I never write reviews but I feel compelled to given the brilliant service I was given by MacBook Repair Experts. Gave my ancient MacBook 15 Pro in for repairs. Not hopeful as screen not working intermittently and had liquid spilt on it. I didnt hold out much hope but they rescued it and replaced the battery as well. The service was excellent throughout kept me informed of progress and cost and timing. Biggest FRAUD!Only because of lockdown, I had to give my laptop for repair to him, where the issue was dust being accumulated in the fan. He said he replaced one of the two fans, whereas, even official service centres do not have the fan available as its a very new model (irony - the laptop only has one fan, so why did he tell me two? )He even disconnected my fans wire which the official service centre guy told me!And prices for dust cleaning? 4kPrices of authorised fan - 2kIts sad that the trick to disconnect the wire to make me reach out to him again didnt work. I probably got lucky that my laptop didnt shut down before I reached the service centres.Better save multiple visits to the service centre by not visiting this person.

Very bad service. They took the laptop fir very small issue but when they returned it was completely gone. They didnt accept their mistake. I spend more than 20K to get repaired. If you love your system then look for any other option.

Fraud. Unprofessional. First the guy claimed that the prices of display change for my laptop as Rs 3500. However when I reached his office, after traveling for more than 15 kms, he hiked the prices to 6500. He then tolde that the model is different than what he thought. Had he asked me all the relevant details in the starting, I would not have to travel this much and waste my time. As a professional he should have honoured the quoted prices and repaired my laptop. But Instead he favoured his greed and unprofessionalism. Dont visit him.

Good work.In addition to the above, I would now like to highlight some negative aspects of this shop:I got the laptop screen replaced for my Dell laptop for 6500/-. I was assured that the screen will have warranty of 1 year which means if anything happens to the screen, it would be replaced( except physical damage which I totally understand).As I had already replaced the screen and paid a big amount of rs 6500/-, I was very cautious with the laptop. But in only 2 weeks time, a black spot appeared at the top left corner of the screen.I am 100 percent sure that it is not a physical damage as I was extra cautious this time.So, I called this shop and sent the pictures to the concerned person. Even after a lot of explanation, the guy concluded that it was due to physical damage.So they did not replace the screen. They were hell bent on believing that it is physical damage. I must tell that I am a single user of the laptop and I used it with extreme caution but they wouldnt believe me.So, I would advise others to exercise caution while getting into these traps of 1 yr warranty etc things because they are mostly to lure you to buy the product and they are not much concerned later on when issue arises.

Most 5 star reviews are for sales experience. If you genuinely want to get something repaired, avoid this shop. When I first visited this shop to buy something, I also gave 5 star on his request. But when I visited the shop for a small cable replacement, lost my 60K laptop.They take no responsibility of anything. Gave them a working laptop with only screen flickering issues at certain angles. He said, just display cable needs replacement and asked for 3 hours. They we never received a call back. After the whole day, he told us that laptop isnt working and asked us to get it picked. We found a dead laptop with shorted cable.Any other repair shop could give us replacement because it is their fault. But this arrogant guy was ready to beat us when we asked him to return laptop in running condition because it was perfectly fine. Display cable replacement is just a small thing for any repair guy.In place of relying this shop, call any other repair company online. They at least take responsibility of what they do.Pathetic service.

Nice customer receiving and very positive about reviews towards their service. I was there for my hinge repairing of HP Pavilion G6 laptops. One of my hinge was broken. They suggested a replacement. The task was done in a very amateur manner. Very rough work of moulding was done. But hinge was replaced properly. I complained about the moulding and there wasnt any option to redo it all over again as I had to leave station the next day. They compensated the hinge cost and charged me just fir moulding.Found the service station quite satisfactory, would recommend it for such tasks.Thanks Laptop point

Hi this is my honest opinion about laptop store. I gave my laptop for servicing a few days back. There was some problem with the Cooling fan (Exhaust Fan) . They fixed it within one day . They said we will check and tell you whether the fan needs to be replaced or only a general servicing will fix the issue. Fortunately it was a minor problem . The general servicing solved the problem .I appreciate these people for being honest.They didnt unnecessarily replace the fan and charge extra money . Its all about 9k Rs charge, so his amount is too much for me. They are not less than any fraud people, they opened a battery box to diagnose the issue in my laptop and found my issue was in Laptop charger. THEN these guys make a forced billing of both Laptop charger and battery.Better to avoid them guys.
