Very bad service, most of the locks were broken. TV was not working, we called twice they said theyll come and fix it, no one came. Rooms were not clean. Batroom condition was very bad. When we asked for extra bed, they could only provide a mattress, they didnt have any extra bedsheets/blanket for it. Location of the hotel is also not good. They dont allow to park vehicle inside. And outside the hotel roads are very bad. Overall very bad experience. Dont go for high ratings of this on google. It is very overpriced for this kind of service.

Decent enough place for holding small get togethet

It is okay..good for 100-150 peoples gathering. Food was good but rooms facility was not upto mark. Few rooms are very small and no proper lighting in rooms. Open area and hall is available. Maximum u can rate it at 3.

Rooms are not maintained well. Had booked around 12 rooms for marriage function and almost all of them had some or other issues.

No person on gate, have to open gate by myself for taking car inside. No staff for taking luggage and room guidance. Have to go to room by ourselves . TVs not working, simple water keeping in rooms in hard paid rooms

I have attended a party in basement hall.... Which was good and sufficient enough for 200 capacity.I have booked dozen of rooms there for relatives. I found room service is okay and staff is cooperative however few courtesy was missing like rooms doesnt have water and glass. You have put extra effort in calling and getting them in. Rest things were smooth and clean whatsoever.

I stayed here on a bussinnees trip for longer duration because of the clients convenience. Super Expensive Food for the infrastructure (very old appliances). Wi-Fi doesnt work most of the time. So noisy place because of the weddings. Management Staffs behaviour is so bad. If you are here for a long stay, please check it with reception at the beginning itself. They changed my room to a Single bed one, even shifted me to a different hotel once. I dont recommend it at all.

Good place for engagement ceremony. Enough space for 100-200 people. Locality is good as its clearly locating from main road. Staffs are really good. Food is delicious and yummy. Just one thing lacking is parking area... Otherwise overall good 👍

Its an average hotel. Not so clean as I have expected including bathrooms. Food quality and taste is average service has to be improved. They took more than 30min to several one Tea. TV is old model and the Cabella doesnt work properly

It was good stay in Ghaziyabad.. they can add some more items in their manu like south indian. Specially for breakfast. Other than these. Room was decent and staff member were very cooperative ..

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Maiden Residency. from the check in to check out it was a nice and comfortable stay. hotel staff was very nice and humble. room was very nicely maintained and hotel was neat and clean. i took my food there that was also nice. But the hotel is located in a very outsider area. location was not convenient and looks scary for family stay with children and woman, transportation was not easily available there.

Nice hotel to stay. Clean rooms with hygiene maintained bathrooms. Prompt room service with good quality of food. Near to many marriage destinations, so can reside your guests there for marriage function.

Area best for meeting and party

Did a small function with a gathering of about 50 people. Menu was very basic, food quality was decent. However, service was very poor. We had to ask night manager multiple times to circulate starters. They were taking ages to circulate them..AC was not effective, we were sweating.They dont have gol gappe, chat service in house They charged good money for the extra service, contrarily quality was too pathetic and on top of it the presentation was very pathetic. They were loosely lying around.I would not recommend this place for special events.AC was not effective, can book this place in winters.Go with in house vendor food only. Avoid choley.

Architecture needs a revamp. Good for companies organising conference and meetings.

I had stayed for around 4 days for attending a residential conference organised by my company. During stay I felt very homely. The strength of this hotel is its food, helpful staff, location and last but not the least its decor. I like this hotel.

Rooms are good and clean, however in the winters the rooms get very chill and there is a heater which heats onky till 2x2 ft of the area so basically of no use. Rest all seems ok!
