It is great place for you food and stay

Visited this place for a party organised by some friend. The place was nice. Waiters were a bit slower, they did not had cotton when asked for.The arrangements, decoration, DJ were really awesome and were elegant.Food taste could have been better as well as the service to serve the food at the stalls was not adequate specially for flat breads.

Stayed here for 2 days for my friends wedding. The room that I stayed in was not upto the mark. The ceiling in the shower room was leaking. However, the breakfast & dinner buffets were tasty. The staff were helpful. The hotel itself is at a good location.

The rooms are spacious, and decently priced, but thats about the only USP of this hotel.The hotel lacks the basic amenities, and services available in either a business hotel, or one meant for vacation.The hotel is usually occupied only by wedding entourages, but there are strict policies for them too, which doesnt add up.Being located in a busy area has its own set of pros and cons; while finding a local transport restaurants, banks, and shops is easy, the continuous, and heavy traffic, and a railway junction in the vicinity, make it a noisy affair.

Good office space in period of 1 year

We had an annual meet there. Overall it was OK. The points for the improvement are - 1. They should have a supervisor present during the session for any help 2. The person serving tea should have experience of at least few Days 3. They must take great care for continuous cleanliness in washrooms 4. Rasgullas could be less sweet.

Good place. The ambience is good. Went to attend a birthday party. The food was ok. Though it doesnt look like, but it is quite spacious on the inside. Has a view of the restaurant while passing by, it was good. The only star I cannot give is for the location. The mall within which it is located could be better managed to make the overall ambience good.

I visited the hotel to attend one financial conference. It is situated in Mahalaxmi mall inside RDC Ghaziabad. The reception area is good and there is an in-house restaurant area right next to it which is very well crafted with a big idol of the holy figure ( Pics attached). There are two lifts and both have less room to accommodate people. So during the functions meet you might feel congested inside. I noticed that some windows in the gallery area were missing glasses and felt was hung there to compensate for that. The washrooms were not good either as far as sanitary fittings are concerned. Some doors of the toilet were missing the latch. The food taste was good though and the staff was prompt and courteous. While departing I also noticed a Bar Restaurant on one of the floors with live music. There is parking facility around for the visitors. All in all, it was an average facility nothing more special about it.

Good spacious rooms. Prompt service. Good food. But Hot water is a problem. Even after 10-12 minutes of wasting water, hot water is elusive. 🙄😒

The place has excellent bar facility, the waiters were very polite and also explained all the food menu.The service was excellent and prices were reasonable. You can also play dart in the bar area . Overall a good place to visit for relaxing and cozy boozing experience.Tip: Ask for offers, sometimes they have IPL or other occasion special offers.

Very clean & peaceful

I m still at hotel checked at hotel at 5 pm and will check out my morning .Non responsive pplRooms are good no doubtService is worst .Calling at front desk with any request is waste of time .Calling at room service , if u r lucky ur called will be pickedHotel is good no doubt .Asked for door mats in bathroom they send after 40 minute .Coffee tea bags water and cups are kept but no kettle . I called them and asked Wether we had to bring our own kettle , they reply with no and assured to Send immediately . Now it’s being almost 30 minutes .Still hotel is good . No doubt, but they need to understand how to win earn credits .

Nice property near to district centre. Gaur mall and dubai mall are located in cloce vicinity. Nice rooms with all facilities and that too at a minimal price. Kudos to the staff for being courteous and prompt at all times. Stayed for a month and it just felt like home. Great for families and short business trips.

We had a birthday party at the place.Everything was so rocking including Food,snacks,ambience,service,management,co-operative staff.And , it all happened because of very friendly and intelligent Staff over there whose name is Ms Nisha. Well maintained with good ambience, vallet parking. Vegetarian buffet was tasty, but variety was very less, esp in deserts and sweet, which was disappointing.

A good business hotel for short stays. Located in the heart of the city , next to RDC market.Rooms are good and clean.Staff is courteous and helpful.Has nice restaurants inside with private dining facility available as well.Good eateries around as well like Pind Baluchi, Garden grill , mi amor etc. The mall of the city is right behind the hotel . There are good banking facilities around too.

The only advantage this hotel has the location. Near bus station and main business center, apart from this doesnt have much to talk about. Very rigid and less groomed staff. NO is their best recipe they are always eager to severe this.

Apple tree is one of the awesome hotel I have ever gone. Not being a 5 star and do not too expensive it will give you the right feeling of a complete package of 5star and the main thing is that it offers the buffet service at a reasonable price without any hidden charges so you can trust its brand easily and what can I tell about the food, it is very delicious and service is quick and comfortable . Moreover special popular singing group is called for entertainment. Thank you

I didnt use the hotel service for staying. I was invited to Indian wedding function on one of their banquets.What I liked is the amount of parking space they have in front of the property. They also have valet service if you dont want to park yourself.But the fact that they have their banquets on 16th floor amuses me. I mean we were 200 of us and only 2 elevators to take us to the floor. It took a good amount of time for all of us to reach the function area.

I Will not recommend it to any one.because1. Service is not good.2. Door lock key card are not workingproperly.3. Hotel staff attitude is very bad.4. Not cleaning room properly.5. Once you ask somthing in morning theyare providing it in evening.6. Bathroom tap is not working.

