This is the worst place to get a Covid test done. They take more than 48 hours to give you the result of 1 RT-PCR test. Even 48 hours is not a concrete timeline. They will delay it more than that. And then they stop taking calls if one wants to inquire about the delayed status of the test report. Thouroughly and completely inefficient and unprofessional place.They don’t have an online system to check status of the test reports like Dr. Lal or SRL or any of the other reputed labs.Their employee server is a 20 year old primitive website which does not show correct information. Their standard response is that the server is down. Please never get any tests done here. It’s a complete and utter waste of time and money, especially in the Covid times when people need labs to be functional and efficient. Pathcare diagnostics is completely and utterly inefficient.
