Booked this 20+ rooms for event. Worst service ever.All rooms were dirty and smelly. there were termites all over furniture in some rooms.Bathrooms were not clean. Bathroom fitting were broken.Hot water not provided.Room locks were not working.zero maintenance.

Nyc. Old property but good management and well behaved management makes your stay pleasent. Cleanliness 5/5, property 3/5, location just near to kausambi metro station so 4/5, breakfast 4/5, room service 5/5. Totally it was a pleasant stay with my friend. Loved it.

We booked bulk 20+ rooms. Worst kind of Hotel I have seen. Never stay in this hotel. The rooms are termite ridden. Rats in the room. Full payment in advance without guarantee of proper service. No proper cleaning. No sanitization. Wash basins were chocked. Water was red. No proper cleaning. Rooms and even dinning hall stinks. Bathroom fittings were broken. Some rooms had non working locks. They dont know to make breakfast other than bread butter. No upma, no idli vada even if you book full hotel. They claim that they can make Poha but worst kind of Poha I have seen there. The toaster doesnt pop up and bread slice gets burnt.

I have stayed in this hotel for 2nd time. but this time I feel an electric shock from the kettle placed in the room which is so much dangerous. So, I recommend that kindly replaced it as its very risky. overall experience was good

Attended a function in the Banquet Hall of Clarks Inn, Kaushambhi in first week of July 21. It was a day time function and AC was not functional and most of the guests were sweating. The ventilation was also not up to the mark. Covid Protocols were completely ignored.Expected better from brand like Clarks Inn!!!

Booked on 18.03.21 for daughters Ring Ceremony. It was very bad experience. I will not recommend to anyone this hotel. Poor arrangements. There was no exhaust system in basement so bad odour, smoky atmosphere. Beauty parlour arrangements was not asper the commitment.

ConsNegative 2 on ameneties, 1 lift did not functional at all and the other didnt go to the floor we were having our function on. My guests included people from all age and we had to suffer multiple rounds of staircase use before they fixed it after 1.5 daysNegative 5 on cleanliness, there was days old dust and an awefull stench in my room, that did not go even after 2 days of putting room freshener. Staircase (fire exit) was littered like a municipal office building. As mentioned we were forced to use it as the lift was not fully operational.All plug points were partially burnt and loose, rotating wall fan was in pathetic state. Dish tv was working though. Hand jet in the washroom was leaking and there was hardly any pressure in the flush (instead filled bucket and used 🤦)Pros:There is a bar for people who would like to know, although i have no idea or the bar rates.Food was a definite a plus point. Almost 90% of ordered items and the function menu items were above average.Restaurant was good with ok sitting options and good quality food for breakfastAll in all I would strongly recommend not to use this place for stay

Very bad service. We booked it for birthday party. Very less staff. Food was not served as discussed for the menu. The one which was served it was all cold. And no cleanliness. Smell of washrooms all over DJ floor.

Big brand name but condition of hotel is not so good it’s in a average condition. They charge a good amount of money for room per day Rs.2,500/- But the rooms are very bad in condition and staff is also not so good to assist. They don’t behave like a 3star property. I suggest people don’t waste your money on this hotel at Kaushambi. Not worthy to stay.

There was no hygiene, the place was shabby , looked like it has not been cleaned for months . Management was the worst, not a single thing was ready on time. Food was not good . Every dish was undercooked . Took 10k for decoration and in the name of decoration only a stage was set that too was shabby looking. The tables and chairs were not covered and set in a proper manner. There was nobody around to help with the set up .The rooms were tooo small and wasn’t ready on time . When complained , the manager said that I can’t help it .Would never recommend anyone this place to anyone.

A good budget hotel thats just a stones throw away from the Kaushambi Metro Station and close to the Madan Mohan Malviya Marg. The rooms are fairly spacious for a family of three. The staff is courteous and efficient. But, if you want the housekeeping staff to come to clean the room other than the time that they usually come, the response is very poor. Room service is slow especially during the morning hours. The complimentary breakfast menu is restricted to a few standard items only and can be improved.

We have booked Clarks Inn for marriage function. This is the second function we are organizing here. The Hall is quite sufficient for gathering of 200-250 people. Its new interior looks nice ( the old one was also good).Catering is very good. Manager of Clarks Inn Kaushambi Mr. Sabyasachi Ganguly is very polite and supportive.This place is adjacent to Wave Cinema Kaushambi Ghaziabad. The Super neatest Metro Station is Kaushambi and then 5 mins walking. Super convenient for the guests traveling by metro.

The hotel management is zero and they will not provide you the service as commited. The mineral water bottles provided are sealed opened , no hot water facility , no complimentary tea provided , dirty and smelly bathrooms, dirty bedsheets , even locks of the doors were not working... half a bucket of hot water provided for bathing for 3people, gysers in bathrooms are for show they dont work... With this hotel i had the worst experince and they call themselves a 3star hotel chain ,when they dont even provide a single star hotel facility.