Nice place. Good food. Very good party halls.Room sizes and decoration is satisfactory. Toilets needs good light. Existing light is not sufficient. Toilet 🚽 are needed maintenance.

Location wise it is good, near to RDC and all offices of gzb.

Decent place to stay, room service needs to be improved a bit though.Water should be available 24×7Clean sheets and hygienic bathrooms.

Hosted a party... baby granddaughters bracelet got stolen by the staff. No acknowledgement or investigation by the staff . Very pathetic place

I went to this place to attend the marriage of my friend, to be honest, I didnt like the food. Ambiance and service is ok.

Worst among the worst hotel I have stayed so far in last 15 years. Following are the points to note:- Dirty linens- Leaky washroom fittings- leaking bathtub leading to flood of water in washroom and bedroom.- terribly slow service. They may take more than 1 hr to deliver a tea, however they will always claim that it is on the way.- best part, you must have to be ready by 11 am because after 11 there is no hot water supply so if you are on vacation and planning to chill then this is not the hotel you should choose.- if staying with family then be prepared to lay on a twin bed, despite the request of single bed, you may get twin bed. I had a small kid with me, then it became very difficult for me get her to sleep in the middle.- Faulty cable TV- faulty electric sockets

Rooms and services are good, But food is not delicious. In buffet they offer only vegetarian foods.

Hotel and their Food was good but the lift are and congested. Our wedding Reception at 9th floor and its really difficult to Go by lifts as there are only two lifts operational. Everytime we have to wait aprox 15min to go up and down. Two lifts are too less to take care of 10 floors and 1000-1500 people at a time.Think before planning any party specially in peak wedding season.

It is a luxurious and modern hotel the special respect and care and given to the people coming them the hotel offer private seating area with air condition room such as internet complementary break fast and wheelchair action

Safe, homely and comfortable. The ambiance of the hotel is welcoming. The food is excellent and provides a lot of variety. The location of the the hotel might seem worrisome but once youre inside the complex, it is all okay. They provide nice conference rooms too.

Beautiful space with humble and best hospitality services. The gem there is live music with food. The melodious songs from retro era sung by outstanding singers make your dinning experience far enjoyable. The live music starts after 8:00pm everyday.

Super facilities provided by Mr Manoj, पराधउमन and Mr Mahesh Bhatt. Housekeeping services provided by these people is very fast and very beautiful way. I really appreciate by these house keeping persons

Great serviceI stayed for 5 days for an official visit.Service was good and behaviour of staff was also very good.Dinning area has a great atmosphere.Overall visit was very satisfying.

Not at ideal place but interior of the Hotel will definitely will take everything away from your view point. Just staff if on adamant side where they hard to negotiate on the prices.

It was a good experience,I had gone to attend a reception at the top floor. Its spacious enough to accommodate a lot of people, the food preparation was good and the staff was quite courteous as well. Bar is also available.

A very nice property. Location is good, plenty of eats nearby especially Burger King. The rooms are clean. The breakfast buffet is functional. The swipe card door access tends not to work at times....however, they did say they are overhauling the same. Overall a very nice, value for money place for business stays.

Would not recommend it, although the rooms are big and manageable. There quality is not up to expections

Well, stayed here for 8 days and had a corporate package. The services were quite good and the food was really awesome. The dinner and the programs like music during food are very good and we used to sit there for about 2 hrs. Located in centre of RDC and mall and other shops are nearby.

My family and I decided to stay here to accomodate the six of us. I hope you will enjoy your stay there as much as we did. The staffs work there are very nice. Our every need was met promptly and with such friendliness. Simply great value for your cash.

The hotel is situated in the heart of old Ghaziabad. Guys who has a bitter view about this hotel, please wait and watch. Its under renovation; expert team is working with a great vision; the new management will soon express itself with a wide range of facilities.

Hotel is a three star. The rooms are attractive, but all the facilities are not maintained properly. Spending ₹3500 per day is not worth it.

Would recommend a stay to anyone visiting the area. The range of amenities offered was what someone would expect from a hotel of its class. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the door*** with a warm welcome. I was surprised by the size of the room. My room in the hotel was spectacular.

The hotel staff have no manners how to talk to their customers.We as a customer pay so much and its through our money ,they get paid.The management must make sure that at least receptionist should be polite and should also look for better grievance redressal systems. And give training to your staff before giving them job.

Disgusting staff and its process.. family booked 6 rooms from 29th Nov onwards, checked in guests in 2 room at 3 am of 30th Nov and still being told that rooms r not ready and that to when he was informed an hour before about guest arrival. Even asking for a glass of water in lobby they had an internal debate between house keeping and room service team about who will serve

Best place to dinner. Live music make your mood for the evening. Mr. Rohit is very helpful at front office. Restaurant staff is very helpful n the incharge Mr. Shrivar is very presentable.

Visited its restaurant for dinner along with my family guests with a trust that being in the heart of the city, hotel restaurant must have been serving nice foods but I did the mistake not to go through the online feedback. My experience with the hotel did not at all meet the expectations as none of my guests had a sigh of food satisfaction.

I went for a social function at 9th floor. The lifts are inadequate and far too small for the number of guest. There is a long queue for going up. I took the stair case and on a few floors there was such an ugly smell that one could faint. Its a Dirrty place...no cleanliness, no quality, no service. Avoid going here.
