional.

Hey i recantly visited dis place and had a great experiance.come n feel once.

They give wrong commitments. Fool people by saying wrong statements and when customer avail the services they simply say there was some miscommunication . I went today and asked the counter that want to have root touch up and wax . The lady Shailaja said that this comes indr the package with complementary pedicure . Wen the wax was done I told them for root touch up she said it is not included . All other saloons charge 600 to 650 for root touch up n these people charge 1000 for the same . The lady Shailaja always gives wrong statements and fool the customers . I will never recommend this saloon to anyone .
