The owner is very arrogant and rude.We had a bridal and party makeup bookedService is ok but owner pressurized at the time of makeup to do add-ons and started making bills at the time of service. Overall very unprofessional and doesnt know how to talk .

I have been visiting Alps since last 10 years ans till date I love coming here. Especially for their hospitality and care. The front desk is very soft spoken and takes care of client very well. Products that are used are of good quality and are priced at par with market rates. They come up with great deals from time to time which are good to grab. Me and my friends come here for their make ups too and highly recommend them to anyone who wants to get it done. My bridal makeup was also done here.

I booked an airbrush bridal makeup at the ALPS for my cousin sister on her wedding day and When makeup completed, I couldn’t believe on my eyes as my sister looked amazing. They did brilliant work.Even the airbrush party makeups that we got turned out to be absolutely stunning. We all were very happy by our final look.Thank you so much to ALPS and their team for great makeup services.

Amazing academy and Salon. Their services as well as course content is very good. I also got my nail extension done from them simply loved it. Recommended for anyone who wants to open their own salon or want to work in beauty industry. I love their work as a student as well as their client.

I did facial, manicure,pedicure, head massage and haircut. My sister got her make up done for college faewell.We both were satisfied and happy and got very good results. I came with rough, dry, cracked heels and just a basic pedicure turned my feet baby soft. Hair cut and massage was satisfying too. And who doesnt love a complimentary parlour coffee. :) 5 stars from our side.

Worst services from a Parlour I have ever seen. I booked Bridal for my niece along with Straightning & Keratin. They checked her hairs & asked her to have Keratin first. She had the sitting & her hairs start falling, creating bald patches on her head at several points. We contacted them & they said you should go for some medicine, as they have no method to revive/ restore the same & said that your hairs were not good enough for Keratin procedure. But as bridal make up was pending, we kept mum. But to our dismay even bridal make up was worst. Eyebrows were not sticked properly & they came out at Jaimala function. Dupatta was not tucked in properly so, bride has to manage with another dress at the time of vidai. On informing them they said Koi baat nahi ab to ho gaya na. This was the worst ever response we had received from such big famed parlour. We had never expected this type of response & services from them. To be very honest we had gone by the name & fame of Parlour, But I would recommend/suggest everyone to try for services before your final day/ any function.

If you are looking for a salon for getting ready on your D day ALPS is the place. I searched everywhere and found their work best.Very talented and professional setup. I have got my entire bridal package done here last week and everything came out to be perfect. My Sagan look was just as i wanted. They made me look like a princess and on my D day i was very happy with my entire makeover. It was totally different from the sagan day. Both day looks were very good, hairstyles were very new and preety and i got lots of compliments. My pre bridal services were also very good and i was glowing after getting my work done. Definately recommended and big thumbs up.😍👍👏

I have done complete DBHM course from here as i wanted to open my own salon and i am really glad that i finalized ALPS academy. I have learnt so much here especially because of the dedication of teachers. I loved being here and learning the course. Now i am working in a very good salon and also in plans to open my own salon very soon. The management and teachers have helped me at all stages including helping me in decisions and guidance needed to take up a job as well as open my own salon. Dont do any course from alps they are just making money by using bharti taneja name and she is busy in her foreign trips, she dont know what is happening she just come to receive monthly franchise fees .they charged 20000 from my friend for nail art and she not even know what is gel and acrylic nails .they are asking for more money nowYou can easily buy kit from outside and get free training with kit purchasing ..they just making fool

Worst laser services.No effect even after 9 sitting. Misguised is starting by sayinh that, after 8 or 9 sitting you need to come after once in 5 months. But still the scenario is same. But some times it feels hair growth is increased.
