Clean shop with hygenic looks but with bad customer service, especially if you have paid in advance.We ordered 30 thalis and manager said were dispatched. 30 minutes later someone called from there that some item was finished and they can send only 24 thalis. We were in hurry as some guests needed to return quickly and agreed. Despite their problem, getting back our money was tough.It took more than 30 minutes, requests to several people to get it done.Wonder, this is the best shop in whole Indirapuram!

They are almost too good to be true, the Food is really cheap for what its worth. Barely anything would cost more than 300 Rupees.Food is okay-ish and that is the reason for the 4-star review. The quality of food has degraded over the last few months. Their online delivery entirely runs on mis-communication, it seems. Pathetic service. The rates have increased and the quality is worse than a road-side van. If you dine-in, the entire ambience would choke you as there is ZERO VENTILATION, esp if someone orders a sizzler. Perhaps, this was my last order with them.

Haven’t had a worse experience than this at any outlet ever! I have reviewed almost 300 restaurants till now and never have I come across a restaurant with a service as bad as this. We placed the order at 9 p.m for multiple items and could not get all the items uptill 10 p.m. despite repeated reminders! My kids got so cranky as the same items would reach other tables, people who were seated after us had food and left and kept asking for undelivered items.I had a word with the Managers on duty Ravi Bisht and Pandey (not sure what his last name was) and they assured they will look into the order but even after the discussion, we were waiting for almost 20 mins. Finally, I lost my cool and kids were getting annoyed and I as a parent was feeling so bad that everyone had food except for the kids. Of course we shared everything with them but they wanted to have what they ordered.I confronted Ravi Bisht with what the problem was and if they are incapable, they should just bill and we will move out. Instead of pacifying and finding out where the food was, he asked the guy at the counter to send us the bill and was keen to send us back!!!!Who does that!!! Wait for one hour, go back hungry, the restaurant obviously does not care. In all the commotion, the server of our table told us that the food was ready but another server took it for the same order on another table!Didn’t end there, finally Pandey intervened and he got us the last dish we were waiting for an hour now! After the service, he very cleverly showed us that the food order was punched at 9:53 and he got it to us in 7 minutes.I could not believe the level of lies and deception the team went to instead of introspecting on their own flaws.After that, excuses started following in that it’s a festival so we are full, there is commotion. Guys, you have a sit down restaurant, what does it mean you are full?!! Are you not geared up for a festival? Then don’t open on the day!!! And its not like you have a self service option, so what’s the logic on crowd. If you have a crowd, serve them quicker rather than make them wait for an hour! What is the logic, slow service to make waiting customers go away?!!!Food was just average, they had leaky water cups which were literally flooding the tables.I feel they have a location advantage but will gradually fall flat once customers experience the horrendous service and average food quality.

Hira sweets is already a brand so not much to review. But yes not everything is good here. The sweets are great especially Kaju katli, Balu shahi and Besan laddu. Rest sweets are just above average. The food is not up to the standard. In fact the food at these brands is never good. Its just that you can get Pure veg here. A bit costly due to being in IHC. Also I had twice bad experience when there was FUNGUS in the packing of laddus. They replaced it when informed ( a day later)

But there may be wait here on weekends and holidays. Sweets are nice and fresh. Samaosa, etc are good too. Chinese and South Indian is average. Staff is sometimes confused and slow. Good food! Amazing breakfast offer - ample options all at RS 60. This crazy deal brought a sea of people to this Hira sweets corner on the early sunday morning. This too much demand of breakfast options led to scarcity of aloo Puri which was pretty much everyones favorite. The chole bhature could have been a little better with added spices.

I stay in Indirapuram, multiple time i have bought sweets from Hira Sweets (Habitat Centre). Unfortunately since last month their standard has dropped drastically. On Holi occasion I bought Gujiya, I literally felt I am eating bread soaked in sugar syrup. Next day I tried Rasmalai first time i bought Rasmalai on per piece basis, normally you can get pair of Rasmalai from other sweets shop. It was too hard that i couldnt break it with plastic spoon. I literally had to use steel spoon.One thing for sure, I am not going to Hira sweets again

Hira Sweets is located on the ground floor of Indirapuram habitat centre. Its a really large shop with good arrangements of seating and dining. You can get almost all kinds of food over here be it chole bathure, sweets, lassi etc. The price is also very nominal and the quality and the taste of the food is really great.

Hira Sweet is a better option for sweets & fast food it is a nice place but little bit noisy too. Food is great and tasty. Everyone should visit once.sweets are the most attractive item there to taste.Overall the food quality was definitely better than their closest competitors Haldirams & Bikanerwala. It used to be my favorite place for food, especially Veg Biryani and due to their service but my recent visit was horrible.Quantity - They have reduced their quantity by almost 60%, one full of Paneer is not even for 2 person, same with all other things.Quality - This was the worst ever food I had in recent. Totally tasteless.Service - No Longer good, you have keep waiting for your food, waiters will avoid you and will not even make eye contacts so you can ask them anything. We have to ask for water at least 5-6 times then waited for the foods for 40min.We were not even in peak hours, I have seen Hira Sweets almost double crowded then that day still they are doing pathetic. Not just me everyone else have to say the same about Hira Sweets now. They are actually going pathetic day by day.

Paise lo but maal accha khilaao, jisse lage paisa vasool hua ho. I did have a look at the sweets on offer. Almost all sweets are overpriced.

Nice interior, comfy seating, delicious food and sweets, trained staff is what I could describe in brief. To avoid contact they are using disposable cutlery and glasses.Their menu is extensive with presentation and taste classy.
