Discount even after applying 7000 rs. Croma voucher discount, theyll not judge you by appearance or the tone of speaking, even if you dont understand and argue on something theyll answer smoothly with peace n calmness. Being a Level 7 Google Certified Local Guide, I would like to rate my experience with Croma on Google maps listing.Had a wonderful experience with Croma. Went to buy a glass top hob (gas stove). Sales person Ms. Rida Khan helped me in buying the product. After payment and coming back home, I found the customers experience with that particular product was not good. Discussed same with Croma and they let me choose another product cancelling the previous order and adjusted my previous bill. Ms Ridha Khan was really helpful in all this process.Thanks Croma for the amazing sales and service.

High price n keeps lot if faulty items ... Once u buy n later on any fault they will strictly deny to exchange or refund and force to deposit the item for further service center lingers... The store was clean and respecting the guidelines for SD.Very warm and Helpful staff - I had visited competitor store twice but was very cold response(almost like we’re not interested in making sale). But here it was just like it should be and felt valued abd cared for as a customerGood product range..I enquired about some article that was not available but the Store rep helped quickly look up other locations and est timelines to get from there to this store (again in comparison the other competitor store did not even bother).I ended up buying several products- all thanks to the great in-store experience provided👍🏻

Everytime I visit this place to find something or another which could have been managed better. When I talk to thier manager then I find genuine support. It feels like staff tries to avoid your queries and even if they dont have the correct or full information they still tries to pass it on to customers.. which leads to misleading

If you want to experience organised fraud combined with worst customer experience ,visit croma. How is it even allowed to operate is a big question mark. They are the least professional people sitting in big outlets. Even a small dealer outlet is better than croma. My experience at Croma is pathetic . Tried it two times and they made sure to disappoint both the times. Furthermore, they also illegally deducted the money which they never returned till date. Never pay them through cards as their POS machines are masked. My reward points from Axis got auto deducted without my consent. Pathetic service. Sent a broken cooler and then asking to wait for 10-15 days. Stupids we bought this for summer after 10-15 days who will wait for ur mistakes. If you cannot replace it on time cancel the product. Sent new product broken then no one is responding just talking like we will give an update and make fool of people. Sultana Mymoona she is the worst in Customer service just speaks 2-3 recorded lines she was on call for 1 hour without resolution. Guys never buy from online dont know what they are upto. Very disappointed

Decent store. Staff not very proactive. You need to do efforts on your own. Frequent product stock outs. Hence staff tries to sell on display products. Negotiation is possible. Better to compare rates online and at Reliance digital too (available on same floor) before finalizing purchase.
