Worst experience while buying appliances. The manager and staff just make false promises and ensure to provide the demanded appliance on time to get the deal but later on takes no responsibility. Once they get the money, called them several times to enquire about the left item which they promised to arrange asap but no response. Firstly they said the item is still not available or will get back after checking in 5 mins but never called back.They even stopped picking the call after that.We had told them very clearly that we want all itens together but they ensured us since one item was not available at that time, they will surely arrange it within 2-3 days. As customer we felt like cheated.

Very poor and unreliable after sales service. Once you pay and come back with expectations that remaining activities I/c physical delivery of purchased goods, intallation etc. is very poor and unpleasant. Even their sales staff approach is very un-professional. We purchased 2 refrigerators a and one washing machine and paid Rs.1.25 L approx. We dealt with some Mr Khan who is very unbehaved guy. Even after 3 days of payment, my equipment couldnt be delivered physically. When I called them, every time they say it will be done shortly but in vein.I will neither will go to this store ever nor advisr to my contacts to do so.
