Excellent behavior of Staff and their Services

Most pathetic people to deal with after taking money they treat you as you made mistake by purchasing from them..We brought tata 20 kw genrattor from them and seriously thinking why we choose them...Their representative name Mr Neeraj in panipat stop receiving call after that like we are demanding money fron him and and we call at gaziabad office than their response is like do what you can do we are like ambani ...Seriously think 100 times before buying from them ..Take from roadside person but not from hereBecause if a company dont have customer care than its a fraud systemDay will come when your company will look for customers but you wont get customer

Nice product, I m using two genset of TATA. Performance is better than others. Most important thing its service and this is economical(fuel consumption is very low)

Very bad service experience. We purchased genset from Rishabh but it got cease where as we have done all the services at right time and these guys are not taking any responsibility. I am having all evidences to prove their irresponsible behaviour. I suggest not to take any service from Rishabh.
