Great staff knowledge...supportable

The store deserves a negative rating based our of my experience.I visited the store twice and experience inconvenience due to incompetency of the store staff.First time I visited the store for migration from pre-paid to post-paid. This requires filling up of an form. The staff was lazy enough to fill up the form, they simply avoided the situation by saying that their JIO store doesnt support issuing of post paid sim card.Second time I visited the store with a request to re-issue a lost sim card. The staff re-issued sim for wrong number. Staff wasnt even bothered enough to acknowledge the screw-up they did.I request JIO authority and the store owner to pay some attention to the matter.Customers are delighted when their issues are resolved at store and not avoided by the staff.
