Ive recently purchased Tally ERP 9 Software from Mr. Arvind (Shaanu Computers) and i must say that he and his team at the back end is best in after sale service. I use to work on Excel for my businesss account keeping and using another software for bill creation and was facing issues hence purchased Tally from them. I was finding it complex to operate as ive never used this software so i called up their contact center, trust me they are as good as at the time of sale and post that. Ive called them almost more than a dozen and they always well behaved and supported me everytime i called. Thanks Mr. Arvind and big thanks to the supporting staff.
