Opportunity I was provided by Mr.Gaurav during covid first wave, I worked there like a labour who never paid. I was here for a month and he just terminated me without any prior notice no.mails, just a word from manager I worked for a month two managers were changed without any compensation for their work. Mr. Gaurav does loose talks I have voice records for him. I am still waiting for his words to change to real ones . He said he will sue me and report a complaint against me for defamation on company. I see no charges on me rather he will be caught so he couldnt he has done this to many girls. no girl is supposed to go through this.

The absolute worst company to work with, better be employed then to work in this so called organization. Gaurav the so called CEO who only hires freshers - girls and misbehave with them. He will never pay you they dont even have Rs.2000 to pay for internship and forget about the internship certificate. A lot scam is happening inside the company. They have nothing will ask you to work from 9 to 10 and on sunday as well. and if you ask for your stipend Gaurav will not pick up your calls and will not respond to your mails and messages but he have all the time in the world to video call you on whatsapp unannounced. To sum it up i had the worst experience their the managers leave within 2 days on working, total scam would never recommend my worst enemy to work there.PS. Gaurav will force you to write good reviews when you ask for stipend and internship certificate.

I know Gaurav from last 7 years and he is truly professional with excellent mentorship skills. The first opportunity showed in the form of Marketing & Sales executive at Expertscan.I was called in for an interview on a very short notice. So, I was a bit apprehensive about this since I hadn’t done any prior preparation for the interview and wasn’t familiar with practical marketing executive approaches. However, I gathered courage and get ready for the interview call. After ready with some motivation from reading blogs of experience of Marketing executive, the CEO , Mr Gaurav Aggarwal, began with the interview. It started with my introduction followed by questions such as ‘Why do you want to join our company?’ and ‘What are your expectations from this internship?’. The interview ended with questions about my hobbies, previous internship experiences, and my future plans. Soon, I was informed about my selection and was later introduced to the Marketing Executive at Haryana.Expertscan is a consultancy company and working for many company projects like flipkart , and as Marketing executive , I was in charge of take proposal in front of Retailers and Businessman in my local Area for the sale of flipkart frenchise which aimed to increase the customer base and understanding what kinds of strategies should be adopted by the company so as to leave a lasting impression on the customers. The porposal involved all information and benefit about the Digital service, and the mode through how this frenchise benefited the soceity.The first 4-5 days were tough for me since this was a completely new experience; I was hesitant of communicating with the Retailers and Business man and struggled to figure out the perfect time to initiate the conversation. That’s when the CEO came in my rescue. They help me to give me some tips to how to present this porposal with Retailers. I gained some confidence, tried to include humour in my scripts, and used both Hindi and English to interact, ensuring the Retailers and Business Man were comfortable with the proposal. Two days later, I am able to sale frenchise and my confidence is up to the marks.During this internship, I observed the moduling of company and its functioning. I learnt the art of persuading the customers, predicting their needs, and helping them for business opportunity they were looking for. I honed my communication skills to a great extent and gained the confidence to interact with strangers.The best part of my internship was when I sold a subscription to Retailers and Business Man after assisting them for about 1 hours. It gave me a sense of achievement and pride. Its very shameful to see that the so called director of Expertscan using his family members Id for putting fake positive google review to increase his rating. The Director himself dont know the meaning of Ethics & Work Culture. None of the employees are terminated from expertscan they leave the so called organization because none them were received there salary for 3-4 months and this is the story of each and every employee who was hired in expertscan since from the starting. Employees are hired in expetscan to work for free of cost and if they ask for their salary they put ? on their performance and if they leave the organisation the director make them scared that he will file legal case against them (specially for females & freshers). Expertscan is the worst place to work with no work culture, no ethics, no salary. Director himself dont have manners how to talk and behave.RIP Expertscan