Would give 0 star if i could.. booked more than 10 rooms but i must say none of the room was good enough for the stay at highcost of 3k per room .. They dont have proper locks working of the doors .. no room has hot water supply ..the staff provided us hot water in a single bucket for 3people to bath on complaining them for hundreds of time. Worse place, dont visit. There was Piller in room who designed it ☹️. Pan spit was on the walls. Very lazy staff. Pathetic service and hotel construction. Bar menu was too expensive, everything was charged even soda / water etc. Bed was also making noice 😝. TV was not working as there was short-circuit in TV but staff dont have time to check the same.Never visit this hotel, dont waste your money.

Very Nice place and near to kaushambi metro station.......Have affordable rooms + bar + restaurant inside....Inexpensive menu in Bar Restaurant. Also happy hours available...If you are looking for a peaceful and silent place you must visit this clarks inn kaushambi branch......

This was not matching to standard of Clarks. This is some 23 bedded hotel and so expect services of similar kind.Bit clumsy and suffocating room and passages.

The Check in was Ok, but the moment i got the room first it was a twin bed room for single me..without any info.Room was pathetic all dusty linen was untidy even in badly condition, cocroaches were running around the so called study table where even the lamp was not working properly.Changed the room and got the room with now flush button as it was completely removed, as i asked the escorter is this the best one he nicely said yes this is ittttt.Moved to the reception again straightway connected to the operations Manager and got another room with two more people...same issue the linen was even dirty and with fresh marks of green chatni.Washroom was having no amenity..Dust was covered up all over the room..The staff managed to clean the room somehow.even the room plugs were not working properly.I had to make sure i should clean some of the things to spend the night by myself, made sure the bed should be cleaned and then moved to sleep after thinking alot to book another hotel, as there was no availability nearby.. no hot water even, dirty towels, dust covered up.Its the resources these budget hotels are lacking. Issue is large number of people are who doesnt even know what hospitality really is.And this here what clarks in offers.

Worst 4 star hospitality chain. No standards, no proper room services. I checked in 11 at night, got in the room, AC wasnt working properly. Called 7 times for that problem at front desk and was assured everytime. every time i called and they used to ask me sir the technician didnt reached? literally harassed by poor services , felt i had checked in an oyo. Even after i gave ultimatum to check out, they didnt send a person. next morning, the surprisingly worst breakfast of my life in this standard assured property. Again the oyo experience. Unmnaged staff, no forks or spoons available at tables. had to ask for it again and again. poorest quality food. not even a single item was satisfactory. Never ever get trapped in their pricing if u are a person who enjoys services and property. Poorly located, unprofessional staff. Even when checking out i tried to gave my feedback, none of the guys there gave a damm to even listen and reply.

It is not the original chain or franchise of original Clarks inn. I booked this hotel with make my trip app and checked in on 4th Dec 2019. After seeing 2-3 rooms, I understood that the place was very unsafe and immediately within 15 mins. , I asked MakeMyTrip to cancel my booking.Hotel is very unsafe as door lock was not working, tap of washroom was broken and smell of cigarette smoke was coming from room.

Trained staff and clean place

The flooring covered with mats which is stinking and the guests chairs are made of like tent style 😭

I had this sweet corn soup and chilly mushroom dry, i had wonderful experience, taste was superb. A must try item and a must visit place, should try and feel the aura atleast once..😀

A nice place for celebrations. Very cordial staff, prompt service. Rooms are clean and well equipped with all you can expect in a mid budget Inn. The restaurant serves delicious food. There is a party hall where a gathering of around 700 is well accommodated. Parking is a problem management needs to do something for it. Overall I personally recommend you to give a visit here. Its just close to Kausambi metro station.

Amazing place... Banquet for Parties and Reception

Instead of Clarks inn..name should have been cockroaches inn.No cleanliness..at all. full of cockroaches.TV , AC, fridge, will not work.They manage many rooms with few TV set top box. keep on changing it, from one room to another.No hot water, no drinking water.Interesting thing ..no key also for the doors. Hotel Staff including general manager, they talk so much & manage to fool customers.

Room device is not good. No hot water in room for two days. Got immersion road on Second day evening after asking lot many time and being ensured by staff. Small cockroach in room.

V. Bad conditions in hotel & every thing is bad

Dont Stay here its dirtiest and unhygienic place. I have ordered for tea at night and the tea did not come until my check out. 1.Curtains have lip stick marks. 2.They dont provide towels until u asked. 3. Bed sheet, Pillow, Blanket is welcoming to give you dangerous disease as a gift because u came to stay at Clarks Inn Kaushambhi. One world for this place HORRIBLE.....! I have wasted my money...!

