MAB ke naam pe Negative Balance kr dete hain. RBI said, No MAB Charges if account is touched 0 Balance. No Branch Email address.

Worst experience. Insensible employees. Went to collect debit card and experienced egoistic behavior. They dont value costumers Time. Made me wait for one hour 10 minutes for card and Even then didnt do my work. Very unsatisfying experience. Finally the decision I took that is gonna to get my account closed permanently from this bank. Sbi and Punjab national bank work better than them . The employee named Apoorva was busy in talking on phone in her business hours. And no care for how long costumer has been waiting.

Worst bank service even the government bank service are good. I wrote a application to bank for the minor to major but they didnt convert my account in 25 days agai I was visited in bank and again filled the form but still I the didnt convert and the time of convert is 3-4 working days

Really bad, i closed an account, but still they are messaging to maintain balance. very poor, staff is non co-operative. they are reputed bank but do no go with their image

They are reluctant to work. Its being a month from now, but they are able to open my Daughters Sukanya Samriddhi account. Always says at the time of writing there were response was it is in process. Moreover, on the day of account application I saw 2 customers were had same problem no progress on their requests. :(
