Given my backpack for zipper repair on 22nd Sept. 2020 and was told that I can collect it in a week, but still not received. And only one person is handling the whole store, I just went today to enquire about my backpack repair and shaw only one person was there who was looking after the billing, sales and stock maintenance. Dont know when I am going to receive my backpack.

Worst customer experience. Not willing to serve the customer. Rude attitude, Messy trial room filled like a storeroom. Staff unaware of offers prevailing in the company, first asked us to select product then said offer has expired. 😠😠