The hotel is fine if you compare to others on offer. But the hotel does not live up to the repute of the Clarks chain. The bathrooms are just like an average low cost hotel. The wall tiles are old and broken or ill fitted. The taps feel like they have been there for more than a decade.The rooms are a little better. The desks and chairs are old fashioned and look a bit out of place since they make the room(of a good hotel chain) look cheap. But the rest of the room is quite good.The check in process isnt smooth. The staff at the reception dont display any kind of hospitality. A hotel receptionist is the first person you interact with and that first impression is the last impression. That is where you form your opinion of the hotel. And in my case it wasnt pleasing. Lastly the only point that saves this hotel from sinking is, its cost. I wont call it a value for money as there are other hotels serving better for the same price. So I would say it is cheap. You get this hotel at a cheap price and being a part of a hotel chain comes along with it. So you are atleast ensured of privacy, safety and quality. This is my opinion based on MY experience. One of the worst property management t isn’t too bad I req to everyone think first then choose this property for function . Service is worst , food is worst ...

We and my family with friends, collegous and relatives spend Quality time in the Clark inn. We have enjoyed good food like paneer tikka, golgappa tikki spicy food like pao bhaji chole kulcha or better known as matar kulcha chilly paneer coffee fruits chat tomato soup vegetable soup dahi Bhalla papri chaat I like alloo chat very much. Actually we are invited for dinner tonight in a marriage.

The rooms werent as big as one would have wanted but the location is perfect. Its near a market place and a Mall, so easily accessible goods. The event hall was good though. Had a wonderful time and the decorations were amazing.

I booked basement hall for a party of 50 people. Hall was good, however, some repairing work is required. Overall decoration was good. Seating arrangement was good.We were given some complimentary food items also. Servicing was okay.The manager Mr. Hukum Singh was present till end of the party and looking after arrangements. Above all the rates were quite reasonable and staff was supportive.

Extremely poor service. From cockroaches to pests. We asked for bottle of water which they refused to give. LOLHotel staff said that they didnt even have water bottles.One of our kids escaped an insect bite.DO NOT book rooms in this hotelI would recommend booking Dharamshala over this hotel.Towels were dirty and stinky.bedsheets were not changed, room had cigarette smoke smell.I cannot even express how HAZARDOUS this hotel is. This hotel is a black spot on the name of Clarks Inn. It was a very bad experience to stay in this hotel. My room was not ready even I checked in at 10 pm. I booked a superior room but was shocked to see the room I was given. Paint and plaster on the rooms wall was very bad in condition due to moisture. They refused my request to change the room by saying that all other rooms are occupied. AC was not working properly. Linen was not changed as hair was sticking on it. In morning breakfast was a mess. Only a stuff paratha and puri bhaji was there. That too was cool. Overall this property is not worthy. I dont suggest any one to book this hotel.

Had booked the place for a small family function. Though arrangements made were fair but food and service were pathetic. The waiters were arrogant and management was helpless. Its recommended not to book this place for events.

Giving 1 start . because the representative who attends the call for inquiry is least interested in booking or making any offer for the rooms. I called them and asked for booking of 10 rooms , their representative just said no ad cut the call. At least he should have courtesy of saying what others person is going to say in response or to make any alternate deal.Kindly tell your representative/reception person to act more professionally if you guys wanna excel i your business.

I went to Clark inn for 2 day stay and it was phenomenal and for the price it was the best. But the staff isnt very good but still it is above average. The room service is good the location is also good.

The room could not be open as the shared the wrong key. Then again they shared second key. Still didnt worked. After that, the person comes with mechanical key and opens the door. To our surprise, the room was not not done at all and was in used condition. After series of complaints, they managed to get the room in which we can enter. Then we have to start stage three for getting the lights and TV switching on. Please avoid coming here. The Manager  talked to us to rescue the team.. Its a paid one and we are here for wedding, so dont have much option to choose. We checked out the same day after getting ready for the marriage we came here and left for our home late night after marriage functions as we cant think of staying for a night there.

Verry good place for meeting

We went for breakfast post 11am whereas the breakfast time was upto 10.30 am only, still they provided us the food without hassle. The food was average. Cleanliness was also average. Rest everything was good. Overall good value for money we paid.

We stayed here for 2 nights while attending a wedding reception in the banquet. The rooms were extremely dirty. Grimy sofas, beds were crawling with bed bugs, tiny cockroaches and other insects. Bathroom was stained and taps were leaky. No warm water. Refrigerator was not working. Utensils were dirty. In our friends room just across the corridor, a large rat made off with a packet of paranthas which was lying on the table. Please do not stay in this hotel. We had the worst time here. Horrible experience.

Staff very careless...

Banquet hall is poorly maintained with punctured false sealings. Frequent power breaks noticed. Behaviour of reception staff was very arrogant.

Rooms are not clean. They dont even greet customer. Also tea cup is so small that you will laugh. Absolutely not value for him. Rates re very high if you add taxes on this. Insect are roaming in my room

This hotel gives standard super food and drinks, also have three party hall up to the strength of 400 ,, 85 ,, and 35 peoples respectively .
