So sharing my experience with the foundation!Before sharing it I would say that they have proved all the negative reviews shared in AmbitionBoxSo sharing it-I received a mail from the foundation for an interview at their venue and they asked me to mention the time. As asked, I mentioned the time between 12-12.30. When I reached there, I could see more than 50 candidates! There was 3 round process- written and 2 rounds of interview! They made the candidates wait for hours leaving them in frustration! This proved the mismanagement.After the first round interview which went well with me, I was informed that I will be called for the 2nd round!Got a call from the director herself after a few days and the conversation went well and she showed the eagerness to welcome me in the team. But... After telling my expected salary she said that she has to discuss with the team and then inform me!Which didnt happen, so I called her after 4-5 days, now comes the real story.... She said that as one of the previous employee left within a week so now they want me to work for a week and then if selected we can continue, provided I will be paid for the week! For that I replied that I will inform you when I can join. I texted her after 2 days mentioning the day of my joining and she responds that they have selected someone else as they couldnt wait for so long!This showed their unprofessionalism. I straightaway told her that it was unprofessional and then they didnt even convey the same through mail or even over a phone call.Guess what she couldnt take those words and just blocked me by saying that not choosing me was a good decision!!!I have seen high managerial skills in my previous workplaces as I have worked in an international NGO too, but this was the heights! Being the head of the organization they acted as layman with no experience. Alas! I cannot share the whatsapp conversation here, this organization may have worked for years for the vulnerable communities but they really need to learn some professional skills!
