The quality of the nails is very good and lasts a long time. Nails long time and color , designs are very beautiful.

Firstly they injured my nail on my engagement, it took 3 weeks to heal!! Also on wedding all 9 nails were fine but 1 nail was left by them undecorated!! Store is mismanaged! Both the times it took 3 hours to be done!

I wouldn’t even give them one star because their service is pathetic. Three of us had an appointment and we waited outside for 45 minutes (no exaggeration). Only two people were able to get the nails done which was highly inconvenient. Moreover, the pandemic does not exist for them. There were around 10-15 people in a small room, in a very close proximity. No sanitisation. Nothing. People were colliding into each other. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone especially during COVID.

Highly unprofessional behaviour, changed the pricing of nail extension removal after getting the service done. Quoted lesser and was charged almost double post the service and reason - Because you didnt get the nail extensions done here so charges will be different.

I went to them for French manicure and I am shocked at the quality of there work. They did not use any tools or even strips for an even shape of the white tips. The gel started chipping out within a week. They are very expensive too for the quality of work they do.. at least in my case.

I had gone to Nail world by Pratima in July and after the experience I had I decided not to go againA few of my ghaziabad friends put up a question on Instagram and 18 out of 20 people advised to go to Nail world for Nail Extensions.Now I was in a desperate need for fixing my nails and I decided to go to her. Just because I couldnt travel to Delhi.She had texted me on Facebook and tried to get in contact with me to apologise for the kind of service I received- a message that I actually hasnt even seen until she told me that. And she tried her best to find me and fix my nails but people dont know me so she couldnt.I went to her. She gave more than sufficient time and effort to me. Because I wasnt satisfied the last time, she has provided this sitting free of cost.But my point here is, businesses are successful if you care about the client. Everybodys nails and nail beds arent the same but they try very hard to give us their best- sometimes it doesnt work.Hence I would like change my review and give her a 5 star.
